• Pepe (10/5): - El alojamiento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos , tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en milan, la ubicación no es perfecta pero es bastante buena , paradas de metros al lado y paradas de bus también, ademas con muy buenos restaurantes por la zona ya que es un barrio tranquilo y también supermercados para un apuro nada
• franly (9/5): Recomendable - Apartamento perfecto para una pareja. Todas las comida las hemos hecho fuera. El sofá - cama muy muy cómodo. Además, dispones, justo en la puerta, una maravilla para desayunar y parada de autobús. Stefano, el dueño del apartamento, disponible para cualquier duda. La ducha no tragaba bien y se hace "piscina" (aunque el agua sale caliente rápido y con muy buena presión). Vendría bien un poco más de armario.

• Kalin (9/5): Suitable for couples - It's a one bedroom apartment, just like a hotel room. The plus here is that there is a kitchen area and a coffee machine with as much capsules as you can drink :) In addition there were some biscotti and jam for when emergency sugar rush is needed. :) Location is ok, close to shops and transportation. Also cost / quality is good. The host was easy to get in touch with and helpful. Overall I recommend the property. Good stay for couples. Nothing critical, although here are some things that we noticed: 1. Walls are a bit "cardboardy" and you can hear everything around you. Though in our case the neighbors were considerate and did nothing outside normal hours. We could rest good. 2. The small wardrobe next to the bed had some "falling appart" vibes, so we decided it is best not to use or touch it at all. Everything else was fine.
• Adela (6/5): - Alojamiento retirado del centro pero con transporte público cercano. Edificio antiguo, habitación reformada. Muy silencioso, permitía el descanso. Hacia demasiado frío en la habitación. El edredón era muy fino y pasé muchísimo frío la primera noche. LA calefacción la regula el dueño así que no pude dormir esa primera noche xq no entraba en calor y yo no la podia encender.. Escribí por WhatsApp a la persona que tenia de contacto y encendió la calefacción el segundo día. Ya era más agradable estar allí. Solicité un edredón xq necesitaba más calor para dormir y no tenía. Finalmente me echaba en la cama el abrigo para dormir bien. Por lo demás bien. El baño todo ok, pero se salia el agua de la ducha. La calefacción del baño perfecta y agua caliente con buen caudal. La cama bien pero la almohada era demasiado fina.
• Juana María (6/5): Correcto pero no volvería. - La persona de contacto y perfectas las indicaciones para poder acceder. No se oye ruido por la noche. La ubicación del sitio. El edificio era antiguo con un ascensor muy estrecho. En el ascensor una persona gruesa no cabe. La estancia está reformada , pero con lo amplia que es es la habitación una mesita en cada lado de la cama no estaría mal. Para una persona mayor no es cómodo. Por la ventana te entra luz y la luz del microondas está delante de la cama. Si necesitas dormir a oscuras no puedes dormir. La televisión no conseguí que se viesen los canales.

• Tai (7/5): Great except unable to use water taps - The room was clean and well-appointed with nice amenities like cookies and jam, and the hot water pressure was excellent. The host was responsive during check-in regarding the door lock. And He is nice. During the morning to afternoon, I was unable to use the water taps for an unknown reason, which meant I couldn't wash our hands or use the bathroom. I was unable to reach the host at that time. After about an hour, I managed to contact the host and were informed that the water would only be available in the afternoon. Additionally, due to nearby construction and poor soundproofing, it was quite noisy during certain periods.
• YUNQI (7/5): 总的来说很方便，性价比很高 - 自助办理入住很方便，性价比很高。去火车站或者市中心很方便，因为门口就有公交站。房子也很宽敞，房东人很好，我们很冷，和他联系了以后他就帮忙开了暖气，哪怕米兰还没有供暖 烧水壶实在是太脏了，完全不能用。还好我们自己带了烧水壶。

Instruction très claire et système d'ouverture très bien pensé, afin d'éviter de se promener avec les clés. Emplacement de parking compliqué, mais des alternatives sont possibles en prenant des parkings payant longue durée.

• Shadiah (8/5): Beautiful - It was very clean, and beautiful. No couch though, but really amazing It was 33 degrees in Milan and the Ac was not working, they improvised with a fun but it didn’t help at all couldn’t sleep all the nights I was there

There is a bus-stop near the house with 92 bus to Milano Central railway station. Check-in was great with detailed exploration from the owner. There is some snacks and coffee left for guests. For sure I advise this place .

• Dale (8/5): Very comfortable and accessible to city. - Location was great for transport, restaurants and city centre. Welcome kit would have made it easier. Pillows were not supportive. Property did not provide laundry detergent. There was no personal greeting as required and a welcome kit providing information about how to use appliances and information about local heating and cooling regulations would be useful.

• Mann (7/5): Good - I liked the kitchen in the room and the outdoor space too but the blanket was very dirty and there was only one cupboard to store things. The room was a bit smaller than shown in the photo and so was the bathroom. There were some things missing in the kitchen like a knife.

• Mackom96 (10/5): Excellent place for a short city break. - Nice place, easy to access via tram or bus, metro is just a 10min walk straight down the street. There are normal supermarkets nearby, and it’s very easy to get to the city center at every time of the day. The room itself was very clean, contact with the owner was excellent. It was everything we expected for the price (and even more). We could use some more space to leave our luggage or to put away our clothes - there was only one small closet available. Travel lightly!

The apartment's location is wonderful, there are a couple of bus stops right next to the house, and a tram nearby. There is a grocery store nearby and a cafe under the house. very quiet street and windows overlook the courtyard. the apartments were clean and it was clear that everything was done for comfort. The condo had everything you needed, even more, for which special thanks 🙏 If you stay in these apartments you will be happy

Everything was super clean and the apartment had everything we might need: cookies, kitchen supplies, salt/olive/oil/… (basics for cooking) & bathroom kits (shampoo, etc). Very recent place, with cool and comfortable stuff. Super clean - and I’m very picky. I would Dede recommend if you don’t mind sleeping in a sofa-bed. Location was not a problem for us, we traveled using Ecooltra and it was amazing. Would prefer if it was a normal bed instead of a sofa-bed. And it was totally okay to have it as the apartment is big! Sleep quality & comfort would definitely increase. Even though this was the best sofa-bed I’ve ever slept in - for real.

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - Me and my husband stayed there for 3nights and we had good time overall. The apartment was fully renovated including the toilets. It was really clean and we didn’t hear any noises from outside. We found all the necessary things including detergent and so on. We also liked the arrangement of some light breakfast. The host Maria was so humble even though we didn’t met her in person but she checked on us we were okay or not. We had a pleasant stay overall 😀 There is nothing tbh, but if I want to write something I would say the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable and my husband and I knocked our legs on the corners of the bed so you have to careful while walking on the apartment. However, I don’t think it’s a big deal compared to everything the apartment will offer you .

The location is perfect, we had a wonderful walk to the center of the city! There is also a small shop in the building. Thanks a lot to Mariagrazia for her outstanding hospitality! I hope we will be able to book this apartment for our next trip to Milan :)
