• Dávid (5/5): Az elhelyezkedése jó volt, de a felszereltségen van még mit változtatni. - Az elhelyezkedése jó volt. A közös használatú konyha. A szobába nagyon hiányzik egy szekrény a ruháknak. A zuhanyzóból nagyon sokára jön csak melegvíz. A szállásra és szobába történő bejutás ezzel a rendszerrel körülményes. A szobaajtó többször nem nyílt ki az appban, csak a kódot beírva.
• Heike (8/5): Alles gut, nur sollten die Türen vernünftig zu bedienen sein - Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel und sauber Leider konnten auch wir die Türen nicht öffnen, weil ein technischer Defekt vorlag. Glücklicherweise haben wir die Hausverwaltung telefonisch erreicht. Grundsätzlich ist das nicht in Ordnung

• Janine (1/5): Nicht buchen!!! - Das einzige positive war der Fernseher und die Sauberkeit im Bad. Es ist kein Hotelzimmer. Die Handtücher werden nicht ausgetauscht und wie die Küche gereinigt wird bleibt ein Mysterium. Man hat absolut also gar kein Kontakt mit dem Personal. (Falls es eins gibt) Der einzige Kontakt ist über Booking. Der Zugang erfolgt mit dem Handy und mit einem Link. Es ist eher wie ein gutes Hostel. Die Küche ist für drei Zimmer. Es ist laut, da das Zimmer direkt ebenerdig liegt. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr seltsamen Umgebung. Wenig Touristik. Zusätzlich hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer.

• Matt (8/5): Small home base for exploring the city - Good location, communal kitchen, if you want a base for exploring the city, it's a nice spot A bit small, the door locks aren't the easiest to understand off the bat. Could use some signs somewhere to help guide you.
• Bianca (10/5): - It was a perfect accommodation for our trip to Rome. It was clean, toiletries and plenty of towels were provided. The check-in process was smooth. Although we had to access multiple doors to enter our room, it felt very safe and the location was great. The bus stop is just outside the building and Trevi Fountain is just 5 stops away.
• Anna (10/5): Clean, great location and super value for money! - Loved everything about this place - would choose it again! The room was spacious, had everything needed. Self check-jn is very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped too (we just used the fridge). Location is next to British Embassy. There are great restaurants and grocery shops around. Walking distance to bus stop and metro, even to town. Close to main train station. Price is very good for what you get. Note that city tax is collected upon checking in online. Using phone to unlock doors was very convenient, though tricky at first (particularly room door). A/C worked well. Only that room and flat doors were tricky to open with the phone.

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Embassy Suites is everything a couple traveler needs. Big bed, TV, Hot Shower and a good night of sleep. Also, near from Bus and Metro stops. Just make sure you have internet to open/close the door.

• David (8/5): Nice place that matched expectations. - Room was clean and located within a 15 walk of the station. Very good shower. Some nice places to eat close by. The electronic doors are confusing at first. I didn't get the hang of them until a few days in to my stay.
• Dave (8/5): Great support from the hosts, modern clean room and bathroom. Perfect for a weekend exploring Rome. - A great place to stay within the walls (means it is included in the fixed fare for taxis from the airport), nice big window for lots of light, tons of hot water, very modern shower, good firm bed. The shared kitchenette was perfect for a morning espresso whilst getting ready. Seemed a bit complicated reading through the entry instructions as there are 4 doors to get through, but they make perfect sense when you are in situ. Oh and there's a cracking little basement bakery about 2 doors down which is perfect for a vanilla cream cornetto and late night drink! The room's on a raised ground floor, and the street is a bus route, but you don't go to Rome to sit inside a room for peace and quiet :-)

• Davina (8/5): Very good - Great location (10 minute walk from Roma Termini), very clean and well maintained, the shared kitchen has everything you could need including a nespresso machine with pods There is no physical reception so there is no cleaner; we were okay for only two nights but any longer might have been annoying. There was also some ants on the floor which may explain my itchy skin

• Artur (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, not far away from central train station Termini and city center - Brand new property - Clean and quiet - Good location 1. Registration for online checkin: you have to enter all your personal information data on guest.vikey.it site and pay city tax - 6 EUR per day per person! Tip: you may not upload photo of you holding your ID, but use just photo of ID 2. Keys for the room are on-line. You will have to have mobile with internet to get into the room. The owner probably has other option if that doesn't work for you. 3. For non-technical person it may be a challenge to enter the room, with all passcodes and 4 doors, but for me it was easy. You just need to take care to have charged phone, otherwise you will not enter the room 4. There is a warm floor, but some places in the room are still cold to walk barefoot. Despite everything - we enjoyed staying there. Very comfortable and cosy

• Nadir (10/5): Exceptional - The room is very comfy, clean and extremely nice. It's near Termini, which facilitates moving from and to Rome if you are going around. The bed was extremely nice, the bathroom was exceptional The check in process can be a bit tricky, as well as the access to the room in case of no wifi, or if you have no battery on your phone. They have alternative, but it's not very easy without your phone and internet connection
• Evangelia (10/5): It was a 2 night stay, so the space and price were more than satisfactory. It’s got bus and metro stops all around, in c - The fact that the room was clean, modern, quiet and safe. The kitchen/living room was also really spacious, modern, and equipped with the necessary facilities.
• Andreia (8/5): Nice place to stay from 1-3 nights not far away from Rome's city center. - Nice place to stay a few nights. It is 30 min walking away from the center, reasonable offer of restaurants and cafes not far away. The kitchen is shared and small, so not good for cooking, but you have coffee for breakfast. The apartment has air conditioning. The room is large enough for a short stay of 1-3 nights. The bathroom is equipped with basic amenities. The room is at the ground floor, so the noise from the street is more noticeable, but nothing that could prevent me from sleeping. There are no shutters or black-out.

• Kilbride (8/5): A great place to stay! Comfy, great facilities and close to attractions! - We had everything we needed with a very nice room and facilities! We didn’t see anyone else using the other rooms and they were very quiet! There was a questionable stain on the bed sheets when we got there which wasn’t pleasant. The shower also wasn’t very warm, but other than that everything was perfect!

• Giovanna (9/5): Superb - Very clean, comfy and stunning place! We love our days, the location is very close to the center too. I would like to stay in this hotel on my next trip do Rome :) The only point is: you need internet to open every door. a the beginning was a bit difficult to understand how to close the door, because you need your phone to open and close the door ALWAYS. So make sure you will have your phone charged and internet :|

• Catherine (8/5): Perfect for a short stay - The room is brand new and very clean, and it is on the first floor, which was perfect for us as we had lots luggage and our bicycles. It was also very quiet- we haven’t heard any noise at all. The train station is close, about a 10 minutes walk. The shower is big and well equipped with quality soap, shampoo and conditioner (the only place in Italy where we had conditioner!!! ). The price was also very good for Rome !!! I definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book there again in the future. Close to the train station means far away from everything else. However there are subway stations close by. We found the check in a bit laborious with all the digital keys but once we understood how everything worked, it was ok. The room was small. We would have preferred having a mini bar and coffee machine in the room as opposed to having to go to the shared kitchen to access the fridge and coffee; although we knew about that when booking and we were ok with that.
• Alex (7/5): Not recommended - Good location in Rome at walking distance from Termini. Quiet building. Good bathroom with towels smelling good. The check in process is not good enough and the personnel confused me with another guest though annoying me with questions and even accusations that I cheched in at the wrong place! I spent the whole morning trying to explain and defend myself until he finally realised their mistake. Another important issue is that they should firstly make it very clear that guests need to have a working cell phone with Internet and the link attached in their confirmation mail open. Then the guest has to open 4 doors! by activating the right buttons in that link. Same for closing/leaving when going out. It was honestly an unpleasant and disappointing experience. Needless to say that once we remained with almost empty battery at 22 h at night, and were very concerned about not being able to get into our room... There's a lot if noise from the street especially that it's on ground floor. The room is part of an apartment suited for 3 guests with 3 separate doors, with common kitchen which is nice to have but the space available is too small for the necessary intimacy. We could hear our guests especially when they came in and were active in the kitchen.
• Maureen (8/5): Modern room in the centre of Rome - Location is great, in a calm central neighbourhood away from the more busy very centre. Spacious modern bedroom and kitchen. Comfortable mattress. Mix between a hotel and a house rental without any of the benefits from either. It felt quite impersonal with self check-in yet the kitchen is shared with the other rooms of the apartment - with the noises that come with it. Also, the kitchen is not fully usable with the oven full of screws and other miscellaneous. A pretty bad smell in our bathroom, which was fine when doors were closed but never too pleasant to have.
• Esteania (8/5): Very good - The location was okay. A bit far from attractions but close to public transporation. Room and bathroom was nice. Good value. I will say that the mobile door access gave me anxiety. Means you have to have your phone charged to get back into the building and room.

• Anita (6/5): It was a headache to check in with an electronic key. No staff on premises to help - The room is almost brand new. The location is good. It's on the 1st floor so no elevator needed. The check in procedure was a nightmare. There is no hotel name on the door so we couldn't find it at first. We spent half an hour circling around the block. We couldn't open the front door as there is no bell to call. We had to call the number so that they owner/staff could open the doors remotely. My phone battery was almost dead, if it died, we wouldn't have been able to check in at all. There were 3 doors to open electronically + room door. Once inside the common area we were forced to fill the application form before allowed inside our room, send photos of passports, take pictures of ourselves with the passports and pay 6 euro per person per night fee. All of this should have been arranged before, and not when we desperately needed to check in and use the washroom. The electronic key system is not perfect. It's slow and requires internet. If you don't have internet, you won't be able to enter the building or the door. Older people or people not friendly with technology will not be able to open the doors. 2 more couples checked in same or next day, and they also didn't know how to open the door or how to lock it., We helped them. Since there is no staff on premises, if you are stuck, you have to call and if you have no phone or it's dead, you will stay in the street. Also, there was no cupboard or no shelves in the room to put the things.
