- Shivansh (4/5): Bad Experience at SMR - Bed were comfortable. Owner was easy to reach for any complains. They shifted me to another adjacent hotel where the room was not having proper lights, sockets were not working and bathroom was dirty. No ventilation in rooms and no windows. No water bottle, no towel, no soap and no slippers provided in rooms. They gave me a room adjacent to reception where entire day there is noise of staff talking extremely loud. They called in my room for 2-3 times mistakenly for something (even at 2am at night). No hangers as well.
