- Jegor (10/5): - We liked stuff for the kitchen and design of the apartment. Was clean and comfortable enough. Perfect that we had apparently all that we needed (2 pans, hairdryer, towels etc) There wasn't air condition and window was broken. Also we were run out of paper towels, because there was less than a half of it. Wasn't salt or oil, we needed to buy.
- Laura (9/5): I enjoyed my time, thank you very much! - It was cute and perfect for 1 person. The bed made a lot of noise and was a bit uncomfortable. I alao would wish to have extra towels and bedding in the apartment.

The bed was good and the bathroom nice and clean. We would only recommend this stay for a single night where you dont have to spend a lot of time in the apartment We booked this stay because of the facilities - This included parking! First we where told a different price - not the one listet in the overview of the stay. Then right before we had to arrive, we where told that parking was not an option - now it was to late to find a new stay! We had to look for parking every everning when we came home late in the everning! Not a part of the deal and not okay. There was a lot of noise from a dog in the building.

- Bogdan (10/5): A wonderful and comfortable stay in a beautifully designed apartment with excellent service. - The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The decor was stylish and modern, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and public transport. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. A missing HDMI cable for the TV. However, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall excellent experience.

- Hogan (4/5): Disappointing for the price - Helpful staff We could not get into the apartment due to the wrong key being placed in the key safe. This resulted in waiting over an hour in 30-degree heat. Once we finally got into our apartment (3) the sofa bed mattress had food on it, the bed sheets were very worn and uncomfortable/scratchy and the church bells were so loud even with the windows closed, we had to sit with our hands over our ears. No air conditioning.

- Lennart (8/5): Fine for a short stay but not really cozy or comfortable - Spacious bedroom and a bathtub. Pretty close to a supermarkt and pizzeria nearby. Lack of communication to receive the keys (pre-checkin details and document had to be redone on arrival, emails 6 days ahead and 1 day ahead weren't send). The chairs (dining table) had no cushions and there wasn't a comfortable place to sit (besides on the bed). Television only had Germany channels. Kitchen utensils were limited.

- Herbert (7/5): Decent apartment on the outskirts of Duisburg - Quiet neighbourhood. Easy to find a parking spot on the street, and no parking fee required. Clean, spacious apartment. Quite far from the city centre. Quality of furniture, lamps, etc. and feel of apartment were underwhelming for the price of 188 euros per night, especially for a non-touristy city like Duisburg. One of the plugs of the night lamps next to the bed was so bent that the lamp could not be plugged in. Door handle of bedroom door broken: the first time we touched it, it came loose.
- Pasi (8/5): Happy to stay another time, but wifi should work. - Nice and peaceful flat. But did not get wifi working. Wifi password not found. Booking.com send me a wrong key code, luckily the owner was helpful in the phone despite late arrival.
- Petru (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed there for 4 days. Very clean location, comfortable bed and although it's situated in a residential area it is very quiet! Not a lot of interaction with the owner is required. After the payment is done you receive the code from one of the safe boxes at the entrance of the building. Nearby you can find pizzeria's, a pub and a small shop that is opened until 23:00. I am really happy with the choice i made and will return whenever i am in Duisburg!!! The only downside i could find is the lack of a reserved parking space, but after looking a bit i was always able to find one in the vecinty even at 19:00.
- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice clean, quiet and good located apartment. Comfortable king size bed. Excellent WiFi connection. Easy and fast communication with host. I highly recommend it with no doubt.
