• Ana (8/5): Alojamiento muy bien situado y coqueto. - La localización es perfecta. Muy cerca de la parada del autobús y al lado mismo del centro. La habitación muy cómoda, aunque no muy espaciosa. El desayuno estaba muy bien. El personal muy amable y atento. No es demasiado espacioso. No tiene ascensor. La limpieza era correcta, pero no perfecta.
• Jindřich (4/5): Nevěřte co o hotelu píší - Recepce nexistuje! Pokud nemate watsup nemate se jak ubytovat. Pokoj je extreme maly a snidane servirovana v sousedni restauraci... Nejhorsi z Menorci co jsme zazili....

• Rebeca (8/5): Una escapada en familia - El desayuno en el bar Pecado, muy bien, los chicos son encantadores y la comida muy buena. Estuvimos muy agusto. Al final dormimos los 3 en la cama de matrimonio y la salita la teniamos para descansar con la tv y no teniamos q montar y desmontar el sofa cama. Y el trato de la persona que nos recibió, inmejorable, cercano y amable, ofreciendonos todo tipo de mejoras que estaban en su mano para hacer nuestra estancia mejor y más agradable. Una escapda en inverno ideal. Muchas gracias. Entra un poco de luz de la plaza por las contraventanas exteriores de lamas, típicas de Menorca, unas cortinas más opacas vendrían bien para por la noche

• GEMMA (7/5): Pequeño para 4 personas - La habitación doble es muy pequeña para 4 personas, se hace un poco agobiante. Está ubicado en el centro pero está lejos de playa y costas. El desayuno está muy rico pero no permite más que una bebida y un sólido (tostada, bollo … ). En nuestro caso, hubo un malentendido y tuvimos que pagar 32 euros por 8 zumos. Las tostadas están riquísimas y el bar situado debajo ofrece también cenas muy ricas El tamaño de la habitación y en el desayuno solo dos cosas incluidas.

• Reynes (7/5): Todo muy justito - La zona esta genial No es un hotel, es un edificio antiguo rehabilitado con habitaciones, la recepción es un WhatsApp por el móvil, ideal para escapadas con la amante, ya que nadie te reconocerá. La limpieza muy justita por 100€ al dia, se nota que le ha pasado por encima una temporada turística muy intensa.

• Sara (7/5): Interno intorno Ciutadella - La gentilezza della proprietaria che è sempre stata disponibile per ogni tipo di richiesta. Letti molto comodi, stanza piccola ma ben organizzata. Il terrazzo della junior suite è molto carino ma poco fruibile poiché sono presenti gli sfiati del locale sottostante. Nella seconda stanza mancano gli oscuranti, conviene avere una mascherina per dormire senza svegliarsi all'alba.
• Miquel Francesc (6/5): Cèntric pero manca de neteja - Esta molt ben situat, molt cèntric i no se sent gaire renou. A mes les habitacions son fresques. No hem tengut contacte amb ningu, no hi ha recepcionista no sabíem com fer el check out, alemys si el check in. Encara que pareix un hotel nou, no esta gaire cuidat: les habitacions no estan gaire netes, el sofa tenia taques, l’estora blanca també estava plena de taques, el llit era de terciopelo i estave ple de pols i a mes ens varem trobar una cuca a l’habitació. Quan et dutxes hi ha aigua per tot perque la mampara es massa petita i nomes et deixen un pot de vidre petit amb un poc de sabó que no varen rellenar.

Habitación muy pequeña.No se corresponde a las fotografías.Lo que llaman terraza es impracticable ya que está situada en los respiraderos de las cocinas de los restaurantes que hay debajo. Las sábanas , aunque parecían limpias, tenían manchas. Relación calidad -precio pésima . Muy caro para lo que ofrecen. Lo que si tengo que decir es que la ubicación es excelente.

• Katerina (7/5): Great host and location. Rooms not fit for purpose. - The host was very helpful and always on hand. The location was fantastic. Far too small for three people. A big issue was that the door to our room was very hard to open and close! Towels weren't replaced.

• Ceri (8/5): Great stay, brilliant location and lovely staff. - The location is excellent and just where we wanted to be. I think that when advertising the terraced room it is worth noting that the terraced comprises of 4 open vents from the kitchens below which produce both noise and food smells
• Matthew (8/5): Relaxing - Lovely property in a great location. Staff and owner were very friendly and kept the property clean and tidy Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working but we did stay out of season so not too surprising.

• Darek (10/5): Best spot in Ciutadella! - Very good location - close to old town (2min walk actually) and markets, lots of restaurants, marina and if you travel - easy access to motorway to get to the coast - half an hour max! Rooms were very clean and tidy. Service every day. Communal terrace with pool and sun beds to chill out. Friendly and helpful service. I would definitely come back there in the future! I cat think of anything...
• Elizabet (8/5): Tiny rooms, but location and facilities are amazing - Amazing location, very modern design, main bedroom with the bed is great size and has AC No proper luggage storage, second room with sofa bed is very small - when sofa bed is open you pretty much cannot go around it and don’t have any space to open a small suitcase, no AC in the second bedroom with sofa bed
• Grubenmann (9/5): Superb - We arrived by ferry and could easily reach the Hotel by walking. The check-in was easy and the contact in advance was good. The place is lovely with a lot of attention to details, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast in a cute little coffee place next to the hotel was delicious.
• Richard (8/5): Very good - Location was amazing and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Well decorated and newly renovated rooms. We had to switch rooms on our second day as we were placed in the wrong room upon arrival, which made do difference to us as the rooms were near identical, but was a hassle. The plumbing seams to gas into the bathroom at times and can smell quite awful. The terrace has hatches that open to the restaurant bellow.
• Apgk (9/5): Excellent 4 nights stay in Menorca Ciutadella - Owners and staff are super helpful and responsive. The breakfast at Nibs on the plaza is probably the best in town. There is no reception which may be a little challenging for some.
• Charlotte (9/5): Ciutadella Llonga’s made my stay in Menorca comfortable, peaceful and amazing! - The property was comfortable, calm and very central. The host was very welcoming, nice and wanted to make sure that my stay was good. There was a slight odour from the toilets/pipes.

Quality of materials in apartment very good. Bed very comfortable A little too small and no space for storing cases etc. The Jacuzzi was also not working which was disappointing. Sheets not ironed and very creased
• Rajen (8/5): Lovely, modern, quality Apart/Hotel in the centre of Ciutadella. - Good quality comfortable bed and bedding. Decor was really nice. Lovely modern bathroom with good quality shower gel and towels. AC was really good also had two smart TVs. Fantastic location and great host. As the location is so good and central please be aware that it is busy and noisy in the immediate vicinity. Lovely modern shower however had a tendency to leave a little water outside. Could've used a blackout curtain in the living room and some sort of shading (maybe a parasol) upstairs in the jacuzzi area on the roof terrace.
