• Jennifer (1/5): Do yourself a favour. DONT. - I think it's ridiculous to be charging what they do for this house. It was dirty and run down. There was a dirty tissue under the tv unit. There was grime all over the shower. We actually wore thongs for fear of catching something. There was the outside packaging from a tampon in the saucepan drawer. General cleanliness was non existent. There were holes in the walls, and I believe that they have used wall tiles in the bathroom on the floor, so this is a REAL slip hazard. Absolutely disgusting.

• lynne (1/5): could have been better we stayed out as much as possible . - how you can put your name to this property is worrying it was dirty the only thing was the beds they where comfy .we had to put all crockery and cutlery in dishwasher before we could use it ,then had wash the drawers out plus wipe out fridge it was dirty there was dirt under the beds plus under the couch .the tap in laundry was surposed to be cold water but when you turned it on it was boiling hot .this really bad property how you can put your name on it is beyond me i have used this site a lot and this has got to be the worst ever .

• Divyakumar (4/5): Overall value for money but the photos can be misleading. - The property had comfortable beds for a good rest. The photos and the real property is a lot different. The property is very old and dirty but the photos looks like they are new and clean.

• TC (2/5): House of horrors - The beds were comfortable to sleep in. This house has had an upgrade. A very bad upgrade. The floor boards have been poorly laid.I tripped on them in the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting and unclean. There was no tea towel provided. one large cupboard was not even secured to the wall. The shower was so mouldy I was afraid to shower. The mirror was finished off with double sided tape. There was no kick board on the bathroom basin and you could see through under the house. There was no towel rais or hooks to hang towels after showering. There was nowhere to hang clothes. The blinds in the home offered no block out at all. Toilet paper looked like it had been water damaged and put back. There is no heating or cooling. There were very poorly installed powerpoints that moved around when touched. The house has clearly been broken into before and the front door still provides the damage from this. You can see straight through the gap on the side where it was wedged open. The first step up to the front door has a big chunk out of it providing a great tripping hazard. There is small debris all throughout the front and backyards. There was also nowhere to put the rubbish as all bins were overflowing. OWNER was uncontactable by us and booking. com and disputed all hazards and cleaning issues
• Robert (4/5): Budget at best. - Location was great for us. Very run down. Lots of hair and dust balls in corners, burn mark on couch, broken toilet seat, hole in wall behind bedroom door. Fill bin outside with rubbish around it and very uneven driveway. Not really sure about the extension cord that is plugged into the bedroom that then goes out the window and over the next door neighbours fence??
• Astrid & Perry (1/5): - Very dirty, we checked in and saw the state of the house at 3pm and packed our belongings and by 9pm. We couldn't stay in the house overnight.
• Rogers (3/5): - Location was good, bedding seemed ok. I've been to drug-dens and crack-houses that have more street appeal than this place. Wifi didn't work. Yard is entirely overgrown weeds. House is partly renovated and looks like a stalled construction of another building in what was the backyard. Pubic hair in several places within bathroom and separate toilet. Stench in toilet/laundry was so bad we went to nearest store to buy deodoriser. Scungy kitchen sink and cupboards, chose not to use any cutlery or crockery for safety. No soap to be found anywhere, washed hands with dishwashing liquid. Please change cleaning contractor. Will absolutely never stay here again.

It appeared they had used the same linen and just made the bed. I have photos of dirty sheets) Floor wasn’t even swept properly so unlikely it was washed. Outside bins were over flowing.

Very poor attempt to renovate. Hole in floor under bathroom sink. Someone else’s toothpaste spit in bathroom sink on arrival. Cutlery dirty, dirt and food bits in draws. Crumbs all over toaster, in the oven and bench. Fridge dirty. Yard overgrown, messy and not a place to be. Shower filthy. Had to clean washing machine before I could use it. Holes in walls where skirting not finished. Mouse Pooh in draw. PowerPoints loose and unsafe Wish I could add more photos. Would not recommend at all. Constant water leak in front yard, making it a mud pit and hard to get from car to house without getting covered in mud.

The house was extremely old and run down , its was dirty , bathroom was very rundown , hair on the floor .holes in the walls, cracks through the floorboards .Heater in lounge room is very noisy , The house as a whole isn’t welcoming.

• Louis (10/5): A wonderful stay with an outstanding host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort! - The house was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including great towels, comfortable beds, shampoo, body wash, complimentary coffee, spoons, and forks. It truly felt like home, and the free Netflix was a great bonus. The host was beyond amazing! When I asked for a hairdryer, he brought a brand-new one within an hour. Later that night, we accidentally locked ourselves out at 1:30 AM. Despite the late hour, he responded quickly and even provided access to another house nearby so my elderly mother, who wasn’t feeling well, could use the restroom and rest while we worked on resolving the issue. He then personally came and helped us get back in. Given how late it was, he kindly extended our checkout from 10 AM to 2 PM so we could get some rest. His hospitality and dedication were truly exceptional! Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect, and the host’s incredible kindness made the stay even more special.

Quiet residential street,kitchen was clean and servicable Property has very low water pressure, all bed heads still had dust on them, back step was dangerously rotten, backyard overgrown and very uneven with broken and raised concrete. No internal doors closed properly including bathroom door. Would not stay for longer than one night.
• Rick (1/5): A very bad experience- no help from booking.com or the management of the property - NOTHING !!! Everything- DO NOT STAY HERE !! This place was disgusting, from the moment you arrive , you are greeted to rubbish in the front yard, pallets left around, over grown grass, the place was disgusting, nothing was clean, the front door was filthy ( it made you sick to touch it), the shower area had hair on the walls and floors, the shower area is run down, the toilet was in the laundry that smelt of sewer and mould, no hand wash facilities after using the toilet, dirty rags on the floor, no air conditioning ( the unit they had did not work, no fly screens so got eaten by mosquitoes through out our stay. Outside area was an old indoor dining table amongst the over grown grass that was rotten and smelly. This place MUST be banned from Booking.com or any other booking sites for humans.,

Paid for 4 nights only stayed one ad property was totally oversold and totally inadequate. - The exterior of the house had old building (ripped from inside the house) stacked loosely against the house in the front. The house needed painting. So much. Firstly the toilet was on the opposite side of the bedrooms and of such a shabby state , to be unusable. The back door was glass (see through) and the property did not have a gate , extremely non secure. There were no hanging facilities in any of the bedrooms.

It suited our needs but needs still needs some work done an - It was clean, cosy, and good location Was cold, had to have the heaters on whole time, The heaters were not great No extra blankets No tea towels or oven mitts to take hot things out of oven. The ice machine didn’t work and there is mould in the ice box.

• Louise (8/5): Worth a look. Definitely recommend. - The place is undergoing renovations which are near finished. You can see the effort made to update this place and it looks fabulous. There is still some renovations being done but overall the inside was extremely cosy and warm. It was good value for money. The beds were very comfortable Close to shops but quiet location too. Was perfect for a few zoom meetings I needed to attend The outside wasn't flashy but don't let that put you off. The inside was lovely with further upgrades in the meantime. I definitely recommend this place.n I couldn't seem to find a microwave unless I was looking straight at it? Very slight complaint though just to fill the blank A little dusty from the renovations. Looked like they literally finished a bunch of work before I got there. Again, not a dislike as such. It was very clean other than a little builders dust about the place.
