Elyse (9/5): Great location, clean and central though a bit loud if you’re a light sleeper - I liked the location and the owner was very helpful. Only downside was that I did book a double bed though got changed to two single beds. This ended up working well though as the person I was meant to go with didn’t end up coming on the trip and my sister came instead N/a

Kim (9/5): Overall a great place to stay short term and would definitely stay again. - Fantastic location. Close to Light Rail and Darling Harbour. Cosy quiet room. Linen was clean and bed comfy. Felt safe with key to lock bedroom door. All facilities available. The bathroom floor gets quite wet from the shower. There was 1 bath mat available..maybe more needed. Front porch light not working. Guest was using the dryer late at night.
Sophie (9/5): Wonderfully quiet budget accommodation close to the CBD - Simple, quiet accommodation but so well set up with everything you could need in the kitchen and laundry. Check in and check out was seamless. Very comfortable room for privacy, and never found the common areas to be busy. Nothing.

Steve (1/5): It does not exist as listed..... REMOVE THIS LISTING and - You have to be kidding me. This listing was a scam. The image of the address was an alleyway. There was not a stay, all of these questions are irrelevant..... I have requested Booking.com to contact me, and they have not. This listing needs to be removed, and I need refunded. Everything! IT IS A SCAM. And Booking.com has failed in "customer care".... I am a "Genius Level" customer, and have used the service world wide for years. There was a "switch " done on the booking and the hotel I clicked on to book, and thought I had booked, did not have my booking, instead a similar address down the street, and my phone went black when I opened the pdf. This needs fixed.

Dave (10/5): Perfect spot for my Sydney getaway! Convenient and comfortable! - The location was perfect! Just a short walk from the tram, and 20 minutes from the town hall! The kitchen had everything we could ever need - stovetop, oven, kettle, toaster, ect. Nice little communal space perfect for me and my friend. Beds were comfy! Amanda was lovely and so accomodating and responsive! Her details to check in were clear, concise, and had images to help. Perfect! Very minor small details were missed at our Air BnB. The TV was a bit dodgy and did not smart, no hand towel holder in one of the bathrooms. They were both small details that did not affect our comfort and stay, but are the only points that could be improved.

Matthew (2/5): Don’t. Find somewhere better. - Not much. Over 100 year old building in poor condition. Next to busy road. Where to start. Balcony, where? Out front with two old mattresses outside stacked against my rooms windows. Couldn’t open windows for fresh air, painted shut, room smelled like 100 year old dust/soot from the unused fireplace. No aircon. Back door could not be locked, nor closed. So open 24/7. Room was changed prior to arrival, so instead of a double mattress booked I got a front room with two single beds, and non-stop traffic noise all night long.
