Guest Reviews
- Fabienne (8/5): - Great food and fantastic location. Nice staff Only negative point: really too expensive
At least some short tours should be included for that price
Rien !
- samantha (9/5): Fabulous location, lovely food and excellent guilds. - Our room was at the edge of the jungle, the atmosphere and experience of staying here was very special. We loved it! Yoga with David on the yoga deck by the sea was absolutely wonderful! Nothing.
- David (10/5): Truly an amazing place. A treasure in the rainforest. Very attentive staff. Wonderful food. Tons of fun activities. -
- Michelle (9/5): Awesome - Intimate, all the staff so friendly and knowledgeable. They can’t do enough for you. Felt like an adventure when coming to the lodge as you can’t see it until very close. Food amazing and great choices. They answered questions before arriving very promptly. Can’t recommend this place enough, a little slice of paradise
- Shirley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Delightful staff + delightful property = wonderful vacation - This isn’t the Four Seasons - There is no air conditioning and you will get loads of bug bites, HOWEVER- This place is staffed by seriously attentive employees who love their jobs. Playa Nicuesa met us the Golfito airport, escorted us by taxis to the Piers and then we boarded a small speedboat to the property. It was exciting! The accommodations are very pleasant and there is netting around each bed for night time bug control. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was extremely clean and comfortable. The food is healthy and good. The property has all sorts of excursions to take advantage like hiking, fishing, yoga and snorkeling. We went out on the boat one day and found ourselves in the midst of hundreds of dolphins. And did I mention the yoga - two classes every day. We had loads of time for resting and reading as well. It was the ultimate relaxing vacation.
- Skevi (10/5): Exceptional - It's been 3 weeks and we're still dreaming of @nicuesalodge our final stop in Costa Rica 🇨🇷
This place was so magical. From the moment we arrived (by boat) to this protected paradise we were welcomed by name and were in awe.
🌴
The staff, (all 25 to 20 guests!) get to know everyone and from our favourite server and cocktail maker, Kimberley to the tour guides, and maintenance were so friendly. That's the tico way 🙂 ❤️
The lodge itself is IN the raiforest, which seas and national park are protected. We even went to the Golfo Dulce to see wild dolphins, one of the worlds 4 tropical fjords!
🐬
We left with smiles and full hearts, and it really felt like an honour to be part of this special place.
Thank you, you define Pura Vida 🌿 Al good.
- Jesse (10/5): If you are looking for an "off the grid" Rainforest experience, this is the place to stay. - All of the food was amazing, even my boys liked it! Fresh, local, flavorful. Excellent execution all around! Had bats and a large spider in my room.
- Jason (10/5): Come here for the absolutely exceptional service! - Clean, cozy, and relaxing. Good food. EXCEPTIONAL staff! Perhaps there could be more organized activities for when it rains.
- Charlotte (8/5): Very good -
- Melissa (10/5): Wonderful stay in exceptional nature! - A warm welcome, exceptional location, great staff, awesome possibilities of tours. the furniture in the lodge could have been a bit more comfortable but this is minor, the hammocks were great!
- Charles (9/5): Superb -
