• Janet (6/5): Convenient but not great - Proximity to Wembley Stadium Lift wasn’t working so it could take 20mins to get downstairs. Took the stairs a couple of times. Some communal areas like the doorways near the lifts looked unkept and dirty.

• Chris (10/5): Excellent - A clean and friendly hotel very well situated. Not really a dislike, more of an in keeping vibe! Last time we used this hotel for a gig at the arena, hotel bar played music by that artist throughout the afternoon and evening. Very good, but this time not 😒

• Alex (5/5): Overpriced for what you get - Bed was comfy and room was clean. Staff at the front desk were polite. The breakfast was absolutely abysmal. It’s 2025 in the centre of London and to have nothing marked as veggie or vegan is ridiculous. We had beans on toast which was stone cold and inedible. There could also be signage to indicate where things were. Many people were wandering around looking for plates etc because it’s unclear. The coffee was such a dark roast and undrinkable. I would rather have paid less and had the option to choose whether to have breakfast. One lift was out of order and the other was powered by sloths.

• Jürgen (5/5): - The room was paid and we've checked-in in advance, but at the reception we were told, the hotel is completly overbooked (OK, Oasis at Wembley!). We were transfered to distant hotel.
• Ria (7/5): Convenient for Wembley Arena - The location was great for Wembley Arena. The staff were pleasant. I was able to check in a couple of hours early, which was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was fine. The shower had decent pressure although the type of door meant the tiny bathroom floor got very wet. The south view from the 12th floor window was a nice bonus. The decor is a bit tired and could do with a refresh. The lighting could also have been better. There weren’t any good lights near the mirrors which made it difficult to get ready and do makeup.

Blisko komunikacji miejskiej Jedna nie działająca winda (długo czekałam na przyjazd kolejnej a jest wiele pięter). Dosyć drogo ale bardzo blisko wembley.

• Matthew (7/5): Great fun, lovely staff, quiet rooms, lively atmosphere in the bar - rather over priced. - The hotel really had a party vibe both before and after the concert - themed perfectly for Oasis. It was a lot of fun and the staff did a great job. There was an altercation after the second concert night to which a guest become very aggressive both towards an individual and the staff. The staff handled the situation expertly without the need for police and calmed the situation extremely well despite being verbally abused - very well handled. Rooms could be larger, only one elevator was working, we were on the 7th floor and i took the stairs on multiple occasions.

• Adam (5/5): Not bad but not great, don't think I'd stay there again. - It's relatively central and modern, and relatively cheap I suppose. The room we booked wasn't available and I appear to have been given a smaller one, I didn't realise this at the desk; I should have been given a discount. The bathroom was pretty shabby and the room quite cramped.

Vergognosi! eravamo in città per un concerto, arriviamo alle 13 e ci dicono di tornare alle 14, poi alle 15 infine alle 16 dopo insistenze ci dicono che l'hotel è chiuso per cause che non potevano spiegarci, non era assolutamente vero perchè continuiamo a vedere persone che entrano tranquillamente in stanza, restiamo ad aspettare senza sapere cosa fare e dove andare e veniamo informati semplicemente che proveranno a mandare qualche mail (evidentemente telefonare era troppo) ad altri hotel per cercare una sistemazione, nelle nostre condizioni nella hall c'erano numerosi altri viaggiatori, veniamo a sapere che era un problema di overbooking! dopo ore di attesa senza ricevere risposte decidiamo di andarcene e cercare da soli una soluzione. Comportamento da denuncia senza la minima idea di come gestire la situazione. VERGOGNOSI!
• David (10/5): I’m just for location as service is in decline - Been many times location is good for me Every time I visit the hotel gets worse. Last times I had complaints about bar service and food. This time no food to be had at the bar at all
• Kerstin (8/5): - Es war sehr zentral gelegen, da ich zum Konzert ins Wembley Stadion gegangen bin & alleine unterwegs war. Ich war mit dem Rad angereist & die Mitarbeiter haben sich ganz hilfsbereit für die Unterbringung gezeigt. Auch am sehr frühen nächsten Morgen wurde mir sehr nett geholfen. Herzlichen Dank! Der Preis war ein wenig übertrieben, aber angesichts des Konzerts "Dua Lipa" & Sicherheit für mich ok.
