MARIANGEL (2/5): La peor experiencia en hospedaje - Me gustó la ubicación La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, lo que fue terrible tomando en cuenta las altas temperaturas de la temporada y era super pequeño el espacio como 4x4 metros. No tenían plancha ni tendedero de ropa. Además los demás inquilinos eran muy sucios. Quise cancelar la reserva si haber hecho uso de la habitación y la encargada me dijo que no me devolvería el dinero, en fin un total fracaso en cuanto atención y prestación de servicios

Emilia (8/5): Don’t hesitate to book here, it’s an incredible opportunity in Madrid! - Excellent location, decent sized room, only share a bathroom with one other room (there’s 3 in the whole apartment), cleaning every few days of the common areas (other guests were really good at it anyways), really nice amenities, good locks for your own door, and helpful staff. We were somewhat worried because of other reviews, but our stay was fantastic! The towels had stains, but they’re white and smelled clean so we didn’t mind. It’s a shared apartment which was fun because it’s social, but one of the guests watched war movies at maximum volume 24/7 and the walls were very thin. Also the only WiFi router for the entire apartment was in our room and used the only outlet.
