• 효경 (3/5): Poor - It is next to a gas station, and the room entrance was from outside, so feel not so safe. I was badly surprised, and I felt other tourists who came the same day were also surprised with the place.
• Shaheryar (1/5): Highly disappointing experience! - Honestly, there was nothing to like about this accomodation. The entire experience was negative from start to finish. Their deceptive practices and lack of customer service overshadowed any potential positives. It caused significant inconvenience and frustration, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Our experience with this hotel was highly disappointing and felt like a scam. We had booked two rooms, each with two single beds, as we were traveling with friends and required separate sleeping arrangements. However, upon arrival, the hotel attempted to force us into upgrading to single rooms for an additional charge. They showed us rooms with a queen-sized bed and tried to convince us that it was "technically two single beds with one mattress," claiming it was better for the back. This was completely unacceptable. Prior to our arrival, we had even messaged the property to confirm that separate single beds would be arranged, but they ignored our request and never responded. At check-in, instead of resolving the issue, the staff focused on upselling single rooms for extra money. When we refused, we were left without accommodation. Our plans were completely disrupted as we had no choice but to cancel our stay. To make matters worse, they refused to cancel our booking, stating they couldn't assist us because we had booked through Booking.com. It’s shocking that Booking.com allows such properties on its platform. This situation caused us significant inconvenience and frustration, and we would strongly caution others against booking with this hotel.
• Mallory (8/5): Nice property with basic amenities and daily housekeeping, and only a few minutes walk to the train station which was a - I loved the location of this property, right next to the gondola and a good pub. We had a balcony room which was great for airing our sports clothes in the summer. As others have said, it was a bit confusing to check in at the Vista hotel and then stay in a completely different building, the “hostel.” However they did provide a shuttle back to the hostel which was nice.

• Vera (9/5): Great value for money. - The location was great - close to cable car and train stations. The room was clean and nice. The host was helpful. It's a separate building from the hotel - around 400 meters. Feels a little bit left alone, although the host answered the messages rather quickly.
• Eur (5/5): Passable - Nothing From the booking, we booked visa resort hostel. We arrived there in heavy rain by motorcycles. The owner came and informed us that the hotel for us will be somewhere and asked to follow him. The hotel and rooms provided to us was different from what we booked. The conditions are really bad. This is not recommended. Avoid this hostel.
• Bedihaa (5/5): Passable - The hostel manager was very kind. The location was very close to shops and the station. The hostel had 4 different buildings and since we arrived very late, we went to the address written here. Fortunately, the attendant answered our call and directed us to the correct location. There was a strange smell in the room, the pillows were too low. I expected there to be a hair dryer in the room. Also, the cleaning lady came and knocked on our door at 8 in the morning to clean, which I found a little disturbing.
