• Agata (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt - Przepiękny apartament bardzo przestronny, dużo miejsca również na walizki, nowocześnie urządzony i bardzo czysty. Było wszystko czego potrzeba w kuchni patelnię, garnki, talerze, różne szklanki, kubki czy kieliszki. W łazience suszarka do włosów, mydło, szampon i odżywka do włosów. Bardzo przyjemnie oświetlony i komfortowy taras. Lokalizacja całkiem dobra, pieszo chwilę dłużej ale można dojść do centrum. Blisko Mercat de Russafa mniejsza alternatywa dla Mercado Central. Chętnie wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie :) Wszystko nam się podobało, jedynie brakuje wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience.

• Aitor (10/5): - Se nota que el apartamento esta reformado recientemente . Buena ubicación. A 20 minutos andando de la parte vieja de Valencia. A 30 minutos andando a la ciudad de las ciencias. Tienes paradas de bus cerca por si no quieres andar. El apartamento está pegado a ruzafa donde hay gran escogida de restaurantes. También tiene cerca varios supermercados. El apartamento perfecto. Por poner una pega, hemos echado en falta una toalla para los pies en la ducha. Y alguna toalla extra.

• Alberto (8/5): Bell'appartamento, ritorneremo - Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e alle attrazioni principali. Appartamento bello e confortevole. Facile entrare in contatto con i gestori. Un po di rumore di notte, dovuto alla ventola del riscaldamento dell'appartamento vicino.

• N (8/5): - L'emplacement la grande salle de bain et la possibilité d'avoir le canapé lit en plus du lit. Grande télévision grande table pour manger et espace extérieur avec la terrasse. Ménage fait à la va vite malheureusement comme souvent dans ce type de logement on constate qu'ils ne connaissent pas les aspirateurs.
• karine (8/5): Appartement confortable près du centre historique dans un quartier vivant. - Bien situé dans un quartier vivant avec des bistros et des petits restos. Très propre. J’ai apprécié les doses de café pour le matin. Manque de confort du canapé lit . Le lave vaisselle ne lave pas très bien. J’ai du relaver la vaisselle à la main.

Tutto il necessario sia in cucina, piatti bicchieri e tazze belle e nuove, che nell’ampio bagno. Molto bello e arredato bene con un terrazzo esterno fruibile col bel tempo. Nelle vicinanze negozi di ogni genere e soprattutto a due metri dall’ingresso un panettiere con tante cose buone!!! Da consigliare assolutamente Niente in particolare, qualche rumore dalla strada vicina,

The shower head was broken and leaking, there was very low pressure. The soundproof was also an issue - could hear all night the neighbor's air conditioning fan.
• Purificacion (9/5): Apartamento muy recomendable - La ubicación era perfecta. Es amplio y cómodo y cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios para la estancia. La posibilidad de parking en la zona es un plus. También destacar la comunicación con el propietario, es ágil y rápida. Nada.

• Sinéad (9/5): Superb - Excellent location and very spacious, comfortable and bright. The bed was very good and I slept well despite the ground floor level street location. Having a spacious private terrace was a bonus. There are plenty of options to buy groceries close by and a wonderful bakery with lovely friendly staff right beside the studio. Many great restaurant and bar options within 5-10 minutes walk, then another 20 minutes walking and you are in city centre. The accommodation provider was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

• Michael (10/5): Comfortable and clean stay for 4 as a base to enjoy Ruzafa and all of Valencia - Very well located, comfortable and quiet. Fit a family of 4 with two kids on the sleep sofa and us on the bed (it’s one very large room). Great space for breakfast and bakery and fruit stand next door. It’s very clean and well designed. Host is accommodating, kind and a strong communicator. Loved the location in the awesome neighborhood of Ruzafa and close to walk or take public transport anywhere.

• Lubomir (10/5): Exceptional - My girlfriend and I stayed for a week at the apartment. We were very happy with it. It is spacious and comfortable, beautiful design, nice terrace. The location is great: close to the center and many restaurants. There's a bakery and grocery stores very close.
