• Dina (4/5): Deludente - Grandezza appartamento Non è possibile lavarsi in quanto il getto dell'acqua è inesistente. Mancata manutenzione di tutto. Orari della spa e palestra (09:00-17:00; domenica chiuso) limitativi, attrezzi datati ed ambiente polveroso. Le dotazioni dell'appartamento sono minime (pentole etc). Per un soggiorno di 5 notti 1 rotolo di carta igienica per bagno (eravamo in 4). Nessun tipo di informazione sulla struttura e dei dintorni

• Peter (4/5): Disappointed Stay – Block 10, Apartment 302 – Great View but Serious Maintenance and Safety Issues - Pool view I stayed in Block 10, Apartment 302 — a 3rd-floor apartment with a lovely pool view, which was the only real highlight. Fortunately, the place was clean and tidy on arrival, which we appreciated. However, the rest of the experience was frustrating and disappointing. This was a 7-day apartment rental, and we arrived on Wednesday, 16th July 2025. There were three of us staying — including two people with mobility issues. This made the unresolved maintenance problems even more difficult to deal with, as safety and comfort were extremely important to us. The living room had a broken table, which we reported on day 2 of our stay. It was unstable and made the space uncomfortable and potentially dangerous — especially for those with limited mobility. Despite being told someone would come on Friday to fix the problems, no one showed up. We gave them more time and followed up again on Saturday. In the end, the table wasn’t repaired until about a day and a half before we were due to leave — far too late to make any real difference. The same went for the faulty power plug in the bedroom. It didn’t work properly, and another socket only worked if you wiggled it — clearly a sign of a loose or damaged socket. I consider that very unsafe, especially in a sleeping area, so I chose not to use it at all. This left us with very limited options for lighting or charging devices. Again, the plug wasn’t fixed until near the end of our stay. On a personal note, it drives me mad when people say something will be fixed, but then never show up. I shouldn't have to chase it up again and again just to get basic things sorted. That kind of poor communication and lack of follow-through really ruined what should have been a relaxing time away. The kitchen was also poorly equipped, with only the bare essentials provided. The toaster was broken on arrival, though it was replaced by management when we informed them.

Clean Beautiful complex and top location Quite and Beautiful place Was little problem with gates to enter complex but after they give me card to open. And location which you get is location for complex not for flat location been provided is different block so just be more careful
