- Maureen (7/5): Comfortable but could be improved. - Extra large - very generous size. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and CBD. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom towels wonderful.
Kitchen well set up. The position. Wedged between “service laneway” and back of row of shops. Garbage trucks serviced laneway every morning it seemed. Back of shops was grubby.
Toilet seat in one bathroom kept slipping off and built up dried urine under it.
Too many emails/messages from owner/agent- no need to use both mediums to double up on communications. On leaving told to leave the place clean and tidy, put dishwasher on, put beach towels in washing machine, turn air conditioning off, put key back in lock safe, honestly did they want us to vacuum and mop as well for the $500+ per night we were paying!!!
Not as glossy as in photos. A bit tired.

- Stephen (8/5): Would recommend - The location is perfect. A street from the beach and a street from the main part of town. Good spacious apartment, great for families and we could take our little toy poodle which was permitted. The air con down stairs wasn’t effective and froze my dot off.

- Antonietta (10/5): Perfect for what we came to Byron for to relax - The house is beautiful. The cleaner does an amazing job usually when we hire a property we need to wipe something down this house was immaculate. The property is very central no need for a car to get around.
