• colin (6/5): Safety Issue because of Poor Maintenance - Very close to the Train station and bus station. Nice staff and very clean room. There is a safety concern which we promptly contacted management to request immediate repair. The main door knob had become loose and needed to be reattached in order to disengage the lock and exit the premises. They assured us that reattaching the knob was sufficient for safe exit, but the issue was never resolved. Although we received a fruit basket as a gesture of goodwill, the door remained unrepaired for our whole stay. Note: In case of a fire, if we were not able to reattach the knob or even find it, there is NO other way out of the building other than jumping from a second floor window!
• MARIA (1/5): Déçue et panique - Je ne suis pas resté et jamais je ferai une réservation pour cet endroit. Mauvaise présentation pas de signalement. J ai perdu mon argent .mais bon .je préfère que avoir des soucis avec une gamine de 14 ans. L'endroit .rien était signalé. Je n'ai pas trouvé. Je voyais une porte très grafitee et à l'extérieur était une rue à mon goût un peu dangereux pour 2 filles. Même le taxi m à dit que je ne reste pas la bas. Franchement .pour moi c'est de la publicité trompeuse. Bon je ne peux pas dire des choses bien. Désolée

• Kamil (10/5): Super! - Bliskość dworca, komunikacji miejskiej. Codziennie sprzątany pokój. Mydełka, przekąski i świeże ręczniki. W obiekcie wszystko było zgodne z opisem, panowie z obsługi super usłużni, fajnie i szczerze można sobie z nimi porozmawiać ja się człowiek nudzi wieczorami :-) W dzielnicy przydworcowej jak to w dzielnicy przydworcowej, towarzystwo lekko szemrane. Trochę twarde materace ale to akurat kwestia gustu :-) Akurat inni goście popsuli ekspres do kawy, ma nadzieję że obsługa go szybko wymieni bo bardzo nam go brakowało :-(
• Andrea (7/5): - La stanza in sé era molto carina e devo dire anche pulita e profumata. La posizione direi che è ottima perché risulta davanti alla stazione, per cui si è ottima la posizione se si viaggia con i mezzi pubblici. Il personale è molto gentile ed educato e merita sicuramente una recensione positiva. Beh diciamo che come zona, visto che risulta davanti alla stazione, non mi è sembrata molto tranquilla. Anzi a dire il vero, la notte durante il rientro in struttura, c'è da fare moltissima attenzione a chi ci sta intorno. Infatti mi permetto di consigliare di viaggiare sempre in compagnia durante in rientro in struttura la notte.

• Ane (7/5): - El chico fue muy amable y la habitación estaba limpia. Está ubicado cerca de la estación de autobuses, por lo tanto había mucho movimiento de gente.

• Leire (7/5): Buena estancia - La calidad-precio es de lo mejor de Roma. Zahid fue muy amable y atento con todo, nos dejó incluso fruta, dulces y botellas de agua de regalo. Solo había un rollo de papel para 4 noches y 4 personas. Zahid era muy atento y nos reponía cada vez que le pedíamos, pero creo que sería más cómodo si dejara más rollos de papel desde el principio. También dejo como sugerencia cambiar la alcachofa de la ducha, la que hay ahora es muy pequeña y se suele utilizar para el cuerpo, poco útil si te quieres lavar también el pelo, sobre todo para las personas con pelo largo. Por último, también sería recomendable dejar algún bote pequeño de champú y gel de baño.
• Asgaard83 (8/5): - Great location, but there are some downsides too. It’s a good place if you plan to spend the whole day exploring the city and just need somewhere to sleep. The entrance to the building doesn’t look great, but once you’re inside, it feels safe. There’s a kettle and a hairdryer. Unfortunately, there’s only one power socket, so you either boil water or watch TV. There are no bedside lamps, so you have to use the main light. The bathroom is clean, but there’s no hot water in the sink. And if you love hot showers, you won’t get one here. There’s a big grocery store and a small café right across the street. We went there twice—great prices and fresh bread. Overall, for the price it’s totally fine, just treat it as a place to sleep after a full day out.
• Shaaban (10/5): The most convinent, value for money and SAFEST accomodation in Rome. I loved it - No matter how much I write I cannot express fully how comfortable I was staying at this place. I mean from the get go Jahir, the host, was extremely hospitable and that goes along way. Me and my friend were running the Rome marathon and we needed to pick up the bibs the day before, but we couldn’t because our flights got delayed. So Jahir himself went and picked them up for us. He is incredibly accommodating and his staff are all very fair and polite. I would come stay here again and again and again, definitely the best value for money. Thank you SweetyRome. You will see me again.

• Sara (10/5): Muy agradable. - Es tal cual la foto , no te decepciona. Cada día entraban a limpiar y te dejaban botellas de agua nuevas y toallas limpias , la estancia fue muy cómoda, La zona al principio te sorprende un poco pero después realmente es muy tranquila y por la noche no hay casi gente. Los puntos de interés están a 20 minutos caminando aproximadamente, ósea que es rápido llegar y si no tenéis el metro al lado , que está muy bien conectado. Lo único que no me gustó es que la cama de matrimonio , eran dos camas juntas pero por lo demás , esta todo perfecto

• Wiktoria (10/5): Miejsce jak najbardziej do polecenia. - Na początek chcę zaznaczyć że zarządca obiektu świetnie się nami zaopiekował, byłam z kuzynką, dałam znać w wiadomości prywatnej że nasz lot się opóźni i podałam godzinę była to około 23. Chwilę po wylądowaniu dostałam telefon na WhatsApp od hosta który polecił nam żeby wziąć autobus z terminalu 3 ( czyli najtańsza i najlepsza według mnie opcja), po przybyciu autobusem na stację termini dostałam kolejny telefon, host czekał na nas na przystanku i stamtąd zaprowadził do pokoju, to był wielki plus ponieważ naczytałam się że “drzwi “ są ukryte a dodatkowo niebezpieczna okolica więc bałam się że będę w nocy błądzić. Sama okolica okazała się nie być ani trochę straszna, wracałyśmy zazwyczaj koło 23 do pokoju i wtedy dalej okolica tętniła życiem także było zarówno bardzo dużo localsow ( głównie ciemnoskórych) jak i turystów, ani przez chwilę jako dwie młode dziewczyny się tam nie bałyśmy. Pokój miał wszystko co potrzebne, jest mały ale dla dwóch osób w zupełności wystarczający. Największy plus to duży i czysty prysznic i wiatrak ( jest też klima ale ta akurat mogła być zagrzybiona jak to się często zdarza :P) Ręczniki wymienione w połowie pobytu, codziennie sprzątanie. Na powitanie butelki z wodą, owoce i kruche ciastka. Jedyne do czego się mogę przyczepić to czystość ale nie rzucało się to w oczy. Było po prostu widać niedomyte drzwi od łazienki ale np prysznic był bardzo czysty. Lodówka stara, nie włożyłabym tam nic innego niż picie. Na pościeli gdzieniegdzie widać było plamy które raczej po prostu są już niespieralne. Również nie spodobało nam się to że podczas wymiany ręczników pan sprzątający żeby zabrać brudne ręczniki musiał “pogrzebać” w plecaku i wyjąć ręcznik spod ciuchów mojej kuzynki bo akurat tam miała go wtedy położone. Ale nic nie zostało nam skradzione.

• Valeriu Daniel (9/5): - Condițiile din cameră OK. Căldură, curățenie s-a făcut zilnic. În general camera a fost OK. Angajatul care ne-a adus cheile și a predat camera a fost foarte de treabă (din păcate nu îi știu numele, dar îl salut). Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost problematică atât la venire, cât mai ales la plecare. La plecare, deși l-am sunat în mod repetat, ca să-i spunem la ce oră vrem să plecăm, nu a răspuns la telefon. În final am lăsat cheile în cameră și am plecat. Recomandăm proprietarului să pună la dispoziție și telefonul angajatului care se ocupă de cameră. Televizorul nu a fost funcțional din cauza lipsei semnalului.

• Matias (10/5): Estadia - La atencion del anfitrion, siempre preocupado por atendernos bien y que estuvieramos comodos, buena comunicacion ante cualquier duda, y siempre se mantenia el orden y limpieza, es lo mejor llegar despues de un largo dia y que la pieza este limpia y ordenada. Solo detalles Constructivos, dejas dentro de la pieza junto con el calentador de agua opcion de Cafe y Te, en ciudades grandes y turisticas aveces hay que salir rapido a recorrer por la mañana y ya teniendo eso facilita las cosas, si contaba con calentador de agua y azucar en la habitacion.

• Thomas (5/5): Das nächste Mal zahlen wir einfach mehr fürs Übernachten. - Das Bett war ok. Parken im Parkhaus neben an für 20.- am Tag. Achtung, nur für Hartgesottene. Üble Gestalten tummeln sich tagsüber in der Gegend. Von außen schwer zu erkennen,dass es sich um die Unterkunft handelt.

• Uzair (10/5): Everything was perfect - I had an amazing stay at this property! Despite arriving at 4 in the morning, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. They were incredibly accommodating and even went out of their way to get me a charger since mine wasn’t compatible with the sockets. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The biggest advantage was the location just a short 3 minute walk to the main Roma Termini station and the central bus stop, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and exceptional service. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

• Maryna (9/5): We are completely satisfied - Great experience! Hospitality and attention to guests at the highest level: from fruit in the room to special attention to our requests and needs. The room is located directly opposite the train station, so you have to take into account a certain atmosphere of the area, but we did not have a single problem in 4 days. The location is quite convenient for tourists - we walked to all important attractions on foot. The room fully corresponded to the description and our expectations. The room has a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, comfortable bed, each has its own separate wardrobe, bedside table, socket. Thank you very much for our wonderful Roman holidays, you became an important and enjoyable part of it:) My only wishes: add a little more clothes hangers for girls with 100500 clothing options to the wardrobe and come up with some kind of hanger for outerwear :)

Not recommended They confirmed my request, I text that have late check in, around 2/3 am, and ask if someone will available to meet us on the place, they said +20€, I said okay. my flight delayed, I text them when arrived, and find wifi at 2:55, "I'm on the way", they said, "I'm not waiting, and In morning they have work, don't call here" .. and cancelled and booking took money. Wow. 3/4 morning I'm on the street. Not recommended attitude, service

It's very dirty, smells awful and it’s very noisy neighborhood. The air conditioner is not good enough to coup with Romes hot weather.

• Henry (6/5): Pleasant - Close to public transportation and very good host. Its not a hotel but, the owner was a very good host. He pays great attention to details. He makes sure ypu are well accomodated. If what you wish to have is a place to sleep, this is the perfect place.
• Chaandmon (3/5): Don't stay here unless its cheap when you book it, convenient location, unsafe surroundings. - The location is decent being near the train station. There were consistently a group of 10-15 individuals drinking outside the door to the larger apartment building, it felt like a very unsafe area. Decent sized room and decent bathroom. Not only did we pay 790 euros to stay here, but the room is disgusting. Turning on the A/C unit results in a giant pool of refrigerant on the floor. There was hair in the bed, clearly unclean sheets. We were price gouged due to the conference in Rome and our initial booking being outright canceled. If this place was 100 euros per night or less, sure, it'd be fine. But given the circumstances, I cannot fathom ever paying anywhere near what we paid for this rough spot.

• Nikolai (5/5): Passable - Conviently close to Termini station. Normal apartment converted to tourist accommodation. Nothing special and overpriced. Wasn't the apartment in the pictures and a block away from the location given. Owner bragged about how he just rented another room like ours out for even more to other tourists.
• Vladimir (5/5): Passable - Being located next to the Termini train, bus and metro station was very convenient. The hotel was located in a residential building with many small shops underneath held by immigrants, mostly from Africa. The area attracted a lot of such immigrants who were hanging around next to the building door all day long. To get in and out we needed to literally squeeze between them every time. They did no harm to us, but the experience was kind of 'exotic'.
• Vladislav (5/5): It's not worth it. Sorry Zak. - The manager was somewhat open, polite, and friendly even though sometimes too much. He didn't cancel when we missed our late check in because of the flight delay. The apartment was clean. The apartment facilities was half broken: fridge didn't work properly was awfully smelly, probably was infested with some mold of fungus - we didn't use it. The manages told us that he's gonna replace it, but he didn't. Bed lights didn't work. Air conditioning is very loud and probably faulty - we didn't use it because of the sound it makes. The location is just not for everyone. Gave us mixed feelings: it's an immigrants enclave, but next to it are fancy dining area of the Termini train station. The breakfast included means: an orange, a banana, a coffee machine without a coffee capsules, and water bottles in the common area which is basically a corridor with all the rooms. I think it's just a lie, not fair to say it's "breakfast included".
