Ein liebenswerter Gustawov, immer hilfsbereit! Ein Vermieter, der zu jederzeit erreichbar ist und auch Wünsche und Anfragen erfüllt. Wir waren zu fünft da, haben mit elf Leuten einen 60. Geburtstag gefeiert und sind rundherum zufrieden! Wir können das Gesamtpaket nur weiterempfehlen und werden das auch im Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis tun! Pepe es un anfitrión extraordinario, muy preocupado por cada detalle. Es un sitio donde puedes descansar y desconectar. Nada malo, todo excelente.

• Carmen (10/5): Wohlfühlurlaub bei Freunden - Einfach alles!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Pepe ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Bei unserer Anreise nahm er uns in Empfang und zeigte uns die Wohnung. Außerdem sorgte er für unser leibliches Wohl mit Käse, Wurst, Wein, Kaffee für beide Maschinen und und und. Pepe hat es geschafft, dass wir uns in der Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
• Asier (10/5): - The flat is absolutely wonderful, as is Pepe, who manages it. The pleasant décor includes a balcony with sea views where you can enjoy the sound of the waves all day long. The property's strongest point, however, is undoubtedly how clean it is. It has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The apartment has all kinds of appliances. Plus all the items you need for the beach. There is also a heated communal swimming pool. Finally, a welcome pack containing coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, salt, fruit, food, water and wine is provided. It's simply exceptional.
• Twan (9/5): Fijn appartement met goede voorzieningen. - Fijn appartement op een mooie locatie. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en is prima voor een gezin van 4 personen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor diverse locaties te bezoeken in het zuiden van het eiland. Heel vriendelijke eigenaar die zeer behulpzaam is. Gezamenlijke ruimten (gang, trappenhuis en lift) hebben onderhoud nodig. Gratis parkeerplaatsen zijn soms lastig te vinden en waardoor het soms iets verder lopen is.

• Baiba (10/5): We would definitely recommend this place! - Pepe is a fantastic host – responsive, kind, and a real pleasure to deal with. The apartment itself is modern and equipped with everything you might need – even an air fryer, Alexa, and a smart TV with Netflix and more. Netflix was especially handy for the kids in the evenings! There were also board games and even bingo, which we enjoyed playing together as a family. Although we initially had some doubts about the apartment’s size (we were worried it might be too small for two adults and two kids), it turned out to be incredibly well thought out. Not once did we feel cramped or like we were missing anything. The kids pool was a great size and depth (0.5m) – perfect for little ones. The adult pool was large enough (seemed to be at least 20–25 meters) for proper swimming, not just cooling off. Best of all – both pools are heated, which made swimming enjoyable even on cooler days. —

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly attentive, greeting us warmly and making us feel right at home. He even surprised us with thoughtful presents, which added a personal and heartfelt touch to our experience. While the apartment is a bit small for a family of four, this was hardly noticeable thanks to its cozy atmosphere. The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and equipped with all the facilities we needed. We were also impressed by the beach facilities available, including a thermo bag, sun loungers, an umbrella, and cold accumulators. These small details made our trips to the beach even more enjoyable and convenient. The view from the window was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to it each morning felt amazing. Breakfasts and dinners were unforgettable with such a stunning view, making every meal feel like a special occasion. We’re already looking forward to returning! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect getaway in Gran Canaria.
