Rianne (8/5): - Den ligging is ideaal, midden in het centrum, 250 mtr van tramhalte. Dat we een trap op moesten naar het appartement, dat wist ik niet. Niet zo erg, maar mijn moeder is 80, dat is niet zo makkelijk voor haar.
Antonio (7/5): - Ubicación, muy cerca del centro y no muy alejado de la estación central (unos 20min andando). El apartamento en si, bien cuidado y cómodo. Chekin. No hay opción de hacer el chekin antes de la hora establecida, bajo ninguna premisa, tampoco dejar las maletas. Además, tienes que desplazarte a unas oficionas de manera presencial para hacer el chekin. Una vez realizado el chekin y dentro de la habitación, sin previo aviso ni desde las oficinas ni tampoco llamando a la puerta, entró la chica de la limpieza (o eso nos dijo) a chequear no se que cosa. Estábamos almorzando algo y la niña en la cama dormida, nos quedamos locos. La limpieza, sin llegar a estar sucio del todo, muy mejorable. Solicitamos una plancha pero no nos dieron la opción. La ducha resbala un poco, algo peligrosa. Las escaleras de acceso muy estrechas y empinadas. Sabiendo que íbamos con carro y bebé, nos dieron un segundo piso sin ascensor.

Oleksii (1/5): Terrible communication, they couldn't care less about clients, I won't rent it again - The place is big and location is good. That's it with good things. Check-in process is terrible! They made it for own convenience, for clients is terrible. It's either you walk 30 minutes just because they cannot organize self check-in or waste money for taxi. Moreover, I rented place for 3 night but then I wanted to prolong it for a day more. They didn't reply me if that is possible. Extending dates in Booking wasn't possible. But the place was availab in Booking for these dates. I made a second booking for one night before the dates. During check-in I asked if that is possible for me no to check-out after 1 night since I stay there longer - they said no because I will be staying in another apartment in the same building and they cannot help with it. Next day I checked out, waited a few hours with bags because they said they cannot keep luggage in that building despite it's fully their building. After I took keys it turned out I stay in the same apartments. So they just couldn't care less about the situation and I just walked 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back with luggage because they don't give a damn to check if I stay in the same apartments and that I don't have to check-out. So I can sum up that communication is basically 0/10. Additionally, they have not mentioned beforehand rules that I cannot invite anyone to my place even for 5 minutes threatening with hidden camera in the building and almost 1000 euroes fine as well as canceling stay after that. I RENT the place! I understand that I cannot let anyone stay overnight in my place and I understand I cannot make parties. But it was +41 degrees in Antwerp those days and I can even make a break with my friends from walking because we cannot even go there for 5 minutes.
Guest (5/5): good value for money compared to a hotel - the location was very good, the whole city within walking distance. the bed mattress was comfortable the shower was nice, with good water pressure several things could be improved: - the overall cleanliness of the apartment, the floor in particular was very dusty. - the pillows were not comfortable at all and seemed quite used - there was nowhere to put the clothes: no shelves, no hanging possibilities apart from 3 hooks in the entrance hall and the 2 drawers of the bathroom. - despite what seemed to be double-gazed windows, any noise in the street seem to be happening next to you, and the street can get very noisy. I strongly advise to bring ear plugs!

Nele (3/5): weinig correcte comunicatie - appartement niet voorzien voor 8 personen! - weinig... zie hieronder het is niet OK om de dag zelf geïnformeerd te worden van het gegeven dat we een ander appartement kregen. In dit appartement was er slechts één toilet voor 8 personen, de keuken was helemaal niet voorzien voor 8 personen, er waren ook geen 8 stoelen, enz enz...

Laila Rayssa (9/5): Voltaria com certeza! - Gostei muito de ficar nesse loft! A localização é ótima, bem no centro. No começo fiquei com medo por ter poucas avaliações, mas deu tudo certo. A gente pega as chaves num local que fica a uns 15 minutos andando do loft. Teria sido perfeito se várias ruas não estivessem passando por um tipo de reforma o que nos impediu de pegar o bonde e dificultou andar com as malas. Mas isso não é um problema da equipe e sim um contratempo da cidade. A pessoa que me atendeu falou em ingles bem explicadinho o que me ajudou muito (pq não sei tanto)! O loft é imenso e as fotos representam bem o local! A limpeza estava legal. Ficamos no 1o andar com janela pra rua! Houve um contratempo com a chave! A chave que nós deram não abria o apartamento, mas felizmente a pessoa da limpeza estava por lá e então rapidamente trocamos a chave! Por ter janela pra rua, escutamos muito as pessoas falando na rua. Quem for muito sensível a isso. Vai se incomodar.
Marlene (1/5): Disgusting! Not recommended! - Location was good, place is spacious! Disgusting, rude and dirty! When we arrived, the shower stank like sewage. A maintenance person only came after we called again and after 8pm - only equipped with decalcifier (not even gloves) which obviously didn’t help! We could not use the shower. Person on the phone was very rude - told us, we could leave immediately, if we wanted to, when I asked for another place or partial refund! Claimed partial refund, but no one answered. Place is very cheaply done, key pickup is 1,5km away in a office with 3-4 guys on foldable desks in one small room handing out keys. Apartment was ground floor - area rather loud.

Andris (5/5): Upper floors might be OK, but the ground floor is not. Pictures from host are misleading. - Location in old town. One of the strangest experiences in Booking so far. Do not take flat no 1 (ground floor). The pictures of the host are misleading. Floor with dangerous and sharp wholes, fake wooden floor and bathroom tiles are shaky, no possibility to get on the "terrasse" as all handles are removed -in fact no real ventilation possibility, dangerous in case of fire, feeling as if you would be in a basement as the walls around the entire "terrasse" are about 3 floors high (see pics, but it is hard to believe). You will hear every sound in the staircase . Strange marks of burned cigarette (?) on sink, several bags with trash in the corridor for several days, incl. old plant. Prepare for walking 15 minutes from the railway station for getting the keys and additional 20 minutes to get to the flat.
