When I checked in I found 1 staff member was arrogant Nd rude.but other staffs friendliness compensated for her shortcomings

Вполне нормальный отель за свою стоимость, что бы переночевать 3-4 дня, когда приезжаешь в Иу по работе. Отличное местоположение, через дорогу 3-ий дистрикт рынка Футьен. 5 минут пешком. Рядом много кафешек на любой вкус и кошелёк. Вроде придраться не к чему, если объективно оценивать отель в данной ценовой категории. Номер регулярно убирают, завтрак вполне приличный, но одно и тоже. Это не пятизвёздочный сетевой отель, а недорогой отель, что бы остановиться и переночевать несколько дней.

- James Njuguna (9/5): My stay was made better by the staff’s attitude - My experience with the staff at the reception was top notch and exceeded my expectations, it was my first time and they did everything possible for me to feel comfortable, the breakfast is awesome especially the lady who prepares the pancakes, ever smiling, the attitude is amazing The noise at night from the night clubs around, smoking all over the hotel making it uncomfortable for people who don’t smoke, i would recommend a smoking zone and to have rooms that you can not smoke inside
