The bus stop is right next to the building.

- Aet (1/5): Avoid this place - The owner responded quickly The pictures on Booking.com and the reality were significantly different. The pictures showed the accommodation as bright and light, but in reality it was dark and very outdated.
The shower towels had a musty smell.
The street noise was loud in the room on the third floor, the walls were thin and you could clearly hear what the neighbors were saying in their apartment.
The beds creaked so loudly that every time someone turned over, everyone else woke up.
Some of the washed dishes were in the drawer with food residue and the mocha coffee machine was dirty and moldy. The owner should check such things properly himself.
In addition, the owner wanted us to give a 10/10 rating using blackmail.
The metro stop was about 15 min. walk from the accommodation.
You wouldn't walk there in the dark.
PS! The owner's response is full of lies, lies. Sad.
- Guillermo (1/5): - Depuis plus de 10 ans que j'utilise Booking, je n'ai jamais posté des commentaires négatifs mais ce logement est un véritable SCANDALE. D'abord il est dit que le logement se trouve dans le quartier des Navigli, c'est faux. Il en est loin. Il est situé dans un quartier populaire (ce qui n'est pas un problème, j'ai vécu des années dans un quartier populaire, il faut juste le dire) et l'immeuble est très dégradé. Autre problème, le propriétaire exige une arrivée sur un créneau horaire très limité. Les prestations à l'intérieur de l'appartement sont mauvaises. Il y fait très chaud, on entend les voisins en permanence. Enfin le propriétaire vous harcèle pour obtenir une note positive (un 10!) et va jusqu'à vous proposer de quitter l'appartement plus tard que prévu en échange de cette note positive. Un scandale. J'espère que Booking réagira.

We arrived just 10 minutes after 6:00 PM (having informed the host several times of our slight delay), and we were charged an additional €20. The property has a key safe for self check-in, but they deliberately withheld the code until after 6:00 PM, clearly waiting for the time to pass so they could justify charging the extra fee.
We had to call them by phone because they weren’t responding to our messages. On the call, we were told that our reservation was “technically canceled” due to being 10 minutes late—again, despite having notified them. Eventually, they agreed to let us in, but only after asking us to promise not to leave a bad review, claiming they were “doing us a favor.”
To make matters worse, we were also charged an additional €20 for bedsheets, which was never mentioned anywhere in the booking details.
In total, €40 in extra charges for basic things that should have been included. I felt completely scammed—like they wanted to charge us for simply breathing. On top of that, the host was not friendly at all, and the attitude was unprofessional and even manipulative.
Be very careful if you consider booking this place—arriving just 10 minutes late (even with prior notice) could cost you much more than expected. I absolutely do not recommend it.
Tuve una muy mala experiencia en este alojamiento en Milán. Por llegar solo 10 minutos después de las 18:00 (tras haber avisado varias veces por mensaje), nos cobraron 20 € adicionales. El alojamiento cuenta con una caja de seguridad para recoger las llaves, pero nos negaron el código hasta pasadas las 18:00, claramente esperando que se cumpliera la hora límite para poder justificarse y cobrarnos ese recargo absurdo.

Appena arrivati ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli dell'appartamento in modo cordiale e semplice. L'appartamento era pulito e in ordine.
Le prossime volte che dovrò venire a Milano di sicuro riprenoteró da lui!
- Vlad (5/5): Mixed experience, wouldn't stay here again. - Good connections to city centre, bus stop in front of apartment. Working ACs, balcony. Comfy beds, extra topper for the sofa if needed. Generally clean. Host instructions clear and helpful. After the issue with the locks on the last night, he came by the property to apologise for the reaction and explain it wasn't towards us, etc, however, to me, this was too little, too late, especially considering how much we paid. Questionable area, wouldn't spend too much time outside at night. Shower pressure low. Apartment general condition - average. No hand soap. Kitchen utensils like a large knife lacking. There was a frozen towel in the freezer. We came for I-Days Linkin Park concert and our check-out was the day after the concert. Came back late from the concert, the building changed entrance key on the last night, so when we got back to the property we couldn't get back in. The thing I didn't like was the host's attitude when I called to tell him that the instructions he gave me to enter the building didn't work, asking me to come to his house to get a replacement key at 1am. When I refused, he came with the spare key, however acted all angry and frustrated, although its his property to manage. Opened the door violently, then left. No apology for the inconvenience (we stayed about 20 min, at 1am, in front of the building). The apology and explanation came the day after, at check-out, however I had no interest in it.
The reason I had no interest or sympathy is that when I kindly asked for a lower rate for 2 more people to join us in the same apartment (I originally booked this for 3 people), I have been refused and had to pay directly to the property the same amount I paid for the other 3 people. Then he asked me to either leave a 10 review or not at all, so I don't hurt his rating. True reviews are left for other guests to know the truth of what they can expect, not so that operators ro charge more for mediocre apartments in questionable areas.

- Andreas (10/5): Pleasant, nice apartment with good connection to get to city centre quickly enough - Proper apartment for a nice stay in especially in groups. Absolutely recommend anyone to get this flat, very clean (and I mean veeery, no dirty spots at all unlike as often on booking) and great beds. 10/10 would do again
