• Renan (7/5): Idéalement situé mais bruyant - Appartement spacieux et confortable. Idéalement situé pour visiter Cordou avec place de parking attribuée. Hôte réactif suite à nos difficultés pour entrer dans le logement. Les problèmes d'isolation gâchent malheureusement l'expérience. Que ce soit à l'intérieur de l'appartement (on entend le voisin ronfler et sa télé plus fort que la notre) ou vis à vis de l'extérieur (rez-de-chaussée au bord d'une rue très passante). Heureusement les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure.

• Safaa (10/5): - J’ai tout aimé dans cet appartement, il est très spacieux, très bien aménagé et rénové, il est beaucoup plus beau que sur les photos, l’avantage d’avoir 2 salles de bains!! La cuisine est très bien équipée meme petite, et l’avantage du parking est vraiment un grand, et en plus de ca il est en plein centre de Cordoue. L’hôte est très réactif et répond à toutes nos demandes.

• andries (8/5): Aanrader voor met het gezin, toplocatie - Dit is een zeer geschikte locatie, dichtbij centrum, winkelstraten, bars, ... ruim appartement, zeer proper onderhouden wasmachine met drooglat aanwezig, senseo koffieapparaat MET PADS, waterkoker, ... een echte aanrader! Er zjn een aantal aandachtspunten: - tv van de buren staat heel luid, vaak tot 01u00u s nachts, oordopjes zijn aangewezen als je tv kijkt, moet je die bij gevolg ook luid zetten: ik denk heel dunne muren - de raam-sluitingen werken niet, maar inbreken gaat ook niet : dikke Spaanse grilles voor de vensters - er is een bidet in de badkamer, maar die lekt onderaan wanneer het water wegloopt naar de afvoer

В помешканні є все для комфортного перебування. Власники також подбали про достатню кількість кави, чаю і не тільки. В усьому відчувається системна організація простору і системна турбота про тих, хто буде проживати. Приємно здивований. Немає зауважень.

Additionally, the availability of free on-site parking was a significant bonus, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. Everything was great, the parking space provided was extremely tight, making it challenging to maneuver and park, especially for larger vehicles.
