• paleixmart (9/5): Appartement spacieux et confortable dans le Prati à 2 pas du Vatican. - Très proche du Vatican, de la Place Saint-Pierre et du métro. Dispose de pièces et de chambres spacieuses donnant sur une cour intérieure. Lits confortables. Grande propreté. La cour intérieure est utilisée par un commerce à proximité, ce qui fait un peu de bruit vers les 8h le matin.

Kleine badkamer maar wel prima in orde Centrale ligging, dicht bij Vaticaan, en bijna naast de inkom een kleine maar prima supermarkt, zeer handig als je de ganse dag door de stad trekt. Weinig, keukenuitrusting was ok op een paar dingen na. Met een paar wijnglazen, paar keukenmessen en eventueel keukenhanddoeken is dat opgelost
• Milos (10/5): Waren mit der ganzen Familie zwei Kinder, Jungs neun und zehn Jahre alt, die sich in dem abgetrennten Teil der Wohnung s - Eine außergewöhnlich saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit allen erdenklichen Utensilien Zu unserer Überraschung konnten wir nichts finden. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
• Sonya (10/5): Excellent apartment! - I love that this apartment can easily fit 6 people comfortably. It is within a 6 minute walk to the Metro, Pam grocery store is right outside the apartment entrance, and the Vatican is around the corner. Shopping is all around. It is about a 50 minutes walk to the Roman Forum, but we didn't mind because there is so much to see on the way. There are restaurants galore all around this apartment. This has been our favorite apartment by far on our Italy trip. I recommend this for your stay in Rome. We felt safe in this area! There is nothing we didn't like.

• Jan (10/5): - Skvělá lokalita - pár kroků do Vatikánu, pár kroků na metro. Obchod, pekařství i restaurace hned vedle, či naproti. Prostorný a čistý apartmán. Vybavená kuchyně, dost místa pro společný čas u jídla. Paní hostitelka milá. Vždy rychle komunikovala a pro jistotu a případ chladného počasí nám připravila deku navíc. Bude-li příležitost, rádi využijeme znovu.

The listing wasn’t clear that one bedroom was a loft and the 2nd bed in the living room was a trundle. Very tight for 6 adults.

• YINGYING (10/5): Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay. We didn’t realize it has washer and dryer till we were about to leave. Will st - Very good location, plenty restaurants nearby. Safe place to stay. It is located in the walking area, sometimes difficult to get taxi. You have to walk some distance in order to get a taxi
• Leah (9/5): very upscale environment that showed great taste, and had a separate room for parents from kids - the location was perfect for visit to the vatican museums and st. peter's cathedral. we immersed ourselves in eveything we had wanted to do. The apartment was stylish and divided into different sleeping areas. the air conditioning worked. no complaints

The location is just next to Vatican, on the streets with lots of nice shops, restaurants and 5 mins from metro station. The place is nice and fitting 6 people. The only limitation 1 toilet and shower for big company. And windows looking inside

• Kenneth (8/5): Centrally located in Rome. - Centrally located in Rome. The apartment had a washer and a dryer, modern kitchen. The host was not very responsive, and the apartment was not ready at the promised time. We requested an early check in and the host did not respond. When we arrived at 3:00 PM the key to the apartment was not in the lock box. Two young men arrived shortly after we attempted to get in the apartment and said that they needed to clean the apartment before they could give us the keys. They rushed and did a very poor job of cleaning up after the previous guests.

• Albert (10/5): Perfect Location and facilities.... - Perfect location very close to Ottaviano Metro, supermarket just next door, very close to Basilica and Museum Vatican, quiet neighbourhood, has elevator, room spacious, air conditioned, fully equiped kitchen amenity, washing machine and tumble dryer inside apartment save us alot. Actually this apartment can host 6 person we rented for 4 person everything perfect. Easy to collect key as well. Host let us check in early... Will book again here if we visit Rome again. Everything just as in the picture. Not enough lighting on the upper bedroom.

The appartment was spotless clean and spacious. It had everything a family of five needed to stay comfortable. Having that place to stay in, made our stay even better. Laura was great, she made accommodations for us to check into the appartment as soon as available.

This is my stay in Rome for my future travels to Rome. - The location is perfect, it’s a 3 min walking distance to Vatican City, museum, metro station is two min away, Ottaviano station. Good restaurants area and shopping. The apartment is very safe, clean with all facilities including washer and dryer. Very clean spacious place.
• Aimee (9/5): Awesome location! - Great location! 10 minute walk to St. Peter’s. 5 minute walk to underground metro, 2 minute walk to multiple bus stations and 15 minute walk to St. Petro train station which we use to go to the beach. Shower was very very very small (shower head very low) but we made it work. Front room has a twin bed with trundle. Recommend maybe a sofa bed in replacement of twin/trundle and a twin up on the loft. Overall this property was great. We were a family of 5 (mom, dad, 17, 15 and 12) plus an uncle. We balanced needs and location and this location fit the bill. If you need more, you will sacrifice cost and/or location.

• Macdonald (10/5): Amazing location, great communication with owner, look forward to coming back one day!!! - We could not have asked for a better location, this gets 5+ stars for location. Laura (the host) was amazing with her communication and providing suggestions from directions to the property to eating and doing things nearby. You are so close to St. Peter's Square and the Vatican and have restaurants right out the front door and a grocery store less than 100 yards/meters away. I would rent again just for the location, but you get so much more. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed as a family of 5. I have three boys (15, 13 & 10) and they loved the loft, the AC worked great up there. It had a private bedroom which was perfect for my wife and me. The bed was King size so that was great with plenty of storage and an AC in the room. The expresso machine was a nice treat and so is having a small washer and dryer. Although we did not cook everything was there to do so if needed. Side note: the elevator in the complex only holds two at a time, we took the stairs since it is only two floors, but those that need an elevator I just want to make you aware. I highly recommend as it is so close to the metro (less than 5 minutes) and transportation options. If I have to write something that could be better, it would be the space in the shower. If you are 6 feet tall or over 200 lbs / 90 kilos it is a very tight space. The water pressure is great.
• David (9/5): Superb - Spacious first floor, very convenient location. We really enjoyed the proximity to the Vatican and the Ottaviano metro station. The apartment had a cozy feeling for us. Great value, especially handy was the in unit washer and dryer. The owner, Laura, communicated in a very helpful and timely manner whenever we had questions. Shower facilities were difficult to use (especially for taller people) as the space is too small and the shower head is mounted very low. Certain kitchen equipment such as kettles or toasters were not found. However, we just used a pan to boil water and to prepare toast 2nd floor/loft ceiling height is very low, making it hard for tall people to use that area. The first floor bedroom was such a cotrast with how grand the vertical height was.

We were a family of 3 and the bedrooms and kitchen gave us the space we needed. Everything was lovely and clean. A slightly bigger shower would be the only small thing I can think as an improvement. Great communication from Laura and had her number if we needed any help. Feel very lucky to have found this place.

• Bitter (10/5): Great holiday home - The location was perfect. A short walk to the Vatican in one direction, and to the Metro in the other. Food, groceries, and souvenir shopping all around. The apartment was comfortable and cute. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed for seven nights and the beds and pillows were great, I never missed my own. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer, we didn't have to pack a week's worth of clothes. Laura sent all the instructions and it was easy to get into the apartment. The building is pretty quiet, even with restaurants and stores at the ground level. As other reviews have mentioned, the shower is pretty small (it works great and we had plenty of hot water for four people) - if you're a larger person this may not be the apartment for you because the entrance is narrow.

• Vinod (9/5): We stayed for 4 nights and had a very good time! - The location was amazing! Laura was amazing with all the questions we had and self check in was easy. Having a washer and dryer was a big help for a family of 6! Kitchen had everything you would need for your stay. Everything was amazing except we would have loved having AC in the living room. The bedrooms had it but even on the lowest setting it didn’t come all the way. There was a cigarette odor near the kitchen but Laura addressed it right away. The shower is a bit small, my husband is 5’7’ and had a tough time getting in and out.
