- Shiang (7/5): Good - The host Patrick was responsive and helped provide relevant info when asked. Self check-in and out using keys in locked mailbox meant we could arrive and depart with some flexible timing. The location was convenient with walking distance access to nearby Hartamas Shopping Centre with pretty good dining and grocery options. Parking was easy, near to the lift and free. Apartment was spacious and had most of the items needed for a comfortable stay - including washing machine. Accessibility and security was good with access cards to the lift and car park provided. The kitchen had some old cooking utensils and appliances stuffed into the cabinets, and didn't look very neat. Although there were newer appliances and cooking utensils available, we did not make use of them. Some of the maintenance should be improved eg in one of the bedrooms, the aircon started dripping water so we had to stop using it with 2 days stay to go, and the outside bathroom always has water on the floor around the toilet bowl. On our last day, the parking access card expired which caught us by surprise at the exit gate and ended up blocking traffic while the car park management tried to help us, so would be good to keep track of renewals to avoid inconvenience.
