After this time every 30 minutes it will be asked €50 as surcharge until max 2.00AM. It is not possible to check in after 2.00 AM, not even in unexpected circumstances. - Jakob (1/5): Would have booked another place for sure because this was actually the worst place I’ve ever stayed at even if it was fo - Ok location but nothing much to like for complicated reasons Very small(smaller than expected), dirty floors(mud and debris tracks from previous travelers), mosquito infestation, awful stench that wouldn’t go away, dirty utensils and eating ware, owner was very late to opening the door for us and it started to rain on us because she was late
- Dr (5/5): The location was good and quiet. - air b and b no breakfast Uncomfortable loo and shower plan meant no privacy. There were no bed lights. (The cheap bed light options did not work). Strange aesthetic, cheap and nasty. But the bed was comfortable, and there was lots of hot water.

- Aulike (3/5): Not worth the price and the dampness, leaking shower and old furniture isn’t hard to replace or fix. Pictures definitely - Location. Rustic garden was a nice touch although unkempt. Facilities to make your own food was all there. WiFi worked fine and fast. Damp and old furniture smell was very off putting. Apartment definitely needs some rework because of age. Shower was leaking all the time which was annoying and leaked mold which definitely is very unhealthy for airways. Toilet could use a better door than the existing one, which basically is pure glass which makes using it awkward.

- Erika (6/5): we enjoyed our stay but the property could have used a deep cleaning (including sheets). - The location was very good. the layout was a bit quirky but it was comfortable and compact and had everything we needed for our stay. Sadly, our bedsheets were stained and the duvet cover dirty. if it were not for this issue, we would have ranked the property higher as the host was very easy to deal with.

- Emma (8/5): a great place to stay in a perfect location - the location was fantastic. great facilities nearby including a small supermarket and a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk the toilet was quite small with just a small shower door so not much privacy
- Irina (9/5): Quit and cozy apartment in crowded Venezia - location is just amazing ! close to everything and quiet :) which is important in crowded Venezia. Appartment was cozy and easy to find. it is located very close to ferry station. more cleaning required. guest book inside of the house shows wrong wi-fi password so we have to contact owner additionally. however, owner replied very fast with updated password to wi-fi
- Katerina (10/5): Wonderful - We had a great time. The owner communicated really well and quickly, which I appreciate. The location was wonderful, the street is quiet yet only around 15 minutes of walking to the very center. Vaporetto stops and grocery stores are also within 5 minutes. The apartment has good equipment and is cozy.
