O apartamente é fantastatico, grande, luminoso, silencioso, acolhedor e muito bem decorado. O elevador é fantastico. Imperdivel. Absolutamente nada a declarar.

• Danielle (10/5): Stunning 2 bedroom apartment in the center or Rome. Easy walking distance from Termini train station. - Absolutely stunning apartment. Spacious 2 bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated lounge area. Right in the centre of Rome and easy walking distance to all of the main sights. We were there in July when Rome is very hot but the apartment with it high ceilings meant it was very cool even when the AC wasn’t on. N/A
• Guest (9/5): Lovely apartment with lots of space for a family or 2 couples. - Lovely apartment with everything you need. It was so hot when we stayed in Rome and ended up using the unit in the middle of the day when it was too hot being outdoors. The air conditioning was amazing!!! The washing machine was great to do some laundry inbetween places and the beds were comfy. Nothing to fault of this property. We loved it and wished we stayed longer. Location was quiet and still close to everything. Loved the little restaurants and bars close by too. The apartment is on the 5th floor but the lift was a god send. The creaky floor but at least you’d know if someone broke in🤭.

• Sneha (10/5): Spacious, comfortable and large flat. Was great for a family holiday - Stylish, comfortable and large property in Centre of Rome. Was a wonderful place to stay with our 2 young children. Lots of local restaurants, shops and walking distance of lots of sights. The property was perfect. Unfortunately our sleep was affected by noisy vehicles on the street but being central Rome it is busy.

• Eduardo (10/5): A combo of location, comfortability and huge space and amenities is hard to beat! - First of all, this apartment is huge! This can comfortable accommodate a family of at least 6. Two bed rooms, both with queen size beds, two bathrooms (one has toilet/shower, the other has toilet/tub combo), a big kitchen, a family room, a living area, and a washer machine with a drying rack and iron/ironing board. Stayed here for 8 nights and felt really comfortable. They were also able to accommodate our early check in request and even gave us a map of Rome and spots to see. The Monti area is such a lively neighborhood and everything is just a walking distance (except for the Vatican City). Helena was so helpful and will be booking this property next time we are in Rome!

Walking distance to sites, restaurants. Small supermarket close by. Host very helpful with offices next door, safe luggage drop. Coffee machine did not work well. Good double glazing, but still occasional traffic noise.

Location was great, close to the coloseum and not far from other highlights like trevi or Spanish steps. The showers were not in keeping with the rest of the apartment, the main bathroom was okay but the second shower was a bit awkward

• Victor (10/5): If you want to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of old Rome, then this is one of the best options. - The whole apartment is a wonderful immersion in old Rome. The apartment perfectly protects you from any urban noise, but at the same time gives you an infinitely wonderful feeling that you are in the very center of the eternal city. The apartment has a very thoughtful layout.
• Mark (10/5): Home Away From Home - The photos of this property don't do it justice! As two adult couples, we loved the large living spaces and kitchen. This place had all the amenities to cook if one were so inclined. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room to put your things. Large collection of books, interesting artwork. We appreciated the friendly and welcoming notes about how to operate appliances. Very handy to to have the property management office right next door. We also utilized them to arrange some tours. Communication was great all around. Highly recommend this place!
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was great - the photos don't lie! The location was perfect - most sights were within walking distance. The service was very helpful and friendly.
• Christian (3/5): AVOID THIS PROPERTY! There are better options in Rome for this price. - The only positive aspect of this hotel was the location. Close to most major attractions in Rome. Although you do have to climb up 5 flights of stairs every time you want to get in and out of the place. We would not recommend this property to anyone, with or without kids. The noise from the street especially at night prevented my family and I from getting any sleep. Garbage trucks changing loads in front of the hotel EVERY night. The hotel staff did not seem to care, saying well this is Rome. The windows offer no noise insulation whatsoever. The apartment was on the 5th floor which was not mentioned in the write up. There is an elevator, if you're feeling lucky. The layout made most of the space useless. The beds were more than uncomfortable and the lack of bedding made it quite cold. The musty extra blankets in the closet were a no-go. The shower had mold in it. The kitchen is spacious, however, most of the kitchen cabinets were locked and the remaining ones were inadequately equipped. The hotel is run/managed by a local tour company, so the front office is a bit dodgy. The water in the shower is warm and we never got hot water in the kitchen. There is a laundry machine but no dryer. Lots of books, but they're dusty and the apartment smells old and of mold. If you've read this far, then you're likely looking to ensure a quality stay. I would suggest finding alternate accommodations.
• Sherief (9/5): Superb - The apartment was exceptional. Great kitchen. 2 full bathrooms were great for a family. I enjoyed the location which was walking distance to most major sites. Metro was close, 5 minutes walk. Carola and the team were amazing and very helpful. Checkin was smooth although I arrived at 9 pm. Highly recommended The floor was squeaky but not something major.
