• Wanpen (9/5): - เดินทางสะดวก อยู่ใกล้สถานี อยู่ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ห้างขายอาหาร และบรรยากาศรอบๆ ไม่มีเสียงรบกวน เหมาะจะพักผ่อน ห้องถือว่าไม่เล็กไม่ใหญ่ กางกระเป๋าเดินทางได้ อยู่สองคนสบาย ไม่อึดอัด ห้องอาบน้ำในตัวเอง แต่ถ้าตัวใหญ่หรือสูงอาจขยับลำบากหน่อย อุปกรณ์ในห้องดี มีเตาไฟฟ้า ตู้เย็น กาน้ำร้อน เครื่องซักผ้า ไมโครเวฟ ใช้งานได้ดี มีระเบียงสำหรับตากเสื้อผ้า โดยรวมถือว่าดีมาก เหมาะกับราคา ถ้าไม่ติดเรื่องที่ระหว่างเข้าพัก ไม่มีการทำความสะอาดรายวัน ก็เป็นที่พักที่แนะนำค่ะ

• 家瑜 (10/5): 全体的に満足できる滞在でした。また機会があれば利用したいです。 整體來說是一次令人滿意的住宿體驗，如果有機會會再考慮入住。 - 立地が良く、最寄り駅からのアクセスが便利でした。部屋は清潔で、セルフチェックインの案内も分かりやすく、スムーズに入室できました。設備も基本的なものが揃っており、快適に過ごせました。 地點很好，從最近的車站前往非常方便。房間乾淨整潔，自助入住的說明也算清楚，整體入住過程順利。基本設備齊全，住宿期間感到舒適。 セルフチェックインの手順がやや複雑に感じる部分があり、初めての方には少し分かりにくいかもしれません。 自助入住的流程稍微有點複雜，對第一次使用的人來說可能會有些不容易理解。

• Lai (9/5): Thank you for the wonderful stay! - A nice and cozy room in a quiet neighborhood just next to Tengachaya station. Perfectly clean with new appliance. Very convenient access to both Nankai railway and subway lines, so transportation to anywhere around Osaka is quite easy. High value for money! Nothing to complain.
• WANG SHI (10/5): - The transportation is extremely convenient—it’s only a 3–5 minute walk from Tengachaya Station. There are plenty of izakayas nearby, so you can just pick any one for dinner and drinks in the evening. The accommodation is really comfortable, and you can even buy ingredients to cook your own meals. Oh, and there’s a large supermarket right next to it! Highly recommended—I’ll definitely stay here again. No.

• Sinciao (10/5): - 離車站近，附近生活機能好，超市與超商還有居酒屋與藏壽司都離住宿地不遠，一個轉角就可以到。很推薦，但如果要搭JR就會比較麻煩，需要轉車。 房間很乾淨，設備感覺都很新，配備齊全，唯一沒有的就只有電視，但不影響，因為手機連接WiFi流暢刷影片也不會卡卡，可以煮飯與洗衣服完還有陽台可以晾衣服，很棒是個舒適的地方。 分類垃圾比麻煩，其餘沒有
• Jack (10/5): I recommend this property highly. - The location is very good and the simplicity of the apartment is convenient for a short stay. It is nice to be able to open the door and use the balcony. This makes the it easy to control the temperature inside and efficient to dry the laundry.

Very good location near train stations and groceries stores at walking distances. Not enough sitting. Had only one chair. No ironing board. Probably needed to order one ahead.

• CHI HO (10/5): 性價比高 - 地點優越，步行僅五分鐘即可到達天下茶屋地鐵站；兩分鐘步行可到KURA壽司和BIG BOY牛扒；一分鐘到公眾停車場，對自駕旅客來說極之方便；步行五分鐘內還有超市和多間食肆。 入住方面, 手續簡單快捷，館主提供清晰的自助入住指引。旅館內部整潔度令人驚嘆，床舖、地板、衛浴和坐廁乾淨企理。 設施方面無可挑剔，配備小型廚房、微波爐、煮食用具、餐具和雪櫃，可以自行準備餐點。洗衣機和個人護理用品如毛巾、漱口杯、牙刷等一應俱全，細心周到。這間旅館無論是位置、整潔度還是設施，都讓人感到賓至如歸，強烈推薦給計劃到大阪旅行的朋友！ 只有八個衣架不夠四個人使用

• Wendy (7/5): Good - The location was a big plus! It's conveniently near both 7-Eleven and Family Mart, and there are a few restaurants within 1km, so finding food was never a problem. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. I booked the Family Room with 2 double beds, but it was quite cramped for 4 people, with limited space to move around or open up our luggage. Only 2 chairs were provided, and the bed felt slightly itchy.
• Tom (9/5): Superb - The property is conveniently located close to Tengachaya station, which is just two stops from the Osaka centre and also well connected with an airport, and other lines. Around plenty of shops and supermarkets. In short: - great location, - well equipped, - good communication with the owner.

• Darja (8/5): Very good - Perfect quiet location with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and a train station near by. Very clean and well equipped room. The room is missing a place to sit down and eat as there's just a small table and one chair. Maybe if balcony had a table and chairs it would be more comfy, so although there's a kitchen in the room, we couldn't sit down to have dinner as a 3 people family.

• Aleksandr (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment in a new house. The room is quite large by Japanese standards. My family of three was very comfortable. The room has all the amenities and cooking utensils. The beds are comfortable. Panoramic view of the area from the large balcony. Metro nearby, shops nearby. The area is quiet and cozy. The staff is respectable and unobtrusive. Instructions for check-in and all recommendations are timely and clear. I recommend! A folding chair or two chairs for 3-4 guests would be nice
• Murtadha (10/5): Exceptional - It was comfortable, and the size was decent. It was close to Tengachya station so it made it easier to reach other areas. The beds were comfortable and the place was warm. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet.

• Francisco (8/5): Amazing! - Great location just 4 minutes from the station. Very comfortable beds, nice heating, one of the most spacious places we've stayed in Japan. Also, we were received with some souvenir magnets, which was a very much appreciated detail. Shirley was very attentive and helped us sort out a couple of issues There wasn't too much kitchen ware, we had a bit of a hard time with that. This is completely unnecessary but I'd have liked to have a TV, as it can get a bit boring

• Roselle (10/5): The stay was exceptional! I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling to Osaka - Location is superb. The apartment is what you need. It was worth the price I was hoping there would be more utensils, plates, and glasses available. I booked the place for 3 people, but most of the utensils are only enough for 2. Additionally, it would be great if some essentials, like sugar or detergent, were provided—not a necessity, but it would be a nice addition, especially for those who plan to do laundry during their stay.
