• Ingrid (9/5): Great and big accommodation right at the center - Lots of rooms, big and spacious. Had amenities, basic toiletries , and water. In the center close to main cathedral. 4th floor with steep stairs, be prepared

• ирина (10/5): Все было изумительно и незабываемо! - Изумительная квартира. В наличии все необходимое. На кухне достаточно посуды. Ванные принадлежности в большом количестве. Даже фен с диффузором. Прекрасное расположение. Все в шаговой доступности. Рекомендую. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь повторно и буду советовать. Не могу сказать что не понравилось, но наверно тяжеловато для людей в возрасте - 4 этаж, лифта нет и лестница крутовата.

• Rajat (2/5): Horrible checkin experience, unfriendly host and at one point the host said throw out the air conditioner if not working - Property is located in the heart of Florence. 1 km from train station and 400m from CONAD supermarket The checkin experience was horrific. First of all there was no one in the appartment which is okay if the host is willing to help to do the checkin smoothly. The appartment is on 4th floor and we entered the wrong flat first and we tried to call the host multiple times as we were not able to locate the keys but the host did not picked up the call instead was asking photos on WhatsApp. Also, don’t trust what’s in the photos as they had portable air conditioners and that to not in each room we had to do a lot of adjustments so that each room has a portable air unit. According to the host it was as effective as the traditional units but they are NOT. Third point is that their last (smallest room) had a weird smell due to which we had to use the living room as a make shift bedroom. The 4th point the vents of the portable units left the windows open so the appartment look much more time to cool. Fifth point, I would not recommend this appartment if you are coming with elderly people Final point when we reached main power switch was of and nothing was working and the host was unwilling to pick up the call to help us to solve the issue and I got a electric shock as well while solving the issue
• Daniel (4/5): Decent place. Poor hospitality by Futura staff. Not forthcoming and refusal to escalate to manager. - Well located in heart of shopping area. Very poor communication and service from the Futura staff that we were dealing with through WhatsApp. Declined to give us the codes for the lockbox until 10mins b4 2pm on our request??? All 5 Air conditioners were down when we arrived in the 39C heat of Florence at 2pm. There were already 2 box type portable cooler fans there to mitigate the heat but only one was actually blowing cold air. We were a party of 8(with kids)to spread out over 4 rooms but there was only one working portable cooler. When informed of the problem, she replied that a air con repair crew would be by the next morning to troubleshoot. When I asked over Whatsapp how long they were aware of the problem, she did not reply. We requested for more working portable coolers that were but they brought in only 2 additional standing fans. The first day and night was sweltering and very uncomfortable. We could not open the windows to cool the apartment as the heat outside was unrelenting until 9pm. Only after about 9pm was the air outside cooler, but then the noise, revelry downstairs and live singing became apparent. On 12 Aug, a male associate of Futura who came the next day to let the air con team in provided the information that they had known of the problem a few days before but could not get a team to fix the problem due to the summer vacations until 12 Aug but there was no pre-warning about this or offer to allow us to cancel/refund the stay so we re-book elsewhere. The repair crew were unfortunately unable to fix the air con problem as they did not have the parts. They provided us with another 2 cooler units of which again only 1 was working properly. I requested to speak to her manager twice but she ignored the request, only selectively replying to other questions. Poor hospitality. Booking.com complaint to follow.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y nos pusieron unos pingüinos con lo que teníamos que tener las ventanas abiertas y subía el mal olor de los patios. Una de las duchas no desagua a bien, ofrecieron arreglarlo pero dijimos que mejor a nuestra salida
• Olga (7/5): Overall, we had a good stay at this apartment hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of fo - The space was perfect for our family of four – roomy, comfortable, and very clean. It felt like a home away from home. The layout gave us plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the kitchen was a great bonus for preparing meals. The location was also convenient near the train station. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working at all during the entire duration of our stay. It only started working on the day of our check-out, which was very inconvenient, especially as we were relying on it for both communication and planning our activities. Additionally, I was surprised to find out upon check-in that there was no elevator in the building. Our unit was located on the 4th floor, and this posed a significant challenge for me due to an existing lower back condition. If I had known in advance, I would have made other arrangements more suitable to my needs. After a long and exhausting day touring outside Florence, we returned to find there was a power outage affecting the city. While we understand that outages can happen and may be outside the property's control, we were disappointed that there were no emergency flashlights or backup lighting provided. Additionally, we received no communication or text update from the host or property management to let us know what was going on or when the power might return. It made for a very inconvenient and confusing experience in an unfamiliar place. A little preparation or proactive communication would have gone a long way.

• Brunella (8/5): Lovely stay, fantastic location. - Central location, close to main museums, shops restaurants and train station. The apartment was ample with the number of bathrooms as described. The steep staircase can be a challenge for the less young but once you are out of the building all you need is there! The communication with the host was sometimes a bit difficult, probably due to language barrier. Whilst the apartment is comfortable, it would be nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms to help when getting ready and not relying on the bathroom ones.

• Gina (10/5): Exceptional - We were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was wonderful! It was clean, warm, and spacious. We had 6 people with us and had plenty of room. We loved having 3 bathrooms. We loved the added heated towel racks in the bathrooms. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again We were warned about all of the stairs getting to the apartment, but it was alot! I think it was 86 steps.

Hosts very helpful on WhatsApp. Facilities really good, clean, plenty of towels and nice welcome drinks and nibbles . Worth noting to potential visitors there are 87 stairs to property. Not really enough seating in sitting room for more than 3 people.. just needs another sofa .

AC worked amazing and the location is about as central Firenze as it gets. Stayed here with another couple and there was plenty of room for all of us! Nothing. Amazing place.
• José (10/5): We had a great time on this apartment as a family of 7 people - The apartment is as it seems on the photos, it is very spacious and has everything on it. The location couldn’t be better is right in the middle of everything. The 3rd room(the smallest) located at the end of the hallway, doesn’t get the wifi connection. It is situated and the 4th floor wich if you have back problems, or heavy luggages it might be difficult your way up. (However this is written on the description, so you wouldn’t be surprised)

• William (9/5): The Pink Heart of Firenze - - You absolutely cannot beat this location it is right smack in the absolute middle of everything. For this reason alone I would come back here. - This apartment is very spacious: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 5 people, plus living room and kitchen... we always had more than enough space. - The AC units work very well. - The apartment lacks a washing machine which we found inconvenient - The master bed is 2 twin mattresses side by side so they would naturally create a gap which was very uncomfortable
• Jennie (10/5): Gorgeous spacious apartment in the heart of the city. Loved our stay! - Large rooms, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, three full bathrooms. All modern. Love the high painted ceilings. View of Duomo from living room. Quiet inside even with busy walking street below. Close to shops, sights and restaurants. Good communication with owners. On 4th floor but stairs are wide with handrail. Think of walking up/down as an adventure:) Not many apartments have lifts. Would stay here again!

The rest is perfect. - Cleanness was perfect Location was best Air conditions not work and was not Ok and inside of house was cold. as the house is big and its roof is quite high so with two small heaters that were there it is not OK to heat it and not comfortable to sleep in cold.

• Joseph (10/5): Wonderful large apartment in the heart of Florence - My son and I were visiting Florence for a few days (the 6th time for me but the 1st for him) and we found this lovely apartment available at a very good price. The location is perfect, about a block and a half from the Duomo. The apartment is huge with an eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. You can see the great dome of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore out of the livingroom window. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The hosts were very kind and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is on the 4th floor, but the steps are safe and not overly steep like other places I've stayed here. I would definitely stay here again!

• Richard (7/5): Good - The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equiped. the building location was exceptional and right in the center. The air conditioning worked extremely well as did the soundproofing for the windows. The host was very gracious. the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator and it was difficult carrying our suitcases up the narrow staircase. I would have rated the location higher if it was on the first floor.
