• Lisa (10/5): Roma magica e l’appartamento è stato molto più dell’aspettativa. - Arredamento nuovo, attrezzato con tutti i comfort e pulizia eccezionale. Disponibilità e cortesia dell’host ad ogni mia domanda. Ringrazio per aver reso perfetta la nostra permanenza anche se breve. Nulla. Tutto perfetto.

• Alfredo Augusto (6/5): Poderia ter sido bem melhor - Localização. O imóvel está bem deteriorado. Piso em madeira soltas que fazem muito barulhos quando andamos por sobre soltando muita poeira, fiquei muito mal com alergia. Muitos insetos também. E o pior , no site fala que tem ar condicionado nos três quartos, mas só tem em dois quartos. Tive dificuldade no primeiro dia para pegar as chaves , com apoio tardio do anfitrião, mesmo marcando horário (já tinha visto isso nos comentários ter acontecido com outras pessoas). O anfitrião ainda me ameaçou na plataforma booking que iria colocar as autoridades para me cobrar a taxa de ocupação sem ter me solicitado a mesma para pagar marcando horário do pagamento. Fiquei em 4 outras estadas ao redor da Itália em mais de 15 dias, mas essa é para esquecer.

• Xiaoping (9/5): Nice and spacious, comfortable and convenient location. Good communication from the staff. - Very convenient location, walking distance to all the attractions, lots of restaurants in the area as it is in the centre of Rome. Public transport is close by. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Communication from the owner is good, fast response. The lift does not always work, but it is only on level 1

• Gina (9/5): Superb - 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. Most sights are in walking range, the Pantheon for example is a 10 to 15 minute walk. Check in was uncomplicated, we would definetely recommend a stay here.
• Milot (7/5): Good - I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was perfect, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend Some essential items for kitchen cleaning and hygiene were missing
• Beyzyk (9/5): in general good but service require some improwements - exellent locaton, walking distance to many tourist attractiobs, 2 subway stations within 400 m, plenty of restaurants and shops in close proximity, cleaness, lay out of the apartment, well equiped kitchen Slow reaction from the host, and problem with getting in after arrival. Even though we warned in advance there was no instruction how to get into the apartment. Only after calling to the host, while standing outside, and wairting for 30 min, a guy with a key came on motorcicle and open the door. He could not explain anything as english was not his strongest side. Dont want to picky but windows in the apartment are not soundproof therefore a little noisy, No toileters were provided so we were told to buy it ourself. English seems to be an issue so we were force to learn some italian :-)
