• Amber (10/5): The Perfect Florence Homebase - Love love loved our time here! The location was walking distance to everything we wanted to do while also being on a quieter street The host gave great recommendations for nearby food and bars Bed was comfy and AC worked great The photos don't do it justice Would absolutely recommend! The check in instructions were a tiny bit off but easy to figure out and the host was very responsive!
• Francisca (6/5): Good location however the appartment is small and dark - The location of the apartment was very good for us: oltroarno in a bit quieter surrounding. The surroundings are absolutely nice. We have crossed the Arno several times as most of the items on our agenda were on the other side. But Firenze is small so you can easily walk everywhere. The apartment is well equipped. It is quiet during the night. There are no windows in the living part of the apartment except for a small window at the kitchen sill. It feels very closed in and it is dark. The small balcony is in a dreary courtyard. The apartment is smaller than you would expect from the pictures. The part with the TV and sofa is so low you cannot stand here if you are slightly taller than the average Italian. We did not get the mail on time for entering into the apartment. It took a few phone calls and waiting to be able to get inside. The mail for 'checking-out' we received a day ahead ......

• Michelle (9/5): Great Florence escape! - Cute apartment that felt like a true Italian apartment. It was quiet and peaceful with a short walk to all the main places in Florence. It's definitely small, but for only two people, it was fine. The couch upstairs isn't comfortable, but the bed is and that matters more.

• Ingeborg (10/5): Really nice apartment and great location in Florence! - This apartment really exceeded our expectations! First of all, the host was great at communicating with us before our arrival, so it was no problem at all collecting the keys and check in. The whole apartment was super clean, the bed was SO comfortable and there was a lot of space around for all of our things. The bathroom was also spacious and modern. We did not use the kitchen much, but it had everything you needed if you wanted to cook a meal. There also was a coffee machine there, we bought our own capsules and it worked great. AC was also working perfectly. The location of the apartment was so close to Pitti Palace and also to Ponte Vecchio, and it was so easy to walk around in the city from there. We loved the area around it and all the cozy resturants and bars! Nothing to complane about - everything was good!
• Anonymous (10/5): A perfect home base in Florence - comfortable, well-equipped, and ideally located. - We stayed at Rate Pitti Studio Design for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The studio had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a super cozy bed and a lovely little patio to enjoy a morning coffee. Accessing the rental was smooth and straightforward, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in the heart of Florence, close to everything, but south of the river so it wasn't overwhelming with tourism. Highly recommend!

• Robert (8/5): Small apartment in a great location - This apartment is in a great location with easy access to Florence city centre. There are superb restaurants close by and friendly bars. The apartment is very small, but it is comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The only window of any size is over the bed in the bedroom so the apartment is dark - you need the light on all the time. The little terrace is onto a courtyard with other apartment windows directly opposite. This did not bother us too much as it was cool when we were in Florence and we did not want to sit out. The room was very quiet and it was easy to sleep at night, although this does depend on neighbours - we clearly heard someone arguing next door (via the courtyard). There was incorrect information regarding the key location but we sorted it out and informed the letting agent so hopefully that won't happen again.

Great refuge after walking through the bustling streets of Florence all day. AC works fantastic which was very important this time of year (July).

• Eroglu (10/5): A small escape to the wonderful city of Florence. - The apartment is very confrontable, a good size for 2 people and has everything that you need. The location was excellent. You are within a 10 - 15 minute walk to all major attractions. The self check-in and checkout process was very simple. Exactly as the instructions you get, didn't have any complications. The staff maintained communication with me at all times. Excellent customer service. I totally recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to spend some time in Florence. I like everything.

• Terry (8/5): Location - We stayed 4 nights here .In a great location about a 5 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio with Conad supermarket also in that area. The apartment was accessed through a large hallway , up 2 sets of stairs, then through two secure doors. Smaller than we anticipated but comfortable. A comfortable bedroom and bathroom We did however enjoy our stay in this quiet and secure place. Just needs some thought from the manager about the length of the guests stay ! There was a small balcony to the rear, which overlooked what I would describe as a large shaft that served as a haven for pigeons and mosquitoes. The external air conditioning unit needs a mesh grill covering the aperture to prevent the squabbling pigeons roosting The bonus of an Alexa and a varied CD and DVD collection. Considering we were staying for 4 nights , which were priced the same as a one night stay and no cleaning required. The toiletries were very meagre, with only 2 toilet rolls , 1 dishwasher powder and no cleaning cloths to name but a few missing items . Coffee pod machine, no pods! After the first night we had to go out and buy some mosquito spray as we had both been bitten multiple times

• Miriam (10/5): A great apartment, perfectly located in the Oltrarno, with particularly attentive staff available with recommendations a - The location was perfect: Between the Pitti Palace and Piazza Santo Spirito, in an area with several craft workshops. And it was quiet too. The apartment had an original but comfortable design with everything we needed. But the best was the attention from the staff. Even though this was not a hotel, there always was someone at the WhatsApp number for recommendations, assistance, encouragement — a very personal approach to making sure our visit was the best. Francesca, who lives in the neighborhood, was an enthusiastic concierge and Daniel was efficient and helpful when needed. Highly recommended. The apartment was up one story, and like most buildings in the area, did not have an elevator. However the stairway was modern and evenly spaced with banisters, so it was quite accessible.

The hosts were very helpful and avalible all the time. The apartment is perfect for couples, equiped with all the stuffs that you need (iron, hairdryer, tv, dishwasher...). I highly recomend it.

The studio is very functional: Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook + dish washer! It has a mezzanine with a vinyl player and some games! We ended up playing monopoly :D Marco was amazing and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. We went to one and it was our favourite! The shower on two separate days did not drain. The second time no cleaners came to clean up water, even though they said they were coming.

But the square in the next street is very nice and in this neighborhood of the apartment there are some great restaurants. The host also gave some great tips which was very helpful!
