• Sandra (9/5): The bed was comfortable and the room clean that made our nights stay restful. - The property was easy access to the RBWH where we had to go. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. There was no elevator and the bathroom only had the shower over the bath.

• Candace (9/5): Easy and convenient for an inner city stay. - Location is great for visits to inner city Brisbane. Clean and comfortable, food vending and frozen meals available from reception for convenience if you don’t want to eat out or order in. Great customer service, very welcoming. 10 minutes to Suncorp Stadium and Stafford shopping centre. Minimal parking. Nothing to dislike.

• Suzanne (5/5): Luke warm - On a positive note, the housekeeping staff were exceptional, friendly, courteous, and very accommodating. We had intended to book a total of four rooms. However, after securing three rooms, we noticed a significant increase in the rate for the fourth. I contacted the motel to inquire whether it would be possible to extend the same rate as the initial three rooms. Unfortunately, I was met with a firm refusal. When I asked to speak with the manager or owner, I was told rather abruptly, that it would make no difference. As a result, our colleague had to stay at a different location, and the motel missed out on an additional booking. The gentleman at reception during our arrival, whom I recognised from the earlier phone call, was noticeably unwelcoming. His tone and manner were dismissive and unhelpful, which left a poor impression especially after launching into a lecture about booking through Bookings.com and using the business name.

• Renee (7/5): Good - Location to RBWH was awesome, it was literally a 5 minute walk. Parking on site. Room was a good size, comfy, water was hot with good pressure. Gentleman that greeted me was lovely. My stay was noisy. There was construction next door, which started at roughly 6am and went til 4.30pm. There were guests on my floor who constantly knocked on eachothers doors until around 10pm. None of these things were the fault of the hotel itself though.
