• Scetta (4/5): Disappointing - The sheets were dirty, and there was a serious issue with the bathroom setup. The bathroom had two doors: one that connected to my room and another that opened directly to the main hallway. Unfortunately, the door to the hallway could not be properly closed or locked—it was stuck open the entire time. This meant that anyone from the hallway could walk into the bathroom and then enter my room through the bathroom door. I was very concerned about security and had to take extra steps to block or secure the bathroom door from the inside to feel safe. This setup made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay.

• Singh (1/5): I would request everyone not to choose this property. Extremely disappointed - I could not get in to the property as code did not work and no one picked up the call i paid the whole amount and i was left on the roads of london. This is what i want to say about my experience There is nothing not even a single thing to like when you are not allowed to enter the property after paying the amount.
• Sean (3/5): It was bearable for one night - Location was excellant for our stay. Instructions were good to find the property. This could not be described as a superior room. The heating was not working The TV did not work There was no lid on the toilet seat and no plug in the sink. We had to ask the people in the restaurant downstairs to clean the way into our room, the restaurant had also borrowed the kettle. If you are elderly, infirm or unsteady on your legs then is not the place for you as the stairs were a nightmare.
• Oksana (9/5): Superb - It was everything alright for my purpose of the trip. I have nothing to complain about. The apartment was clean and the host is nice and helpful. The only thing that maybe should be mentioned is that the bed is not suitable for tall people. I regret not having tried the food in the pineapple downstairs restaurant, maybe next time ;)
