You promised !!!!me by e mail to wait for me (arriving Time 1 o’clock in the morning). But there was nobody, so i had to to rent an expensive hotel for one night

• Alph (7/5): Location location... - Great location in a lovely city. The price reflects the fact that it's more a hostel than a hotel . There was a problem with the (communal) toilet but this was fixed after some time. There didn't seem to be the option to have twin beds in an ensuite room - double bed only (which will suit some but not my daughter and me)
• Orna (7/5): The good thing about this stay was the location. Otherwise the accommodation did not justify the price - It was well located. Central yet quiet. There were no night tables nor electrical outlet near the bed. There was only one main light switch, so the light near the bed could only be turned on and off from the main switch near the door to the room. There was no soap in the shower dispenser. Only shampoo. There is no full length mirror for dressing. Only one over the sink in the bathroom. No blow dryer. No place to leave luggage on day of departure, as there is no reception at the property.

• Benesova (5/5): Passable - Staff helpful. The room definitely didn't look like the photos. The biggest problem is the horrible smell in the bathroom, broken shower, in short, it is already disused. Could use some upgrades. But the place is good, for a short stay sufficient. Perfect point for making trips to the city center.
• Marijan (8/5): Exceptional city break - The room was clean, the staff was very pleasant, and the location was exceptional... The room is located in a quiet street right beside the cathedral, it is close to all the main attractions and also close to the beach... The bed was not very comfortable and the furniture and bathroom facilities are not the newest... :) But all in all, it was a super city break and super value for money... Bathroom facilities, bed, furniture...

It's a great location to be at, especially if you're a tourist :D The shower runs out of hot water after a while, that's the only thing that needs to be fixed.

• Konstantina (5/5): Passable - Excellent location, next to the cathedral. The host was kind and he let us in even though we arrived late for the check in. Quite smelly bathroom, potential issue with the sewage. The towels were old and had holes, very questionable hygiene. The bed was quite uncomfortable, the mattress was very old and both me and my partner experienced some itching and skin irritation. The property was quite loud and it was hard to sleep at night. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, the location was great but the amenities were not.
• Larwanou (6/5): Great location, should fix the heating system. - The location was perfect. Close distance to everything. It was also quite comfortable. There was no working heating in the accommodation which was not great because it was very cold at night.

It also doesn't have a hook in the bathroom to hang the towel when you take a shower. It lacks several things that are not expensive that would make the stay more comfortable

The woman in charge of the check-in was extremely kind and nice and waited for us 1 hour extra because we arrived very late in the city. I am grateful for the good attitude and recommend the place.

• Andreana (9/5): Superb - Very central but calm location. Easy communication with the staff. Staff was very helpful and nice, did a real effort so that we feel fine. There is no reception, so they ask you to communicate the arrival time, and they are punctually there to give you the keys. We first had a room with a shared bathroom and then a room with a private bathroom. Both rooms were very nice and reflected the description of the property, the furniture was relatively new, there is also a small kitchen that can be used. No luxury property, but all in good state, and maintained as good as possible. Beds in the first room might have been a little too soft for our taste, but it's a matter of taste. We don't understand why all the bed comments. It is an excellent property for its category. No more but also no less. We had a great time there, we will chose it again for another trip in Málaga.
• David (3/5): Overpriced one night was to long - The only positive is the location . The property is functional , the floor tiles were cracked and loose , the shower is tiny and loose , the toilet wasn't fixed to the floor properly , the bed is a cheap quality shakes every time you turn over , the property isn't overly clean and in my opinion is overpriced , to be fair I've stayed in better hostels in Asia .

• Martin (8/5): Perfect for visiting the centre - Location couldn’t be better. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. A personal touch will add lots. If you are just sleeping is an ideal place. I wouldn’t spend much time in the acomodation though - there is not a lot of light, is not personalised, no desk, window facing other apartments, that kind of thing

• Peter (4/5): Great location. Misleading advertising of room facilities. - Location Description of the’delux’ room is very misleading regarding included facilities. Room looked nothing like photo on booking.com. . A hairdrier, fridge, kettle appeared from description to be in the room but weren’t. Also hair-drier(when we found it), not working. Toilet seat was dangerous as it moved when you sat down. Macerating toilet noisy-so had to turn water off at night to be able to sleep. . Walls very thin, noisy neighbours.
• Miguel (1/5): Hell Gate @ God’s Cathedral - Location Bad bed, broken chair, poor entry door to room, Poor personal safety, very noisy hallway, extremely small bathroom, 1 towel for 2 days, no floor towels, no face towels, no heater for room on winter, bad sewage smell on the room; I wouldn’t stayed there as we were charged full ahead of stay and the city was fully booked for the holidays…. Horrible stay, won’t recommend it. Wish we had a refund to leave that place…

I didn't realize that it was a room in an apartment building, but it was quiet and super convenient. Although it wasn't fancy, it was clean and just fine for our late-night arrival. I appreciated that the owner made a special effort to help us find her even though it was late. We were satisfied, so there wasn't anything we didn't like.

• Mariachiara (1/5): Service definitely to improve - Our flight was cancelled the day before the stay, we immediately updated the hotel but they make us pay the night no matter what. We understand that thre were cancellation policies, but we could not use the service cause we were in another State, it was not our negligence. I would appreciate a little bit more understanding from the staff, they could at least make us pay half of the price.. I could not review the place/position but the staff was not welcoming or helpful and that for me has an impact in deciding where to stay.
• Scott (8/5): we had a lovely stay and both staff members we dealt with on reception were very helpful and nice to - We thought the location was perfect, everything on your doorstep but without any noise from street level etc. Not to do with the hotel, but only nearby parking we could find cost £25 a day which was very expensive
• Caroline (4/5): wouldn’t stay again - the location was perfect there was only 2 thin pillows & towels there wasn’t any beverage making equipment in the room there was a shared kitchen there was no hairdryer in the room (only in the shared bathroom) which another guess had in their room so I couldn’t dry my hair 2 nights. we booked the delux room which had our own bathroom the advertising was miss leading I thought all the above was in our room

The kitchen and bathroom were shared with other guests, but were looked after very well and at all times were absolutely clean and tidy. One extra chair in the room would have been fine. Otherwise, everything was ok.
