• Judith (10/5): Superb modern and beautifully equipped property in a great centeal location - Great central location, beautifully decorated and super clean property Not that it was too much of an issue for our group - it can be very noisy at night but that is due to the really central city location.

• Elisabeth (9/5): We loved this house! I would go back in a heartbeat. Absolute luxury and superb comfort. - Lots of emails but very responsive, helpful and polite communication - our party had different arrival times and the hosts were very happy to accommodate us. The house is beautiful, stylish, spotlessly clean and so well set up. Very central location 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and all the Seville bustle. We did a lot of walking but everything felt within easy reach. Nice quality tableware and cookware and plenty of it. Crisp clean sheets and towels, bed very comfy. I'm old(ish), so I wasn't a big fan of having to use a QR code to get further information about the house on arrival eg trash disposal etc - I get this means an easy update for the hosts but it felt like there was lots of stuff/requirements that could be easily missed. However the hosts were very responsive to any information requests via email so no real complaint here. The house has been beautifully renovated in recent years but just showing some signs of needing some minor TLC - the paint on the kitchen cabinets is a bit chipped and the bottom tray in the dishwasher is awful - needs replacing! Also we like to cook but couldn't find any chopping boards? My only other comment is the outside noise.... hard to be in a central city location without street noise but there are a couple of bars/restaurants within a few metres of the house - so if you want to sleep uninterrupted before the early hours you might struggle. However we were there on a Spanish holiday weekend so this may be different at other times.

• Jinglan (9/5): Despite the bad weather we had a great time! - THERE WERE NINE OF US STAYING AT THE ACCOMMODATION AND WE WERE GENERALLY SATISFIED. COMMUNICATION WAS EASY, AS THE TEAM WAS AVAILABLE VIA WHATSAPP AT ANY TIME. THEY EVEN HELPED US WITH QUESTIONS WE HAD BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL. UNFORTUNATELY, WE WERE UNLUCKY WITH THE WEATHER; IT RAINED FOR FIVE DAYS STRAIGHT, BUT THANKS TO THE GREAT LOCATION, WE WERE ABLE TO EASILY REACH THE SIGHTS EVEN IN THE RAIN. THE BEDROOMS ARE SPREAD OVER THREE FLOORS, WHICH WAS ACTUALLY GREAT FOR US, AS EVERYONE COULD RETREAT THEMSELVES AND ENJOY THE PEACE. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR THE MONEY!
• Danica (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, the home is very stylish. There was nothing not to like! You just need to be ok with stairs as the house is over 4 floors (which we liked).
• Ruthie (10/5): The BEST rental property in the old town Sevilla- Loved every minute! - Gorgeous property in old town area, walking distance to restaurants, bars and the river. Quiet, and comfortable and as an added bonus, a rooftop deck with stunning views of the city! Excellent home, beautifully decorated, upgraded everything - Modern and clean - would highly recommend A++++! it was PERFECT!!!
