• Ariens (5/5): Beetje teleurgesteld - Locatie was om Kopenhagen te bezoeken prima De ruimte in het huisje was niet geschikt voor mensen langer dan 1,85 m. De douche was daardoor laag, de bedden te klein. Ook hangt er een televisie in het huisje, maar die hangt boven de rugleuning van de bank. Kijken is zo niet mogelijk of je moet een avond op harde keukenstoelen willen zitten.
• Jürgen (4/5): Wir würden nicht noch einmal buchen. - Die Lage im Zentrum war sehr schön, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Umgebung ruhig. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer roch muffig. Im Bad gab es zu wenig Haken für die Handtücher. Das Geschirr und die Geräte in der Küche mußten wir selber entkalken, der Geschirrspüler hatte kein Salz, keinen Klarspüler und war stark verschmutzt.

• Marije (9/5): Heerlijk appartement - Lekker ruim appartement. Comfortabel en gezellig ingericht, netjes en schoon. Fijn terras buiten. Voor de kids ook fijn dat er hele goede wifi aanwezig was. Voor mij fijn dat er ook een wasmachine aanwezig was! Als ik dan 1 klein minpuntje moet geven zal het de automatische lichten in de gang zijn. Steeds als je door de gang liep gingen er 2 felle lampen aan. Wij hebben de sensoren tijdens ons verblijf dus maar even afgeplakt, probleem opgelost.

Des points à revoir - - belle surface, moderne - parking - terrasse extérieure - proche de Billund - lits confortables -Nous mettons une note de 6 car nous avions réservé cet hébergement pour les 3 chambres marquées dans le descriptif. En fait, il n'y a que 2 chambres. Le canapé du salon ne peut pas être considéré comme une chambre. L'annonce doit impérativement être modifiée dans booking. - éclairage dans la douche pas du tout sécuritaire. Il y a un risque d'électrocution avec les lampes IP20 non étanches présentes dans le volume de la douche. Une des 2 lampes se trouve à moins de 20 cm de la tête. - les prises électriques murales danoises ne permettent pas la continuité de terre avec les prises standards européennes des appareils électriques avec enveloppe métallique (four micro-ondes, barbecue, cafetière ....). Dans ce cas, le différentiel présent sur le tableau électrique ne peut pas se déclencher en cas de défaut d'isolement d'un appareil défectueux. - il faudrait marquer clairement dans l'annonce que le ménage complet doit être fait avant le départ de la location. - lits pas faits a l'arrivée. Nous n'avons pas trouvé les draps housse pour les petits lits. A la place, nous avons mis des housses de couette trouvées dans l'espace lingerie. Des sacs de linge et de couettes sont ouverts dans une des chambres - dans l'espace lingerie/buanderie, il y a un grand bazar avec du linge partout, des poubelles pleines de fibres du sèche linge. Le sol est sale. A notre arrivée, il y avait une corbeille pleine de linge, propre ou sale ? Le lendemain, le tambour du sèche linge est resté plein de 14h00 à 8h30 le jour suivant ( au moins). - la rue est peu fréquentée mais on entend bien le bruit des passants et des voitures. - la salle d'eau est tres exiguë. Il n'y a pas de sèche serviette . - A chaque porte intérieure, et au milieu du couloir, on trouve de gros seuils en bois, pas agréables et risquant de faire chuter. - le plancher craque

• Louise (4/5): Disappointing - It is a nice apartment with good facilities and comfortable beds nearby to buses and a short walk from the centre. Unfortunately, the accommodation was badly let down by the host. There was no bedding for the main bedroom and no bath/shower towels and we could not connect to wifi. It took over 10 hours of messages and calls to get any response from the host who then had to come to the apartment very late at night to put matters right. I was travelling with a dependant child so this was not acceptable to be turning up so late before we could shower or sleep. The communication continued to be poor, and the only reason I am giving more than a 1 for this accommodation is because we finally got a refund, but it took hours and hours of my time to get this. The host was relying on outgoing guests to clean the whole apartment for the next incoming guests and hadn’t been to the property for a while to do any checks himself. I have advised him that he needs to take more responsibility for this himself. It was a shame, as the accommodation itself is nice.
