• Cristina (8/5): Sejurul ok doar puțină atenție la produsele de igienă și coșul de gunoi a lipsit . - Mi-a plăcut ca a fost curat, am avut prosoape destule , apa caldă la duș , patul confortabil. Nu mi-a plăcut pentru ca gel de duș am avut doar pt o zi iar pentru următoarele zile a trebuit să cumpăr eu săpun și șampon iar coșul de gunoi nu a fost deloc golit , nici cel din baie, nici cel din camera . Mi-ar fi plăcut să vină să schimbe punga de gunoi și să suplimenteze cu gel de duș și șampon pentru ca neavând bagaj de cală, nu am luat nimic cu noi de acasă . În rest, totul a fost ok .

The whole place was clean. Contact with kind host was very good what I really appreciate while booking an apartment room ( not a hotel ). You need to be very careful of your personal stuff on the streets, there are a lot of pocket thieves, but this applies to whole city. -

• Robbe (8/5): Nice apartment for a stop in Napels close to the central station! - Nice apartment with shared kitchen in the city centre! We had our own fridge and the bathroom was very good! (Nice shower and so on). Airco was very good as well. There was quite some moisture on one wall in our bedroom. The shower was on the other side of the wall so maybe a water leak? We did not want to place anything next to it. They did not clean our room but it was still oke for 4 days. (Also no towels and so on). (The kitchen got cleaned!). And the location is good, it’s close to the old city centre and the trainstation (nice to do trips to Amalfi coast, Pompeii) but the neighborhood is very dirty and you don’t really feel save at night.

The quality of the renovation is really high, the bed is super comfortable and the fully stocked kitchen is really useful. The bathroom is modern and spacious with a really nice shower. Alessandra is also a really helpful and friendly host, I highly recommend staying here! Nothing, this place is great!

• Peter (8/5): Amazing location for day trips! - It is in a very convenient location, being close to Garbaldi Plaza and the train station. It is about a 10-minute walk and a 15 to 20-minute walk to the ferry. We took advantage of this by doing day trips to Pompeii, Sorrento, and Ischia. Communication with Alessandra was straightforward, and she was very attentive. The room was great for our needs, and the high ceilings made the room feel much bigger. The favorite part for both my girlfriend and me was the amazing shower. Pressure and responsiveness were amazing, especially after a long day in Pompeii. When first entering the building, the first floor is pretty bare, like imagine if it were someone's garage. Also, the elevator is quite small. It can barely fit two medium-sized people. The area isn't the nicest part of Naples, but I never felt it was dangerous even at night. It's just a very high-traffic area, and there is a lot of garbage in the streets. I often felt fine walking around at night and often saw teenagers, couples, or other travelers out and about after 10 pm, so it doesn't seem that dangerous. As a New Yorker, this area felt like a blend of Times Square and Chinatown. At the same time, I mostly walked the main roads and not the side roads.

• Mrs (10/5): Fantastic stay. Great location and great host! - We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the central station and right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. The area may look sketchy at night but if you stick to the main avenue, it feels safe and well connected. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, well-equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, TV, and a lovely balcony overlooking the main avenue. The bathroom was spacious and taking a shower with the light changing color option makes you feel relaxed like in a spa, which was a nice bonus. There's also a small kitchen which you can use. Alessandra was excellent—very accommodating, helpful, and always quick to respond. She gave great recommendations on where to eat and made our stay even more enjoyable. Another plus was that we could leave our luggage after checkout, which was really convenient. One small note--the lift is small, not the property's fault, but it’s still useful for getting to the third floor. If you have a lot of luggage, you can simply take two trips—it’s not a major issue. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely book again. Nothing.

• Bender (10/5): Exceptional - I found the accommodation very clean and comfortable. The rooms were just as on the photographs, providing everything I'd expect in a good hotel room. The spare bed for our teenager was also very adequate. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was clean and simple. The entrance to the locked hallway is only just off the main road, and well lit. The rooms are on the 3rd floor, reachable by lift, or 78 steps, so high up above the normal city-life noise. Nothing not to like.

The room was very clean and quiet considering our location which was very busy. We were here for a week and your room doesn't get cleaned and there was an A/C leaking on our balcony but really only minor inconveniences.
• Lina (10/5): Clean, quiet apartment in a bustling and central location! - I really enjoyed my stay at Napolitan Pop House. I'm a woman and was traveling alone, mostly for work. The lodging was located within walking distance of Piazza Garibadli and a Circumvesuviana station on the one hand, as well as many of the touristic landmarks on the other. I found it very convenient in that regard since I purposely avoided renting a car (traffic and parking are a pain in Naples). Alessandra the hostess was warm and professional. She greeted me the first day and gave me all the necessary explanations, plus some on-point recommendations for food and places to visit. She was responsive any time I needed something afterwards, but very discrete and non-instrusive. The apartment is located in an older building with a small old-fashioned elevator to carry the luggage, which I personally found charming because I spent my childhood in a similar southern Mediterranean setting. The neighborhood itself is bustling, with an open-air market and a supermarket within 5 min on foot, souvenir shops run by immigrants, a lemonade stand, etc. Very characteristic and fun, unless you prefer sterile / corporate / generic. I walked home every night by myself without feeling at all in danger. The apartment itself was spic 'n span clean, with 3 rooms and a small shared kitchen. My room did not have the pretty balconies that the other two had. It made up in good lighting what it didn't have in natural light. Since Naples is sweltering hot in the summer, I was happy being in a quiet, shaded space with the AC on when I came to work in the middle of the day. The bed was firm and comfortable, the bathroom modern and nicely decorated, with good water pressure in the shower. I found that there was plenty of smart storage for my clothes and accessories. I highly recommend Napolitan Pop House if you're looking for a clean, pleasantly modern and practical room close to public transportation and attractions, with a reliable hostess. I will definitely be back. Frankly, nothing. It exceeded my expectations.
• Mateusz (10/5): Exceptional - Modern and clean room with private bathroom. Nice comfortable balcony. Access to modenc and comfortable kitchen. In the room and kitchen you can find anything you need from refridgerator, bottle openers, single-use towels, plates, microwave, wine glass etc. I liked the neighbourhood. Nearby to the right there is small mini market, where you can make quick shopping. To eat Italian food go to the left. To eat great Indian food go to the right (road looks poor but is not danger, this is just how the Naples is). To buy good and not expensive wine just go left and again left 300 m direction Duomo on tle left side of the main road. Very close to the mains stations if you want to go to Pompeii, Sorrento or Vesuvio.
• Io (3/5): Do not choose this apartment if you are claustrophobic - It was recently refurbished and it had a nice bathroom Avoid this apartment if you're claustrophobic. The room is extremely small, with a tiny window that offers no real view or natural lighting.On top of that, the neighborhood feels rundown and unsafe. We could only stand one night out of the three we had booked before moving to a better apartment in a nicer area.

Alessandra the host was very helpful with many advices about places to go and restaurants to dine in! the room is big, shower with constant hot water ( which turned to be a rare thing in Napoli), location is close to metro and bus station and many restaurants around. Also there was no noice, we didn’t hear even our neighbours. Even the elevator which barely fits 3 person still was adorable, made us feel like we live in Italy, we actually miss that cute elevator :) Highly recommended to stay when you in Napoli Nothing, all was just perfect

• Mayra (9/5): Superb - It's an apartment inside of an old building. Do not get scared by the outside looks, the apartment (Napolitan Pop House) is BEAUTIFUL. The room we got was very spacious and super clean. The location was great (even though at night it seems a little dangerous, but I believe that's how the city is at night overall). Regardless, if you want to stay in and cook, there's a shared kitchen with a small bar and two chairs 🥰 Also, Alessandra, the host, is a total sweetheart who will help you with whatever you need.

Comfortable bed, everything was very clean, and the host Alessandra has been very friendly and helpful. The kitchen can also be used at convenience, it has everything one may need. • Karel (10/5): Absolutely loved it! - So good! The host, Alessandra, was super nice and contacted me before through whatsapp about our stay and let check-in at 10:30 in the morning!! Very helpful as we didn’t have to look for a bag storage before the football game! The whole apartment was new and modern, clean and comfy. Wi-Fi worked well. There was complimentary coffee and water bottles in the room. You don’t need to bring your own shower gel or shampoo, everything is provided. There’s also a little kitchen in the shared area which you can use or at least the plates or cutlery. Location was great, close to the train station as well as the metro or the historical city center, all walkable in less than 5 minutes. Thank you, Alessandra! Recommend this place to everyone. The entrance to the building might be a bit hard to find and the surroundings were a bit dirty in the streets but that’s not the host’s fault.

They even had shower caps if you wanted to take a shower without getting your hair wet. The host was lovely and was very reassuring. She said we can just let her know whenever we need anything.

On arrival, I was greeted by a host Alessandra, who showed me to my room and gave me valuable tips for exploring the city. The room itself was very nice, large and clean. The bed large and comfortable. The bathroom is also excellent. Location of the apartment is very good, 5 minutes walk to the Duomo station and about 10 minutes to Piazza Garibaldi. I have no objections

• Elizabeth (8/5): Fantastic host and lovely modern apartment - The location and facilities at the property were really good. The apartment was very newly renovated and was really clean. The host was amazing and provided lots of help and advice on tourist locations and how to get there. She was also very attentive and easy to contact. Shower gel and shampoo were also provided which was really nice. Communal kitchen was always very clean. The wifi in the room didn’t reach most of the room. It was a shame as you had to be almost standing at the front door in order to get enough wifi to load a page. This meant that you couldn’t really use your phone in bed at all. The walls were also kind of thin. We had a guest next to us who would arrive back at the room at 2am and play music really loud so it was quite annoying that the walls were thin.

• Keiko (10/5): Grazie. - It is close to Naples Central Station and right in front of Via Umberto. The room has a small balcony with a view outside. There are several rooms for rent there, with a shared entrance and a shared kitchen/dining area. The rooms are clean, new and very comfortable. The elevator, although small, was helpful in carrying suitcases. The manager was friendly and gave us recommendations for Naples and we felt safe to contact her anytime we needed help. I had to check out early in the morning and had no problem. Opening the building's main entrance requires a bit of finesse and strength. When exiting the building, push the left door smoothly while holding the lower left side of the right door of the immobile one with your foot.

• Dubravka (10/5): Everything was great - Location, interior and host. She was very kind and helpful. The room is very nice and clean. The location is excellent, but be aware that Napoli, including that part of the city, is quite noisy.
• Tetiana (10/5): A great place to walk around the historic center of Naples - Ideally located near the train station, one of the main lively streets and the historic center. All of these things were within walking distance, which is very important for those travelers who want to see the unique and special Naples. During the six days of our stay, I took public transportation only once to get to the Vomero hill.) The apartment is a very well equipped themed room. There are three of these rooms in the common hallway. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar where you can cook or chat with the neighbors. But believe me, you do not want to cook when there are so many places where you can eat good and affordable). It was nice that the apartments are in an old building, which has an elevator, and at the entrance used a combination lock. They also had high-speed internet, which is ideal for working remotely. Also remembered was the cordial Alessandra, who could be helpful in a very short time. As I said, there was a busy main street nearby which is a big plus, in addition, the Napolitans are very noisy so when the balcony door was open you could hear loud noises. But this issue was immediately resolved when the door was closed. Using a closed door with a good glazing unit you can enjoy the silence.
