- Vlado (10/5): - Staff was very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Tourists with prepaid bed and breakfast should have access to free second coffee. We sere asked to pay for it. In most hotels this is done by provided access to the coffee machine.

- Nikolay (8/5): Schönes Hotel, aber falsche Infos und wenig geschultes Personal. - Schönes neues Hotel, gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück, große Zimmer.. gut und bequem ausgestattet Der Fitnessraum, wie auf den Fotos beworben, war nicht nutzbar. Stattdessen wurde ich ins benachbarte Gym geschickt, wo auch Sauna und Spa liegen..im Hotel selbst also Falschangaben. An der Rezeption reagierte man eher unfreundlich, obwohl ich lediglich zu den Angaben in der Beschreibung nachgefragt habe
- Krasimir (10/5): Downtown hotel with a friendly staff and inpresive interiour - 1. Staff was very friendly - especially the lady at the reception and the bell boy. We asked for extra service (almost a favor) at least twice - and they responded immediately and in the best possible way. 2. Interior / design of the hotel - one word - impressive! 3. Breakfast: be careful with it - each breakfast you choose from the list comes in the size of 2 breakfasts :) 4. SPA facilities - although in the near building - large in size and rich in options of saunas - worth visiting it. the weather outside ;) but there was not much hotel can do about it.

- Olalla (7/5): Me esperaba algo más.. - Todo muy limpio. Cama muy cómoda (queen sice), ubicación buena, tiene garage incluido en el precio. La comida del restaurante, increíble. A un min hay un restaurante con actuaciones típicas de Bulgaria. El gimnasio del hotel, muy bien. Si se quiere algo más, dan opción a ir a un gimnasio cercano. Personal muy amable, pero algo lentos 🙄. Temperatura de la habitación (es un horno). No se puede regular de forma individual. Dos días que estuvimos, avisamos de que era celíaca. Me dijeron que en los dos días me podrían pan, para desayunar… ningún día. Poca cosa para mi. Una pena. Aún no están preparados para celíacos. Lo de la ducha es increíble. Sin mampara y se moja todo el baño, con lo que si te levantas a media noche, lo mismo te escurres y te matas. No comparéis 5 estrellas en España y en Bulgaria: NADA QUE VER.

Η τοποθεσία άδικη για το ξενοδοχείο γιατί ακριβώς απέναντι έχει ένα μισοκατεδαφισμένο παλιό κτήριο. Το ξενοδοχείο πολύ όμορφο και κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης .
