• Daphne (10/5): A truly welcoming stay in a fantastic neighborhood - Communication with the host was impeccable, and the apartment is located in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and everything one might need just minutes away. The apartment had a welcoming scent, was very well maintained, and spotlessly clean, clearly reflecting the care put into the guest experience. It is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, with a modern design. The city center is within walking distance, and you can enjoy drinks, brunch, and tapas just moments from the door. There is even a great tapas spot right on the corner below the apartment. Absolutely amazing!

• Marion (9/5): Perfekte Lage in schönem Ambiente - Die sehr stilvoll und wohnlich eingerichtete Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage für die Altstadt und den Stadtteil Ruzafa. Der Zutritt hat mittels Zahlencode perfekt geklappt. Die steile Treppe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber handelbar. Geschlafen haben wir super. Und auch sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, auch den Dingen für den täglichen Verbrauch. Aufgefallen es uns, wie sauber es war. Wir waren eine Woche dort und hatten etwas Mühe, unsere Kleidung unterzubringen. Der große Schrank hat lediglich eine Stange und ein Brett. Das ist viel zu wenig. Auch haben wir uns mit den hellen Lampen und dem direkten Licht der Energiesparlampen nicht wohl gefühlt.

• Belen (8/5): Buena estancia - La situación es perfecta. El apartamento estaba limpio y muy de agradecer los detalles( café, té, magdalenas, chocolate,etc..) La cama muy cómoda. El acceso al portal nos fue un poco complicado a través del código. Las escaleras superestrechas y bastante empinadas, para subir maletas pesadas no lo veo. Intentamos ponernos en contacto en 2 ocasiones a través del número de móvil que nos facilitaron y siempre salía un contestador , también envié un email y tampoco obtuve respuesta, afortunadamente no era nada grave, pero creo que la comunicación debería ser mas accesible con la/el propietari@.

• Gunnar (10/5): Supertrevlig studio nära tågstationen. - Rymligt, snyggt, rent och fräscht!! Stor omtanke om gästerna med diverse detaljer. Öl och vatten i kylen. Tyvärr kunde vi bara utnyttja lägenheten en natt av tre bokade p gr. av tågstrejk och flera trasiga tåg!! Synd för vi trivdes så bra!! Inget. Ska i så fall vara en brant trappa som var lite svår att gå i med mycket packning.

Presente quanto necessario anche per soggiorni di più giorni (liquidi per pulizia, spugna, liquido per piatti) Gradite le bibite e le capsule di caffè (in realtà poche visto che ci siamo fermati 6 giorni) e gli sncks di accoglienza. Condizionatore per raffrescare e scaldare. Nessun rapporto con i proprietari che non abbiamo incontrato né all'arrivo né alla partenza (apertura e chiusura porta in automatico con codice Inviato sul telefono).

• Antonio (10/5): Soggiorno bellissimo. - L'ubicazione della casa nel quartiere Russafa è già di per sé piacevole. Inoltre, tale ubicazione consente di poter fruire senza sforzo alcuno di tutti i servizi e le bellezze offerte dalla città di Valenza( metro, bus, treno, negozi, mete turistiche e monumenti, contatti sociali, gastronomia,..). Non riesco a trovare qualcosa di negativo. Il soggiorno è stato bellissimo.

Además al tratar de salir (nos trataron de echar 10 minutos antes de la hora) la puerta del edificio estaba bloqueada por un coche y el andamio.

• María de Campanar (10/5): ¡Repetiremos! - Muy buena ubicación: barrio tranquilo, cerca del centro y de la estación de tren. Limpio, con mucha luz, acogedor y con todas las comodidades. No conocimos personalmente a los anfitriones pero nos hicieron sentir como en casa gracias a sus detalles de bienvenida y amenities: chocolatinas en la cama, café/ infusiones y magdalenas para desayunar, agua y cerveza fresquitas en la nevera... El tramo de escalera para acceder al apartamento es de altura baja y escalones pequeños, si eres alto ¡cuidadín con la cabeza!

Bastante rolllo. Por lo demás todo genial. El wifi muy, muy mal. El wifi muy muy mal, sin apenas señal. Sólo se mantenía la señal unos pocos minutos o segundos.

• Maria Antonia (9/5): - Es un apartamento muy cómodo y bien decorado. La cama es muy cómoda. Llovía mucho y había mucho ruido en las canaleras. Al no tener experiencia en alquilar apartamentos me costó un poco entrar, pero está muy bien explicado. Y la anfitriona fue muy amable.
• Sabine (9/5): Un logement très confortable et appréciable dans un quartier agréable et bien situé - Appartement très cosy, bien décoré, à la propreté impeccable,avec une climatisation appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs, une petite terrasse avec table/chaises à l'arrière très agréable, un plateau de courtoisie et des boissons fraîches au frigo bienvenus, un excellent emplacement proche du centre ville, de toutes les commodités, des transports en commun et d'une station de vélos en libre-service, un système d'ouverture/verrouillage de la porte d entrée par une application smartphone bien pratique et qui simplifie la prise en mains des lieux, une propriétaire disponible pour répondre aux questions. La machine à café est une Nespresso et quelques capsules sont offertes à l'arrivée, il y a également une bouilloire et quelques sachets de thé.Nous avons, ma fille et moi, passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement et y reviendrons probablement un jour! :) Ce sont de petits détails qui n'ont pas du tout gâché notre excellent séjour mais il serait appréciable que soit mis à disposition un étendoir pour faire sécher quelques vêtements si besoin, un petit parasol pour se protéger et pouvoir manger dehors à l'heure du midi où le soleil inonde la petite terrasse et un peu plus de vaisselle, car il n'y a pas beaucoup d'ustensiles pour cuisiner (notamment une petite casserole).

• David (7/5): - Ubytování bylo pěkné, čisté, se základním vybavením vč. fénu. Lokalita byla super. Bydleli jsme v posledním patře bez schodů; dalo se v pohodě vyjít, ale nedoporučuji starším osobám Postel je umístěna ve vyvýšeném patře pod střechou, takže máte v noci dvě možnosti: a) buď si zapnout větrák, který vám umožní dýchat, ale bude celou noc hučet, nebo b) větrák nezapínat, ale bude vás v noci budit horko. Po celém dni stráveném venku jsme většinou zvolili větrák, jelikož jsme padli únavou, ale ideální to není (ale dá se).

• Marcelo (10/5): Excelente alojamiento - Excelente alojamiento en Valencia, cómodo, con buenísima locación y de muy fácil acceso en colectivo. Pero por sobre todo, quiero destacar la calidez y amabilidad de quienes nos alquilaron porque fueron, de principio a fin, muy atentos, así como honestos: Mi hijo olvidó unos auriculares en el departamento y nos lo enviaron por correo a nuestro siguiente destino. The apartment was well stocked with all the basics. we had an issue with the blinds and the host responded very quickly and sent a repair technician that day to fix it! . The couch was a bit small and uncomfortable and the bed was only a double and the bathroom was small -- but all very typical for an apartment like this.
• Panagiotis (5/5): Passable - Great location. Sofa bed when opened blocked the entrance. Exterior road very noisy. Generally tiny space and surely very expensive for what it is.

Very thin walls - we had an issue with the apartment next door being extremely loud. Also the front door is quite grubby so would be good for it to be cleaned, but not a major issue.
• Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment, clean and bright, perfectly located to explore Valencia. Some things that stood out: there was some free water and beer in the fridge, which we really appreciated. Also (a pet peeve of mine): the rain shower in the bathroom was spotlessly clean. It tends to be clogged with limescale even in hotels/apartments that are otherwise clean. Overall, a great stay, we would happily return.
