Tengan cuidado - Solo la ubicación Pésima experiencia esperamos más de una hora porque no cuenta con recepción ni espacios que agilice el check in haciéndonos perder tiempo. El check in era a las 14:00 y terminamos entrando a las 16:00. Encima el personal de mal humor y mala cara cuando fueron a entregarnos las llaves y demás. Además la zona de duchas un desastre se cayó el techo!

• Αγγελος (1/5): worst area, very bad room selection - We rated this hotel 1/10 only because zero isn’t an option. The room was extremely dirty, with trash under the bed, mold on the walls, and generally very poor cleanliness. The most serious issue was the lack of hot water—only freezing cold water was available, making it impossible to shower. There was also no fridge in the room, only a shared one, which was not mentioned in the booking. Despite informing the staff twice about the water problem, they showed complete indifference and did nothing to resolve it. The hotel is also located in a very bad and unsafe area, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, late at night, the receptionist was watching football loudly on his phone, making it impossible for us to sleep. For these reasons, we were forced to change hotels, losing the money we had already paid.

Es wurde Wlan in der Beschreibung angegeben was nicht zutreffend ist.Mir wurde gesagt das es nur ein Problem von ein paar Stunden sein würde.Aus den vorherigen Bewertungen sieht man aber das das Problem mit dem Internet schon länger besteht.Dann sollte es auch wenigstens aus der Beschreibung herausgenommen werden.Auf Nachfrage per Telefon wann das Internet verfügbar wäre wurde einfach aufgelegt-absolut unfreundlicher Service.Da ich online arbeite und auf wlan angewiesen bin war dieses ein absolutes Disaster.-Fernbedienung des TV war defekt.Im Badezimmer aus dem Abflussrohr der Toilette kam Wasser beim Spülen heraus.Auch aus der Dusche lief das Wasser da die Duschwand unten nicht dicht ist.Unter dem Bett,hinter den Nachtschränken dicke Staubschicht.Matraze hat unappetietliche Flecken.Das die Buchung nicht stornierbar ist hat wohl seinen Grund.Mir wollte man sogar einen Tag mehr Kurtaxe berechnen---aus Versehen?????

• miyuki (2/5): 最悪の部屋でお勧めできません。 寝るだけでいいなら、安い部屋です。 - Termini 駅から近いこと 民間のマンションで建物に着いて、 booking をとうして中庭に着いたと連絡して15分待ったがなにも返事が来なかった。 部屋への入り方も事前説明がなく、近くの方に聞いてマンションのブザーを何度も押したが反応はなく、その方に電話して貰って、建物のエントランスで待つように言われた。鍵を持って来る人が30分以上経ってやっと来た。 部屋の窓が閉まらない。 4人部屋でツインで使用したかったがダブルベッドにしかベッドメイキングされてなく、1人はベッドカバーだけで寝た。バスタオル、トイレットペーパーがなかった。 ドライヤーが動かなかった。 予備の廊下にあるドライヤーも動かない。 シャワーのお湯は出るが排水が詰まっており、なかなか流れない。

• Stine (1/5): Very bad experience - Nothing. Mould in the bathroom ceiling forced me and my guest to leave next morning. It was terrible! There was mould in the bathroom ceiling in the room i stayed in, so I had to leave the room the next morning unable to be refunded for the awful stay. The airconditioner didn’t work, I even had to pay the price of one room to have a guest for one night in my room. It was dirty and cold, dirty sheets, the kitchen area was bare minimum with filthy cups.

Ci sono stati problemi col pagamento su Booking, quindi, ci siamo accordati che avremmo pagato direttamente nella struttura, dove però ci è stato detto che non potevano pagare con la carta e quindi solo contanti (con un rincaro di €20). La stanza era ordinata ma per le pulizie potrebbero fare molto di più.

O responsável (e seu chefe) nos cobrou uma taxa abusiva, mesmo nao tendo nada definido nas regras e mesmo eu solicitando o late check-in e informando pelo app do booking a hora de chegada. Foram extremamente arrogantes. Atendimento péssimo. O quarto fedia a cigarro, Box que estava entupido. Tem uma "área comum" (não citada no anúncio), geladeira estava podre. Não fiquem nesse lugar, melhor pagar mais caro e ter um lugar decente e com gente decente administrando! A reclamação desse abuso de cobrança já foi feita formalmente ao Booking! Tem uma estrela porque é obrigatório, se nao fosse, nao mereciam nem 1 sequer!

• Krriku (1/5): Humbling experience - Nothing , the apartment was not clean at all , smelled really bad , not comfy at all . Everything, the AC didnt work , the neighborhood was the most dangerous there was and there were 3 rooms in one floor which we shared with others , the bathroom didn't have a lock on it and sometimes the key to get in the actual room wouldn't work. The curtains were smaller than the windows which were closed with metal so people wouldn't break in i guess but that made it feelt like we were in jail instead of holidays. The beds smelled so bad , no mops to clean the floor tiles , nothing to cook at , no iron to iron the clothes , no bathroom wipes. It was so small , 4 by 3m and u couldnt even chill anywhere except beds . "Shqipe mos e zgjidhni se do bini pishman".

Il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile Il mixer della doccia non aveva la capacità di stabilizzarsi su "tiepido". La strada su cui affaccia il palazzo è mal frequentata. L'arredo era estremamente basico.

To be honest I didn't like the host . He was a bit weird regarding the money and the way of paying... but it has nothing to do with the place. Lots of places to eat around and great sightseeing.

The other point is we had to use almost broken shower, seeming they tried to minimise amount of our water usage. It was simply very inconvenient.

It was our mistake to pay in advance before looking at the room and facilities. Never advise any family to choose this.

First time went well, it was rather a low-value option, but it was really good for its price. This time we were put in a different room (room number 2 instead of 1). It was a terrible experience. The windows were street-oriented and they weren’t noise-proof! We couldn’t sleep at night. There was a homeless man under our window each night (I know it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but if the windows were tight, that wouldn’t had been a problem). Another thing caused by the damaged window - the cold was surreal. We were freezing during the night. AC was so loud, that it was impossible to use it during sleeping. Additionally, all of the ceiling in the bathroom was covered in dark mold. The smell from the bathroom was horrible. Usually I don’t mind small inconveniences, as I use the hotels only for a sleep (I don't come back during the day). But this time you weren't even able to sleep there. I am really disappointed.
