Breakfast was included and consisted of Western cuisine (eggs, sausage, bacon, toast etc.) which was welcome to me. Some Buddhist temples within walking distance added to the ambience. Somewhat out of the way from the city center, but not far from the metro station.

Gece resepsiyon da duran beyfendi ye durumu izah ettim. Arkadaşlar yanlış anlamış. Odanız oda kahvaltı şeklinde görünüyor dedi gündüz hanım efendilerin böyle olmadığını iddia ettiklerini söylediğimizde çok mahçup oldu odamızın da suit değil normal balkonlu oda olduğunu söyledim hemen ilgilenerek gecenin geç saatinde odamı değiştirmek istedi. Öyle kibar bir insandı ki onun hatrına odamı bile değiştirmedim. Bana göstermiş olduğu ilgi ve düzgün iletişim bile yeterliydi kendisine sonsuz saygılarımı iletiyorum. Otelin girişindeki kafe çalışanı için zaten yorum yaptım ama buradan da yapmak istiyorum. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Na terenie znajdują się też pralki i suszarki do ubrań (płatne ale cena jest niższa/taka sama niż za pranie poza hotelem). Blisko hotelu, w zasadzie w budynkach obok świetne restauracje i kawiarnie, blisko do 7eleven i wielu atrakcji. Jedyny minus jaki znaleźliśmy do przeciekające okno podczas ulewy.

• Jason (9/5): Great location, great staff - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags both before and after check in/out. They had a laundry facility on site which was very helpful for us, the room was very clean and modern with no construction noise from our room. It was also in a great location with the Grand Palace, metro, bus and ferry services all within a 25 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and 7-elevens nearby. We’d 100% return. As communicated before we arrive there is construction (which I think ends in June 2026) but for us not a disturbance but those with rooms on the ground floor nearby I can imagine that would be a concern. The shower didn’t drain initially and there was a bad odour coming from the drain itself but someone came to sort this within an hour or so of our message which fixed the draining but a slight smell still remained, though it didn’t bother us. My partner found the light coming through the blinds in the morning woke her up but didn’t bother me at all. As mentioned before, none of these things affected our stay negatively and the staff did all they could to mitigate/rectify any of the issues we had.

• Jeremy (6/5): Expérience un peu décevante.... - Localisation intéressante car pas loin du Grand Palaials, de la station MRT Sam Yot et du parc Rommani. Un peu déçu par un certain nombre de détails notamment le petit déjeuner censé être inclus dans ma réservation. À l'arrivée on me remet un bon de 40 bahts de remise sur un café, autrement dit presque rien. On m'explique seulement le surlendemain que le petit déjeuner est sur commande à partir de 8h pour 250 bahts. Certes l'hôtel est en travaux et ça se voit partout mais là c'est un peu léger. La terrasse est inutile, mal exposée, la publicité qui en est faite est presque abusive. Insonorisation inexistante, on entend les gens à toute heure du jour et de la nuit, encore plus en période de Songkran.

• RaphTbm (10/5): Pretty good quality value - Pretty good quality value for BKK. Clean and new rooms. Confy bed. Friendly staff. Quiet area, almost non-existent traffic on the near road. Pretty central. Lot of restaurants/coffees nearby. Coffee bar downstairs with pretty good hot americano. Refilling water station. An elevator which is new and working since a few days.

• 秀 (10/5): 日本人基準で見るとあり得ないくらいコスパがいい、もっと値上げしたほうがいい（工事中の特別価格？） - 他のホテルで予約していたがキャンセルしてこちらでもう一泊予約を取り直した カオサンロードの近くのホテルは明るすぎてうるさくてよく眠れないが、ここは徒歩でカオサンロードまで行けるのに夜は静か、さらに清潔なので気に入った 部屋でゆっくりしたかったので近くでドリンクやフルーツを買ってテレビを見て過ごした スマートテレビで携帯から簡単にQRコードで自分のアカウントにリンクできたので、NetflixやYouTubeを大画面で見れた（ログアウトも簡単だった） ホテルの前の駐車場が広いのでGRABで予約したタクシーが迷わず迎えにきてくれる（他のホテルだと道路の上で待ち合わせになると混乱する、危ない） 近くに屋台や飲食店が多く、色々試してみたけど別に体調を崩してはいない ホテルのすぐ左にあるプックという店のローカルフードがコスパが良くとても美味しい タイの朝食を手軽に楽しむならおすすめです 全然ないけどチェックアウトの時にデポジット返金とルームチェックがあるので急ぐ人は余裕を持って早めに出たほうがいいかも
• Bobrovskikh (9/5): - Отель расположен великолепно! До всех достопримечательностей 10-15-30 минут пешком. Вид с балкона на Ват Сутхат с балкона четвертого этажа есть, но, не такой живописный, конечно, как на картинке) . На балконе, кстати, разрешено курить. В отеле нет завтраков, но в районе ресепшн есть микрокафе со вкусными смузи/кофе, а за углом есть отличная кофейня при хостеле. И вообще, вокруг есть много точек питания, но, большая часть из них закрывается в районе 19:30-20:00., два 7/11 - в трёх и пяти минутах ходьбы. Персонал отеля дружелюбен. Заселили по приезду, а не по расписанию, и по просьбе продлили время выезда на час. Номера просторные и чистые, всё необходимое есть, кроме мелочей. Уборка, смена полотенец и вода - ежедневно. Ну, о стройке мы были предупреждены - это не проблема. К сожалению, шум из общего коридора может быть проблемой, если гостей будет больше, так как входные двери в номер настолько звукопроницаемы(
• 秀 (10/5): 観光地へのアクセスが最高 - 前に来た時よりずっとパワーアップしていたので追加でもう一泊 近隣を散策したがカオサンロードやお寺へのアクセスもよく、飲食店も近くにたくさんあった スタッフも親切で、おすすめのお店や露店での料金の相場を教えてくれた カフェがあるので昼はコーヒーを買ってそこで少し仕事をした クーラーの効いたスペースがあり、コンセントもあるのでテレワークも快適 前にあったランドリーは無くなっていたが、ランドリーサービスを頼んだら1時間くらいで完了したので便利だった なし
• 秀 (10/5): カオサンエリアで泊まるならEXCEL HOTEL BANGKOK - 新しくカフェができたようで、いろんな種類のコーヒーとパンが売っていた パンは予想以上に良いクオリティで、近くの同じ値段のものよりずっと美味しかった 一階の部屋の予定だったが、スタッフの好意で最上階に案内してくれた エレベーターがあるので移動も楽（近くのホテルはエレベーターがなく大変だった） 部屋はリニューアルしたばかりなので新しく、清潔で快適 シャワーの温度や水圧も日本のホテルと同じくらいで文句なし 屋上からのビューが最高だったが、まだ工事中だったのが残念 スタッフによると6月ごろにルーフトップバーができるらしい

• Antje (5/5): Gut aber Ganztagesbaustelle - Personal. Zimmer sauber und wie beschrieben Hotel teilte im Vorfeld nicht mit, dass sie eine riesige, laute Baustelle tagsüber haben. Fast unerträglich laut! Hätte mich sonst vermutlich nicht gestört da unterwegs gewesen wäre, aber war leider bettlägrig. Daher Hotel gewechselt...
• Rebecca (10/5): Hidden Gem! - This place is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, Its set back off the main road, it is in a quiet area but only a short 10 -15 minute walk to the busy markets streets and 6 min walk to the MRT and bus stop. The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfy with fridge, big bed and sofa. The balcony is wide and has a small table and chairs for relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved my stay and would definitley visit again. There is now a lift even though it says upper levels accessible by stairs. There was referbishment work being done which wasnt advertised when booking but it didnt cause too much problem and looks like it will be finished soon. The rooms could benefit from a kettle - i'm a mega morning coffee person and wanted to enjoy my coffee on the balcony. There is a little coffee shop downstairs and a water dispenser but buying soon adds up. The staff at the coffee shop gave me a take away cup but carrying a cup of hot water upstairs every moring was a bit of a pain. Honestly I loved it here and the only thing that could possibly make this hotel any better would be a pool.

• Teruaki_N (8/5): - 周りにコンビニ、イタリアン含め飲食店があり便利。ベッドのマットレスが適度なかたさでよく眠れた。クーラー、シャワー、トイレもちゃんと機能する。タクシーを手配してくれ、その際に事前に値段の提示(有料道路の値段を含むかなど)がありよい。 WifiがWebログイン形式で使いにくい。ベッド側の壁に僅かなクラックかあり、蟻が侵入してくる。トイレが臭い。(換気扇はちゃんと動いていたので理由は不明。エレベーターがやや小さい。

• Aleks (10/5): - The hotel is very good. The location is superb. They're renovating, but they put you in a quiet part of the hotel. The rooms are clean and fragrant, like new. The beds are very comfortable, but the bathroom fixtures aren't cheap. The view from the window is of the Palace and the Golden Mountain, especially at night, illuminated and very beautiful. I recommend it.
• Lina (6/5): Отличное расположение, но в отеле идёт стройка - Понравилось расположение, близко до исторических достопримечательностей. Кровать была удобная, хорошее постельное бельё и фен. Главным образом мне не понравилось, что внутри отеля, а так же под окнами идёт стройка. Отдыхать в номере с 9 утра до 18:00 просто невозможно: это капитальный ремонт! Штрабят, дрелять, стучат, красят и вы внутри этого. Мои сумки были в строительной пыли, так же я этим дышала. Не говоря уже о шуме. Узнала об этой реконструкции только при заселении. Если бы я знала раньше, что там стройка, то не забронировала. Это было короткое пребывание на три ночи, поэтому я не стала съезжать, но ни спать, ни работать из номера я не могла. Ещё иногда воняло из слива в ванной, не было нижнего света (только верхний больничный), нет чайника в номере и зеркала в полный рост, но это уже мелочи.
