• Eliana (9/5): Soggiorno quasi perfetto. Posizione eccezionale. Casa ottima - Ottima posizione. A meno di un km a piedi raggiungi le principali attrazioni...musei ecc.. La ragazza ci ha accolto benissimo e anche in anticipo. L appartamento è perfetto per 3 o 4 persone. Molto comodi i letti e le stanze. La casa è completa di qualunque cosa..stoviglie..fono..lavatrice..tovaglie...televisione...wifi..lavastoviglie..ecc..qualsiasi problema riscontrato ci rispondevano su whatsapp risolvendolo in breve tempo. Appunto molto negativo. Il proprietario non ha specificato nell'annuncio che le serrande/persiane erano rotte. E le tende coprenti in 2 camere su due non coprivano nulla e entrava la luce alle 6 del mattino in camera.
• Celine (7/5): Un appartement globalement confortable, et bien situé - La localisation, très centrale, très pratique, un très gros point fort. La literie est très confortable Beaucoup d'attente pour rentrer dans les lieux (45 min - nous sommes arrivés en avance, et la personne etait en retard) Pas de mode d'emploi pour mettre en route le chauffage. Absence de réponse quand nous l'avons demandé. Presque plus de piles dans une des télécommandes du chauffage, si bien qu'il est difficile de voir l'écran Pas assez de papier toilette fourni, nous en avons du en acheter Pas de bac à glaçon dans le congélateur, nous avons du en acheter. Caution de 300 euros à verser, sans informations sur les modalités de la restitution. Stores roulants bloqués et hors service Apparition de traces suspectes dans la cuisine ( type grains de riz noirs sur le plan de travail tous les matins) La chambre côté rue est assez bruyante ( mais on s'y attendait un peu , puisque nous savions le quartier anime).

• Ozgur (8/5): Well located place and attentive hosts - The location was perfect and the hosts were very helpful. We have checked in late due to a flight delay still they were ready by the arrival time and helped for a smooth check in. Only heating option is AC which may be noisy during the night. Apartment is old and needs maintenance.

El baño muy frío y limpieza de almohadones y alfombras. mejorar las cortinas algo más lindo y funcional. Que tenga por un lado la posibilidad de tapar la luz y además que tenga más privacidad

• Félix (7/5): Schöner Madrid Aufenthalt, trotz fehlender Betreuung seitens Gastgeber! - Sehr gute Lage mitten im Zentrum. Grosszügige, helle und persönlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Aufzug in den 2. stock. Der Service war unprofessionell: kaum 10‘ nach angekündigter Ankunftszeit kam schon ein Tel, wo wir seien, dabei hätte man wissen können, dass mitten in der Stadt eine Grossdemo war und wir den Rest zu Fuss machen mussten. - Ein Bett war unvollständig vorbereitet, und anstatt dies anstandslos fertigzumachen, begann eine hin- und her Diskussion per WhatsApp (sehr mühsam!). Tel-Nr zwar vorhanden, aber nicht erreichbar. - Late Check out bei Anfrage verneint; später dann per Standard Brief angeboten für 25.- €. - Depot von 300 € verlangt, ohne vorgängig ein Inventar zu erstellen, was vorhanden ist: so kann nicht Bezug genommen werden, ob etwas fehlt: intransparent! - Ausser dem Schlüssel“boy“ zu Beginn, nie jemanden gesehen. Wirkte nicht gastfreundlich! Baustellen: sehr lärmig ab 6.10., ohne Ankündigung.

• Christine (7/5): Great location, comfortable home, great communication, needs a bit more basic amenities. - The location is amazing. Truly perfect. Grocery stores, food, taxi, sites, disco all so close. The beds were comfortable. It worked for 5 people, as the sofa bed was comfortable, Really easy to work with property manager. Great communication. We did let the property manager know this. They gave a nice response and indicated they feel that allowing people to get their own things makes it feel less like a hotel and more like home. For me it makes it feel more like a hotel. It was frustrating to have to get basics. They give a "starter kit" that has a sponge, small hand dishwash soap, a garbage bag, a pod for the washing and one for the dishwasher. There were two small rolls of toilet paper. No coffee, tea, oils, salt and pepper, paper towels or napkins, extra towels, cup that fit for the espresso maker, drain plug for the kitchen sink, cooking utensils for the non stick pans, enough forks and spoons. We bought dish soap, laundry pods, (there were some left behind dishwasher pods), toilet paper, paper napkins, tea, oil, salt, espresso pods (luckily we had an espresso cup so we could use the machine). We used shopping bags to take out the garbage daily. The response we got from the manager indicates they will only leave paper products behind due to hygiene and safety issues. Hopefully they take the feedback and add utensils for non stick pans, espresso cups, and a drain plug for the kitchen sink. It would be good to have the starter kit include enough garbage bags, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, and for their to be paper towels and enough toilet paper for the length of stay.

Place was super comfortable and spacious. My family and I loved it! Host was great communicating when needed anything and was amazing overall
