• Elena (8/5): Bella struttura ma migliorabile - La struttura è in zona molto centrale e comoda per raggiungere i principali siti turistici. Personale gentile e disponibile. Arredi recenti e di buon gusto. La stanza era abbastanza piccola, non particolarmente pulita e gli scarichi del bagno emanavano un cattivo odore. In generale siamo stati bene ma ho trovato il rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato.

• שירה (7/5): - GOOD LOCATION PROBLEM WITH PARKING
• Rixt (9/5): Heerlijk privé plekje met jacuzzi naast de deur! - Appartement 9 op de bovenste verdieping met terras gaf veel privacy. Het was er heel rustig en stil. De keuken is erg fijn. Bed lekker, inrichting leuk. Goed verzorgd allemaal, geen ouderdom in de kamer. Heel leuk dat de jacuzzi naast de deur is op derde verdieping, voelt bijna als een Prive jacuzzi. Hoewel er op internet stond dat deze in januari niet in werking was was deze toegankelijk tussen 12-15 en 18-21. Was heerlijk even! Niet heel heet maar goed genoeg! Kamer werd elke dag netjes opgeruimd en nieuwe handdoeken. Locatie direct naast het centrum. Alle bezienswaardigheden in Santa Cruz, 10-15 min lopen. Prima te doen, leuk stukje door het centrum. Er kwam een klein beetje water bij het douchen op de vloer telkens, beetje onhandig. Op de begane grond kon je de toegangsdeur pand goed horen dichtvallen. Kan me voorstellen dat dat wat lawaai kan geven voor de appartementen die daar dichterbij zaten. Wij geen last van (hoorde het slechts zachtjes). Er ontbrak een waterkoker maar die kregen meteen zodra we dat aangaven.

• Inken (10/5): It was a pleasure - It's very beautiful and nice, comfortable, clean, quiet, great location. It's really a great place , I would stay there again for sure! It would have been nice to have a hot tub that is actually hot. It wasn't heated unfortunately, it should be mentioned that it is more a "bubbling pool", probably amazing in summer- but not a hot tub to warm yourself up in in winter..

• Cutler (8/5): - The apartment was clean, well equipped, perfectly located within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and points of interest. One of the reasons we booked this accommodation, above many others that we considered, was the advertised rooftop hot tub. Unfortunately we found out it was freezing cold when we tried to use it. When we queried this with a staff member, we were told it was not heated, nor would it be. As our stay here was the third week of November, as a treat for my husband's birthday, we were extremely disappointed, as we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, after a day of sightseeing, before going out for the evening. My rating for this property would have been 10/10 if it were not for this.

The apartment was clean and nice. Staff super nice and helpful the wifi was not working very well especially in the bedroom. It was easy to hear other people entering their apt from inside.

• Katja (6/5): Schlafen ist dort eine Katastrophe. - Lage und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten. Tolle Menschen. Die Wohnung 3 ist für 4 Personen definitiv zu klein. Es sind keine 2 Zimmer sondern nur eine halbe Wand ohne Tür zwischen den Betten. Man schläft tatsächlich zu 4. in einem Raum was man von der Beschreibung nicht erwarten konnte. Die Gästecouch war eine Katastrophe. Man rutscht immer in die Mitte und es total instabil und unbequem. Für jede Nacht 250 Euro ist dafür viel zu viel. Dann hätte man auch ins Hotel mit 2 Zimmern gehen können.
• Violeta (4/5): - There was a group of drunk English dudes staying in the room on top of us that were shouting and making loads of noise all night, we could barely sleep. We called the emergency number they said they would do something but the guys didn’t stop making noise for two hours after that. Aside from that the walls are super thin, you can hear everytime someone enters the hotel!! If you wanna rest at all wouldn’t recommend it. Aside from that, it’s just too expensive for what it is.

• Shiran (8/5): Great value for money but walls are thin - The apartment, the location, the staff were absolutely amazing , the facilities, and it's a great price for the value. It was noisy , I could hear every guest that walked out of their room and around the hallways :( the main door also shut super loudly so you can hear whenever a person is walking in the building.

Unica nota, acqua della piscina in camera molto fredda....nonostante il gran caldo difficile immergersi

• Andrew (8/5): Stayed here many times before; least privacy and sleep so far - Location Rooms clean Staff in hotel efficient and pleasant Penthouse flat rented and people in the hot tub at midnight meant couldn’t sleep - meant to be closer at 10pm First thing in morning opened curtains to our terrace to find a man sat at table on roof area on his computer but staring straight at us / straight at our terrace. Meant we had no privacy, disturbed sleep. Need to either put up better screening for that top flat or lock the shared rooftop and jacuzzi at the times you say it’s closed. No point advertising ‘quiet hours’ if you don’t ensure them being so.

Communication with the hotel prior to arriving was simple and they were helpful with a late arrival and early taxi request. A few minor observations that would improve. We had a noisy group in the jacuzzi that impacted us wanting to be on the terrace, it may be good to install a more effective separation to the jacuzzi, the air conditioning, although it worked seemed quite weak even when we turned the fan up.

Lo único es para aparcar, las opiniones es en la calle o pagar parking que están muy cerca del hotel. En mi caso conseguí puesto en la calle. El hotel no tiene convenio con ningún parking de la zona.
