Guest Reviews
- Bleahu (9/5): Recomand - We liked the place. Close to train station and little stores.
- Alex_Tim (3/5): Avoid this host - Comfortable beds. They provided a portable air conditioner, even though it was not listed in the description. A family of four, stayed for 8 days.
The conditions were terrible.
We have travelled all over Europe, and for the first time we were very dissatisfied with the standard.
It started with the fact that there was no bed linen set for the second child. Over the phone, the host suggested that my children — a 15-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl — should sleep in one bed because, quote: “I prepared bedding for 4 people on 2 beds.” We had clearly indicated the children in the booking and rented this apartment specifically because we needed 3 beds, not 2.
Then the host politely suggested that the second child sleep for two days without a sheet, pillowcase, or duvet cover. Only after our firm insistence did he arrive 20 minutes later and bring an extra set from a locked room.
Next — the freezer wasn’t working, although the fridge part was fine. Unexpectedly, we had to throw away ice cream.
The kitchen had 4 forks and 4 spoons, but the cutlery was so cheap that it looked more suitable for children to play with in the sandbox — the plastic felt unsafe to even hold.
We were given two half-used rolls of toilet paper. The bathroom door didn’t close properly.
There were 6 capsules of the most basic coffee. Appreciated, but for 2 adults over 7 days?
The cheapest kettle possible, which took 10 minutes to boil water.
When using the kettle, microwave, and mobile air conditioner at the same time, the fuse would blow. We had to go down to the basement from the 5th floor to reset it.
Upon checkout, we were asked to leave the key in the apartment, which we did, leaving it in the door. Later the host informed us that this made it impossible to open the door. Why we weren’t warned about such a lock feature is unclear. No claims were raised, but the situation speaks for itself.
UPD:
The host was friendly at first, but after I rated 7/10, he sent rude messages accusing me of ruining his business.
Flaws are fixable, his behaviour is not. Rating lowered to 3/10. Be careful.
- Lucy (10/5): - The place was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was a little out of the way with a 30 minute bus or metro ride into the main parts of the city. Worth the commute for the comfortable and affordable accommodation.
- Guest (10/5): - Super połączenie z wszystkimi atrakcjami w Rzymie
- RITA (10/5): - Super disponibilità e gentilezza.

- Beata (10/5): Very cosy apartment, the location is very good! - We had everything we needed, the metro is pretty close so it’s easy to get into the center! The host was incredibly helpful, when we had questions, we got answers and help immediately :)
- Karol R (9/5): - Przestronne i wygodne pomieszczenia, duże i dobrze wyposażone pokoje Nienajlepiej wyposażona kuchnia (brak kubków)
- Anonymous (5/5): Inconvenient, gave me a bit of trouble. - Well located, beds are good. The property manager was unprofessional, didn’t come to the checkin and then they expected me to meet them to pay the tax fee.
The washing machine hose turned out to be disconnected, we left the house and when we came back it was all flooded. They said “oh, I forgot to tell you”. There was a serious risk of electrocution.
The shower is uncomfortable, the water somehow is directed straight to the wall and not to your head.
As other reviews state, the kitchen has no utensils and they don’t seem to care about it. We had to ask for fans, it was 40 degrees and there wasn’t any.
- Katelyn (8/5): Very good - It was nice and close to bus stops, trains and the metro. It was clean and tidy, the owner was very kind and helpful in providing us recommendations and helping us with anything we needed. a few Nice restaurants surrounding it, beds were comfortable. There are pots and pans to cook with but no ladles, tongs, spatulas etc, the shower was warm and good pressure but you have to hold it. Some powerpoint’s were not working or flimsy, service was slow
- Miroslav (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, close to the metro station, clean. There was no air conditioning, and it was hot
- Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - Really good accommodations, good facilities, very clean and cozy
Good location, near to public transportation. Nothing to say
- Marta (10/5): Exceptional - I rate our stay as excellent. Great location, close to the subway and the bus under the apartment itself. Contact with the owner super. Clean and and nice. The only downside - there were no mugs or cups for tea in the kitchen (hard to drink hot tea from small glasses:) ).
In general, I recommend to everyone :)
- Francisco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Francesca (9/5): Superb -
- Marko (10/5): Exceptional - P E R F E C T! We came frome Serbia, first time in Rome. Good conncetion with Termini - Colosseum - Trevi - Villa Medici. No metro, just bus. Perfect apartment, clean and big. No loud, peace.
