• Ambra (2/5): Expensive and dirty, Not recommended - Nothing Far from the center and the main attractions. Dirty sheets and location. Dust and ants.

• Antonio (9/5): Sevilla, aun con lluvia , que nos llovió, es una maravilla. - Todo un poco, es un apartamento recogido limpio y silencioso, por lo menos durante nuestra estancia en fin de semana (aunque se veían obras cerca), estando cerca de una zona con mucha marcha nocturna el fin de semana (mercado de feria), no oímos ningún ruido. Bien que es un segundo piso, pero no hay ascensor. A la llegada subir las maletas, es lo menos gusto, pero como solo se hace una vez, es llevadero. Todo lo demas perfecto.

• Marta (2/5): No recomendable - Las camas no están mal pero las almohadas son súper duras Estaba sucio, no habían limpiado en meses. El suelo lleno de pelos, armarios sucios, nevera sucia, ceniceros con colillas, baño sin limpiar, cortinas con manchas… y el edificio de al lado en obras con el correspondiente taladro a las 8 de la mañana….
• Bensalem (10/5): - Appartement très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités. La propreté était impeccable avec tout le nécessaire et plus et le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos. Marcos est très aimable, réactif et toujours prêt à aider. Séjour parfait je recommande vivement cet appartement

• Patricia (10/5): - La ubicación, está al lado de un mercado donde se podía comer o cenar muy bien y bastante cerca del Palacio de Dueñas y la plaza de las famosas setas.
• Alberto (9/5): - Buena ubicación. El trato de Marcos, el anfitrión, es maravilloso. Pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y aportando recomendaciones. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en Sevilla y conocer la ciudad.
• Michal Panas (9/5): Świetne miejsce na city break, ciche - Przytulne mieszkanie, w pełni wyposażone. Na powitanie sok, babeczki, mleko, płatki kukurydziane. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Lokalizacja 20-30 min od atrakcji . Za rogiem najlepsze Tapas w okolicy - Ojola Tapas i Vinos, za drugim codziennie czynna piekarnia.

Es el precio que se paga por estar en el centro de Sevilla. Problema de olores en el servicio, un poco desagradable, espero lo puedan solucionar porque es un sitio espectacular para pasar un fin de semana en

• Stephen (10/5): Great apartment in central Seville - A great apartment in a central location to enjoy Seville but also nice and quiet in the evening. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close by you have plenty of bars and places to eat, shops etc. Marcos is a really good host. Prior to our stay and during it, he provided us with all the information we required and even ordered our taxi for trip back to the airport. Thanks again, we had a wonderful stay. All good, no complaints

Las - Que tuviera 2 cuartos, con uno solo hubiese sido muy difícil estar cómodos El cuarto principal muy pequeño. Las vajillas y enseres de la cocina, demasiado viejos y descuidados. El indoro del baño se movía, el agua caliente no salía de forma continua.

• Massimo (10/5): - Appartamento ottimo in un palazzo un po' datato. Situato in centro ma non vicinissimo al centro storico, alla piazza della cattedrale. Volendo c'è il bus, linea circolare C5 che da Calle Feria porta a Plaza de Espana.

Instalaciones con Split, para aire que tan necesario es ahora en verano. El anfitrión es muy atento y agradable, nos facilitó mucha información sobre Sevilla. Sin duda repetiremos si se da el caso. Nada, todo perfecto.

Clean, well appointed apartment, air con & heating, great location. Good bars and restaurants & lively plazas nearby. Plus Marcos was a great host - fully informed through check in and departure, plus suggestions of what to see/where to go. Thank you! A lovely place to say, Wish we could have stayed longer! All good.
• Antonette (9/5): Great Location, Parking Nightmare - Marcos was exceptionally helpful. The apartment was very clean, quiet, well-furnished, and welcoming. Once we settled in, the location could not have been better - 5 to 35 minutes walk from sights, shopping, food. The street is very difficult to access, so taxis charged €10 more to come to the door. Parking nearby was an extreme challenge. No elevator to 2nd floor.
