- Carsten (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Bis zur Kathedrale/Alcazar läuft man nur ca. 15-20 min. durch nette Strassen. Der Innenhof ist super zum Frühstücken oder arbeiten. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Kochmöglichkeit, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist vielleicht etwas dunkel, aber die meiste Zeit ist man sowieso unterwegs oder setzt sich in den Innnenhof.

- SEDA (7/5): Very basic, very noisy, clean but outdated interior - It was very clean, bathroom, sheets, towels, kitchen evrything was clean. it was lively neighborhood, with a lot of stidents and also artistic bihemian ppl and places. feeling safe until late at night. Sound insulation was terroble, you hear every tiny noise from outside nd neighbours, waking you up while sleeping.
The windows were so old, hard close and open.
The apartment was very dark, even during the day it does not get any daylight.
Furniture was outdated and not maintained well. It gives a not nice feeling to stay in.

Very spacious apartment.
Loved that it had a washing machine and dryer - was able to get clean clothes after getting wet in the rain. You can hear the lift and some noise from other apartments…..but if you live in an apartment you understand that you hear noises sometimes.

The older part of the city was a short 10-12 min walk thru beautiful neighborhoods with lots to do & see. The apartment has everything you need, especially a DRYER, maybe the first one we've ever had that was free to use. Very well appointed decor. Very clean, quiet building set back 1 block from the busy streets and area where 100s of families & tourists spent the days & nights enjoying the Esplanade. The host was VERY responsive to any of our questions. That we had to leave...
