• Anna (10/5): Great value for money and a local experience - We had a great time there, our room was the only one on the floor so we basically had own space. The room is very spacious and quiet at night, has its own dining table and some plates/cutlery/water boiler which is very practical. The kitchen is shared with the hosts which we found very nice because it was always clean and in order, and we could chat with the nice lady - the owner’s grandmother. It felt like home for sure. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything. The host was very responsive even to last minute questions and was always there to help. We would definitely stay there again.
• Allauddin (10/5): Best price - good place. - Big room, silence, clean water, hot water, teapot, terrace, good quiet location, host is gentle. For the price we had - it's a fantastic guesthouse! Nothing serious, beds were not very comfy, but quite alright.

• Keizo (8/5): A quiet inn where you can relax and enjoy the hospitality - Located in a quiet residential area, the calm atmosphere of the interior was relaxing. The balance between the cost, good hospitality of the host family and the convenient location, close to Gyumri city centre with all the main facilities within walking distance. The main reason I chose the location was that locates close to the bus centre as I wanted to travel by bus next day. A bright street light very close to the window which affected the ability to fall asleep quickly for me. The light turned on until 0:00am. It would be nice to have blackout curtains.
• Róża (4/5): Disappointing - the location is very nice. the room is big and clean. the owner locked the main gate to the house while we were outside during the late evening, even though we told him we would be out... we couldn't enter the house for about 15mins.

Amazing people, Armen's family was so kind, helpful and caring, they also have a beautiful garden where you can have a cup of coffee, lunch or something. And finally we found the most valuable thing - People. We had a really good time there and we gonna visit Papoyan Guest house again very soon.

• Victor (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our time spent in Papoyan Guest House. Armen and his family are really welcoming, they offered us some coffee and little sweets when we arrived. They have a wonderful flowery garden where you can enjoy your breakfasts under the trees. We slept in a very spacious, luminous and confortable room. The bathroom was perfectly clean. You can use the kitchen of the house, we could also taste the delicious eggs of their chicken and we had a little sandwich when we left. The house is well located, at 10 minutes by foots of the city center. I really recommend the place, you will have a nice time for sure.
