• G (8/5): Great apartment & location , Highly recommended - Well maintained apartment , comfortable , everything worked & a great location . a little bit of dust on some surfaces , maybe the cleaner needs to improve but overall a very good place to stay .

• mercedes (1/5): Desastre de servicio - La ubicación perfecta para nosotros Llegamos el viernes tarde y por la noche al intentar encender la calefacción, esta no funcionaba. El sábado llamamos a las 9,30h y a las 17,00h las dos veces nos dijeron que la incidencia estaba comunicada, pero nos marchamos el lunes a las 11,00h y aún es hora de que vengan y arreglen la calefacción. Fin de semana de 4 días sin calefacción con bajas temperaturas en Bilbao. Muy desagradable, además no había ni una manta extra para la noche¡¡¡¡¡ Un desastre.

• Castillo (10/5): - La ubicación ha sido increíble y pese ha estar en pleno centro junto a diferentes bares no se escuchaba nada una vez cerrabas las ventanas. Está todo cerca y la cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas. Echamos en falta un microondas, un trapo de cocina, un estropajo para limpiar algo puntual en vez de poner el lavavajillas, unas tijeras, otro sartén, una de las sillas del apartamento estaba rota y nos pareció peligroso la verdad, y en el baño no había jabón de manos tampoco. En general el apartamento estaba muy bien y ha sido una estancia acogedora pero creemos que por el precio habría que tener mas en cuenta ciertos detalles.

• Amy (8/5): Perfect location, very clean and tidy property. - It was very clean and modern, perfect location and the facilities were great. The only issue we had was with the front door lock, we struggled to open the door a lot. We also had an issue when leaving the building when we could not open the main building door because we had to leave the keys in the property. This caused a lot of stress because we had a flight to catch, however I phoned and the company were very helpful and managed to open the internal door for us, and we asked someone who lived in the building eventually to let us out.
• Sven (8/5): - Läget var fantastiskt. Rymlig o fräsh lägenhet. Skön säng. Vi saknade handdukstorkar o fläkt i badrummet. I köket saknade vi tallrikar. Saknade punktbelysning för läsning intill sängen

• Giulio (8/5): Acogedora casita en el centro de Bilbao - La posición es muy buena y la casa es súper acogedora y limpia. Nueva y bien amueblada nos ha encantado La casa es gestionada por un agencia externa que no te hace mucho caso ni son en grado de ayudarte si hay algún problema. El check in automático no ha funcionado, por suerte una vecina nos ha abierto el portal principal. Además, hay el mando de firestick pero no hay firestick :(

• Constantino (9/5): Nice appartments - location, cleanliness, modern design in the rooms, equipped with household appliances, enough space It's quite noisy in the evenings, but this is explained by the fact that the apartment is located in the center of the bustling old town.

• Leon (8/5): Perfect location, nice apartment, but it should have ac for this price - Location and space in the apartment There was no fan or ac so it was super warm at night and I did not get any response from the owners when I asked for a fan. That is really not nice when its +-30 degrees indoors
• Sven (8/5): Nice stay in old town - Very good location, middle in old town. Bus and Tram station very nearby. Market Hall 5 Min. Was noisy, even the bedroom which window goes to the staircases was noisy, also the elevator is behind the wall of bedroom. After 24.00h it was ok.

• Natalia (10/5): Authentic flat in the heart of Bilbao’s old town - Despite being located at the old town (which may be crowded and loud during both day and night), it was always quiet in the bedroom (bedroom window faces the courtyard, not the street), so we had no trouble sleeping :) Location is perfect, interior is nice, everything was clean. The building is old, but well-maintained and very authentic. Everything was perfect, but we wish there was a washing machine
• Bianca (8/5): Great stay and very clean !!! - Almost everything except the price, it was a bit expensive. The price a bit expensive . Minor things go improve : no place to hang your towel in the bathroom. No hand soap or shower gel as courtesy. The black things they leave for you is insufficient. They could leave as courtesy some capsules for the coffee machine .
• Pracheta (7/5): Good area, clean apartment and comfy beds - Getting the keys out of locker was simple though no instructions were provided for the two locks. The door was jammed and took us 15mins to get in. You expect all basics when renting an apartment, not having an iron was a minus. Even after calling them, they didn’t get back with an answer or an iron.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - We liked the place overall but thought it needed a little improvement. We liked the bed which was super comfortable. And the shower was good. The location was great. We liked the big cups. No towel rail or hooks on the walls. No bedside lamps and ceiling lights too bright in the late evening. Very limited cooking space. No coffee table next to sofa so nowhere to put a drink except the floor. There was zero information for tourists about the area and no useful map with useful landmarks or cultural and historic features of interest. It was not possible to get any support from the provider as there was no proactive attempt to reach out. We had to put wet towels on the back of dining chairs as there were no towel rails. It felt like the landlord let was new and inexperienced. Also one of the 3 dining chairs was broken.
• Christian (7/5): Good stay in the middle of Old town - Comfortable bed and situation right in the middle of old town. Difficult to get in as we arrived on Sunday. No basic coffee or tea provided.

• Stephanie (9/5): Modern, safe apartment in the old town. FYI Just give the door a little pull towards you, to unlock. - Modern apartment in great location in the Old Town. Close to the river too. Safe area. Really nice shower. Friendly, helpful hosts. Overall the apartment was very clean. However there was a smell of wet dog or a dirty mop lingering. Probably just need a new mop. We opened balcony doors but it was always there when we would return.
• John (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable and great location Need some utensils. Only one wine glass. No wine opener. But I bought one in a nearby shop and left it in the apartment for next guests.
