• Ward (10/5): Alles bestens - absolut empfehlenswert - Es war wirklich alles perfekt! Frau Eisner ist eine äußerst freundliche, hilfsbereite und großzügige Gastgeberin. Wenn ich etwas benötigt habe, konnte ich ihr jederzeit unkompliziert per WhatsApp schreiben und sie hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Die Lage war auch top! Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles – ich komme sehr gerne wieder! -
• Miloš Stevanović (10/5): - Sve je bilo savrseno. Od lokacije koja ne moze biti bolja, do samog apartmana i naravno garaze koja je u sklopu objekta sto ovaj smestaj cini izuzetnim.
• Nicole (5/5): Lichtarme Wohnung nahe dem Zentrum von Graz - Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Städtereise nach Graz. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön dekoriert und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist im EG und verfügt weder über eine Klimaanlage noch über eine Belüftung. Da das Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite und der Wohn-/Essbereich nur mit Balkontüren versehen sind, diese aber nicht zu Kippen gehen, ist kein nächtliches Lüften möglich. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist im Innenhof und die Terrasse (frei zugänglich von jedermann) ist mit hohen Sträuchern bewachsen. Hierdurch ist die Wohnung trotz der großen Fensterfront sehr dunkel; auch bei Sonnenschein musste man auf künstliches Licht zurückgreifen. Von den eindringlichen Hinweisen, das Licht auszuschalten und den Kühlschrank zu schließen, fühlten wir uns behelligt. Die Vermieterin nimmt eine Kaution in Höhe von 250 Euro, die in der Preisberechnung bei Buchung über Booking nicht angegeben ist; diese findet man nur im Kleingedruckten der Anzeige. Insoweit ist man gezwungen, alle Mängel und Ausstattungsgegenstände zu dokumentieren; das ist keine gängige Praxis in der Vermietung von Apartments.

• Marion (6/5): - Die Lage inkl. Tiefgarage Sauberkeit (verkalkter Wasserkocher, viele Spinnweben, Läufer vor der Toilette, usw.) Kein gleiches Geschirr für 4 Personen. Unter Luxury stellen wir uns etwas anderes vor.

• Александър (9/5): Very pleasant place with great location. Would love to visit Graz again in cooler weather. - Location of the apartment is absolutely perfect! We could walk to all the major sites in only a few minutes. Coffee shops, old town, nice restaurants and small shops around. The only trouble were some mosquitos and flies as the apartment features a lovely patio. May be some window nets or similar would help with that.

• Joan (8/5): Excellent position close to main square and train station only a short tram ride away. - Keys were in keybox in basement. Clear instructions were provided in English with photographs to facilitate access. Clean and comfortable apartment. Owner kindly turned on heating as we had a snap cold spell during our stay. Good WIFI. Well appointed kitchen. Very central to main square. Tram is at the end of the street. Two steps up to bedroom, no handrail. Difficult for us, being seniors in mid-70s. Apart from this, everything good.
• Priscilla (10/5): I felt right at home, and would definitely stay again if we ever visit Graz in the future. - This property is well kept, modem and comfortablu sized for a family of 4. We were only 3 on this trip but my husband could easily have stayed with. The facilities are excellent (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove and microwave). Transport is easily accessible and the apartment is centrally located to main attractions and most parts of the city!
