Sergio (8/5): Aceptable. - La ubicación y comodidad del alojamiento destacando su belleza estética visual. Problemas con el baño. Perdida de agua y fue imposible regular el agua caliente de la fría en las griferías. Una odisea ducharse!

Natalia (8/5): Muy buen lugar - Limpio, amplio, personal muy amable, buena calefacción. Un solo baño para un departamento para 6 personas.
Aye (8/5): - La ubicación del apart fue lo que más me gustó porque está cerca de todo. Qué nos hospedamos en la segunda planta y para andar con niños es medio complicado porque hay que manejarse por escaleras. Y tal vez reforzar el tema del portón de la entrada mantenerlo cerrado ya que a la noche ingreso una persona al edificio a "vender bolsas" y anduvo un buen rato por el lugar.

MARIANA (6/5): Agradable lugar, solo que muy caluroso. - El lugar era muy caluroso, recomendaría tener aire acondicionado.
Daiana (7/5): - Se notaba que el depto estaba hecho a nuevo y el chico que atendía fue muy amable. Además la la ubicación era excelente, las camas muy cómodas. Los espacios compartidos estaban muy lindos, techados y con parrilla incluida Habia pocos utensilios de cocina y los que había eran de muy mala calidad, se doblaban enseguida.. eramos 4 y sólo había una cuchara, no había horno ni secador de piso ni abrelatas o repasador. Ademas la mesa era diminuta a lo que habia que sumarle que habia una columna estructural en el medio.

Deberian aclararlo con mas precision, no solo decir "pisos superiores x escalera". Principalmente cuando quienes alquilan son personas mayores. Ante el reclamo como habia disponibilidad nos ubicaron en una habitacion del primer piso.

Guest (8/5): Agradable - Muy bien la ubicación. A 4 cuadras de la Plaza Pagano, sobre la Avenida. Lo más complejo fue la salida que no sabía a quién darle la llave al momento de retirarme. Otra cosa a mejorar es la seguridad, el portón debería estar siempre cerrado con llave y que se exija a los huéspedes que cumplan con eso.
