Lennart (5/5): Good appartment but totally overpriced - The hotel is very close to the beach. The street looks a bit shabby but it's really no problem. In general, they provide relevant items for the kitchen and lots of towels for the beach. Moreover, they provide child toys for the beach. Very important: it is NOT a serviced appartment. Bear that in mind if you go to the beach: either you clean yourself (without vacuum cleaner) or accept that sand will be everywhere in every room. Or you can pay the hotel extra money to clean. The washing machine was bad. The drying rack was almost broken. In total, the hotel is overpriced.
Phillip (10/5): Great place to stay and use as a base in las canteras - we would come back - we booked this place because of the location, and we were pleased at how modern it was, how much space there was, the kitchen was well equipped and the host were very helpful, replying very quickly on whatsapp. There is also a small office down stairs if you need to speak to anyone. We would not hesitate coming back here in the future nothing was problematic, even when we had one or two issues getting the washing machine to to work they sent the handyman around within ten minutes to help us.

Oceane (9/5): - L'emplacement, juste à côté de la playa de las canteras, et des nombreux restos, bars, commerces, etc. Le lieu était particulièrement propre, fonctionnel, joliment décoré, et suffisamment grand pour avoir de l'espace quand on aime avoir son moment à soi. Nous avons également apprécié les dosettes de café, et le thé mis à disposition, ainsi que la tablette pour le lave linge. Et les hôtes ont été très agréables dans nos échanges par message. Le lit est un peu petit (notamment pour mon mari qui mesure un peu plus d' 1,80m) mais il reste tout à fait confortable. Les poêles en téflon sont rayées, donc pas idéal pour la santé. Mais les casseroles sont en inox, ce qui est très appréciable !

Bernadette (9/5): We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the cleanliness and location of the apartment. - We had an excellent stay at this apartment. Communication from the hosts was great throughout our visit. The place was very clean, and our towels—including beach towels—were changed on the third morning of our five‑night stay. The bathroom was well stocked with shower gel and shampoo, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to the beach and with plenty of dining options nearby. The area is quiet in the evenings, which suited us perfectly as we prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended. There were only 2 mirrors - one in the hall and one in the bathroom. With three of us staying - all women - it would have been helpful to have mirrors in the bedrooms as well. With no fault to the hosts there is building work going on next door. Work commences at 9am. There is a lot of noise from then - no lie ins.

There is a reception desk just near the entrance to apartments to help you if you need, but they are also available online out of desk working hours. Great location, 1min walk to the beach and promenade, shopping area. They provide you with free beach towels wich is really usefull if you plan beach visit.

Mensure (9/5): Liggen van het appartement en Vanessa was erg goed - Personeel zat beneden , ze waren allemaal erg vriendelijk voornamelijk was Vanessa erg behulpzaam. Ligging van het appartement was goed, 2 badkamers waren erg handig Buitenkant van de keuken kastjes en bovenkant van de keramisch plaat was vet. Kussens beneden op de bank waren aan schoonmaak toe.

We were very satisfied — it was our family holiday with two children. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, fully equipped and very comfortable. We had beach loungers, towels, and plenty of beach toys for the kids at our disposal. The host was wonderful and allowed us to stay even after the official check-out time, as we had an evening flight. We travel a lot, but we have never experienced such outstanding service, communication, and helpfulness before. Thank you! We definitely recommend this accommodation!

Lahcen (9/5): Great stay at Avatar Las Canteras. - This is a very nice studio with all the amenities situated 20 yards away from the Las Canteras beach boardwalk, or Paseo as they call it there. The studio was in the fourth floor, reachable by an elevator, with a lots of light reaching it, something my wife and I appreciated a great deal. It is a brand new apartment with a kitchenette and everything you need for those moments when you wish to cook a light meal and stay in. The Avatar Las Canteras seems to be a business run a family, a family who cared a great deal about the well being of its clients. Vanessa in particular is a person worth mentioning. She was our contact lady and she spared no effort to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Unlike many other people in her shoes, she did not let business come before her clients. Avatar was centrally located and close to all the bars and restaurants in Las Canteras. We also appreciated the fact that it was near the San Catalina bus station which came in handy to reach the airport using the L60 Global line as well as Bus 12 to go to the Triana neighbourhood. We traveled there on January. The weather was very nice and some people managed to swim. We preferred the nice walks along the very long paseo, especially late in the afternoon as we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every time. Nothing important worth mentioning

Ewa (8/5): Napewno znowu przyjedziemy do Las Palmas i zanocujemy w tym apartamencie. - Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, lecz trzeba zdawac sobie sprawe, ze apartament jest w poblizu promenady, a tam spaceruja przechondnie do pozna w nocy i glosy sie rozchodza. Jest czasami glosno. jedno co; my chodzimy pozno spac, wiec nie bylo tak zle. Ale bliskosc do promenady ma oczywiscie duzo plusow. Materac w malej sypialni byl dla mnie troche za twardy. Moze mozna by polozyc na niego jakis top. Byloby napewno lepiej.

Nos sorprendimos del gran detalle de bienvenida que constaba de botella de vino, frutos secos y ambrosías Tirma. Las fotos del anuncio son fieles al 100% a la realidad. La ubicación está en plena playa de Las Canteras, con lo que pudimos disfrutar de paseos. Todo estaba nuevo, bien cuidado y resultó muy cómoda la estancia. No tengo ninguna objeción

We communicated via WhatsApp messages, but the company’s office is located in the same building if you prefer to handle things face-to-face. Fresh towels were delivered to the apartment door twice during the week, and beach towels were also ready and waiting for us. The beds were of high quality and very comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning was essential and worked perfectly. The location of the apartment is excellent! The beach is right next door, there are several small grocery stores nearby, and it’s not a long walk to the larger supermarket, HiperDino. We warmly recommend this accommodation! -

Está a pocos pasos de la playa. Zona tranquila. No tiene aparcamiento pero hay aparcamiento de pago cerca del apartamento. Super limpio, con cocina equipada con todas sus cosas (caldero,sartén, cafetera,...). En resumida no les defraudará. Seguro saldrán contentos como nosotros. Hasta la próxima.

I could not fault it. - A very quiet, modern and clean apartment with everything you might need, including beach towels and access to beach chairs, etc. The apartment had easily-controlled air conditioning and was very compact and well-designed. The staff communicated everything we needed to know via WhatsApp and were extremely helpful with any queries. The availability of smart TVs (including one in the main bedroom) was a pleasant surprise to add to the “home from home” feel of this accommodation. My travel companions were very messy!! :-)
JACQUELINE (10/5): A very handy place to stay if visiting Playa Las Canteras. Excellent quality, great value! - The communication with the property owners was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.Clean towels were provided for everyone on day 3 and the bath sheets were a great size and good quality. All questions were answered very promptly. They were especially accommodating regarding exit time of the property as we had a late flight.I would recommend this apartment . There were 4 of us and we found it spacious, super clean and comfortable.Thanks!

Muy limpio todo, cerca de supermercado, la playa al lado a 1 minuto andando, lo que más nos ha gustado es que te dejan las sillas, sombrillas para la playa. También te proporcionan las toallas para la playa. Sábanas y toallas con un blanco impoluto como en los hoteles de categoría, las toallas se pueden cambiar cada 3 días. Totalmente recomendable. Nada

Alex (10/5): You get quite a good deal for the money - We had a great stay; the apartment was super clean, everything worked, the lay out comfortable, location half a block from the beach and just a short walk to all the restaurants, stores, bus station, etc. The A/C, although adequate, could’ve been a bit colder, but the open windows/balcony worked well to keep the air cool and fresh, so not a big deal.

Fo the mony you pay you get a lot, very clean, friendly staff, quite (we have out room facing an indoor space, maybe the rooms that have out door visibility might not be the same), located in the center, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The management and the staff are doing a greate job here. It's nothing I can complain, I can only say the washing machine was a bit smelly, but I deal with this issue at home from time to time and I know how difficult it is to keep it clean, so it's something to bare in mind, but to be faire is not something I would complain.

Mariela (10/5): Really great choice! - A very clean and nice apartment in a perfect location. We stayed for a month period with a small kid and we felt more than welcome. The staff is great and supportive. Always responding in few seconds to any message and giving extraordinary help even on a public holiday. There is attention to any details, towers are changed every three days, sheets every week, there is a storage room with toys and beach stuff… It is a new building, the isolation is quite good and not noisy at all with closed windows. And definitely the attitude is great and we had a pleasant time there. Thank you! The WiFi is not very good for working.
Ksampat (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very conveniently located near the Las Canteras beach. It was sparkling clean and comfortable, the facilities were very nice. We appreciated the complementary wine and snacks and had a really good time. They also provided beach chairs and towels which made our stay near the beach wonderful. Would definitely come back!

Justyna (10/5): I definitely recommend this apartment - the apartment was very well prepared. nothing was missing. it was clean, towels were delivered to the door every two days. we felt the interest of the owners. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and snacks, for which we are very grateful. the apartment is located in a great place, close to everything, and because it is located on a side street, it is also quiet. I have no negative comments
Lada_k (9/5): A nice apartment 100 m from the beach and promenade - Location, ambience, all utensils available, welcome present (wine and snacks), fresh bedding brought every 4 days, lots of restaurants and cafes around, two small convenience shops 100 meters away Loud streets, so you can’t sleep with open windows, also would be nice to have some detergents for the washing machine otherwise one cannot use it. No parking opportunities outside, need to go to park house
Martina (10/5): Wonderful stay over Christmas - Comfortable and clean in an exceptional location. The staff were so attentive and we even received a gift for NYE! There was an abundance of fluffy towels and bed linen and the shower had good water pressure. So many restaurants and shops on our door step. Online check out was so easy and the fact that we didn’t need keys to enter our apartment was so handy. I would highly recommend staying here. The lack of any view (courtyard only) but considering the beach was a few feet away it didn’t really matter.

Would definitely come back again ! - Not many cooking utensils, if you were thinking of cooking , they are very limited , we ended up eating out most of the time. There is an oxen , but only a small pan and couple of small pots. There is no space for hanging wet clothes outside. There is no terrace or area to seat outside.

Astrid (9/5): Avatar Stay - The location is fantastic....near Playa Chica and within walking distance to grocery stores, the aquarium Poema del Mar, Parque Santa Catalina and of course the seaside boardwalk filled with tempting restaurants. My only suggestion would be having a clothes dryer in addition to the washer.
