• Nils (9/5): - Rymlig lägenhet. Två toaletter Bra läge i Sevilla, nära till sevärdheter, restauranger och mataffärer. Dålig blandare i duschen, omöjligt att få rätt vattentemperatur. Krånglande spis. Säng i det ena av sovrummen hade lösa ben.
• Elisa (2/5): ESTAFA DE MANUAL - Un alojamiento grande, situado en buena zona y bastante amplio. Las luces del salón no funcionan. El horno tampoco. El lavavajillas tampoco. La televisión tampoco. La luz de una habitación tampoco. Toallas sucias, sábanas con manchas y pelo, suelo pegajoso, alguna que otra cucaracha DENTRO del piso… La hervidora de agua con óxidos y restos de infusiones. Se lo comunicamos al dueño que nos comentó que lo solucionaría enviado a alguien que cambió la Ropa de cama y las toallas, pero no solucionó el problema de las luces ni electrodomesticos y cuando le reportamos que los problemas seguían hizo caso omiso y dejó de contestar.
• ELISABETH (5/5): Très bien en dehors de quelques désagréments. - Accueil via WhatsApp sympathique, disponibilité de notre interlocuteur aux heures d'ouverture. Bon potentiel de l'appartement, grand et agréable, à proximité du centre ville tout en étant dans un quartier plutôt calme. les consignes pour l'ouverture de l'immeuble n'ont pas fonctionnées, une voisine est venue nous ouvrir afin d'accéder au coffre à clés et ainsi à l'appartement. Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine ( ex. fourchettes (4), d'assiettes (5) et d'ingrédients de base, propreté de la vaisselle et du four limites. Machine à laver la vaisselle inutilisable. Un sommier bancal. Pas de réactivité de la part du propriétaire, ont nous a dit lui avoir transmis les informations.

• Daniel (6/5): - El apartamento en sí estaba muy bien: limpio, cómodo y con una ubicación excelente para moverse por la ciudad. No tenemos ninguna queja respecto a las instalaciones. Sin embargo, la comunicación con el anfitrión (Rafa) fue muy complicada. Resultaba difícil entenderse con él, tardaba muchísimo en responder, no contestaba las llamadas y, en algunas ocasiones, incluso dejaba los mensajes en visto durante largo rato. Además, muchas de las preguntas que le hacía sobre el apartamento no sabía responderlas, algo sorprendente teniendo en cuenta que un anfitrión debería conocer perfectamente su propio alojamiento. Una pena, porque el apartamento es bueno, pero la mala gestión y falta de comunicación del anfitrión afecta negativamente a la experiencia

• Anton (6/5): Not as good as on photo, and not so close to city center - Two bathrooms (one of them has access from main bedroom) Host helped us during onboarding Getting in was uneasy: - there is literally 0 parking place around apartment, we made 2 or 3 big circles (because all traffic in the block is moving in one direction), before we finally found place where we can temporary place our car. - building entry door was heavy to open, there is key in post box and its hard to get. Just two rooms have windows: living room and main bedroom. And there is almost nothing to see from windows, most of them looking at the next building. And the next building looking back at you) Its relatively far from the main sights, you had to walk 30min to "real" center.

• Amanda (7/5): Lovely flat in what would normally be a great location - A lovely area of Seville to be based in. Great living room with attractive glassed-in balcony Unfortunately there is major construction work going on right by the flat. This disrupted our stay. The plastic-backed mattress protector on the double bed should be re-thought.
• Norbert (9/5): Great located apartment in Seville - The apartment was clean and well organized. Not all the beds were super comfortable but we could sleep with no issues. The location is great, it is really in city center. The owner was flexible with check-in. It is not easy to park around the apartment. You can find parking houses in the city center (Saba Center), which cost around 2.2 EUR per hour or 36 EUR per day or you can find free parking in the other side of the river, street C. Louis Braille.

• Thomas (7/5): Not bad but with some major flaws - The flat has a nice living room with access to a small authentic balcony, and the master bedroom with street view and en suite toilet. This part is very nice. Very good internet connection. Quick walk to the center. Functioning heating/AC. Good communication before the handover of the keys through WhatsApp. Overall the flat felt a bit run down (kitchen and bathroom), dishwasher broken and mouldy, all dishes and glasses dirty, , barely any coat hangers. The back two bedrooms look into the kitchen and onto a wall 1 m away with their windows. Second bedroom is tiny. AC and heating are central for all rooms so bathroom was always to cold, bedrooms to warm. Mattress was good for me, but pillows too hard. The payment process (through a link) and registration (scanned IDs, online signature etc) were super weird, we were afraid the flat was a scam at first.
