• Evgenia (8/5): Very good value for money - It was a very spacious appartment, located in a very convenient neighbourhood,very close to museum train station,caffes .It has all that is needed to make your coffeeor tea,cook food and wash/dry your clothes The check in-out was very easy The appartment was very clean ,but the balcony and the windows/window sills could use a good scrub.

• Julie (1/5): Terrible experience wish I hadn’t chosen to book this place. - Nothing as I did not get to access my booking Horrible experience with this property, even though I had booked and paid for 3 nights I could not access the property as it was already occupied. It was clearly double booked and property owner was not helpful. We arrived late in the evening and I was left stranded in the street struggling to secure a new place to stay as it was already after midnight. The whole situation cost me way more money.

• CHIKAKO (5/5): - 部屋が広い。 ランドリーがついてる。 近くのスーパー 鍵の置き場所が分からず、本当に困った。たまたまいた住居人の人に助けてもらった。わかりにくい。 シャワーを使うと水が浴室＆トイレの床の方まで来てしまうので使いづらい。 シャワーは固定ではないものが良い。 4泊したのでタオル類はもう少し置いててほしかった。 全体的に照明が暗すぎる。 特に寝室の照明はつけているとある一か所の電気だけが、定期的についたり消えたりを繰り返し、とても不快でした。 球が切れているというものではなく、省エネ?的なことなの? この電気に関しては絶対改善した方がいいですよ。

They blatantly ignored multiple messages to them via booking.com and using the personal number listed. Horrible experience, no acknowledgment of message and no reply. Would not recommend, will definitely not use again.

• David (8/5): Great location with spacious living area. I would stay here again. - Great location relative to the city. Quiet with plenty of space. Would pay to update the cutlery and other kitchen utensils. Also think about providing face wash clothes with bath linen

• Drake (5/5): Great location, needs a deep clean! - The property needs a deep clean, especially the bathrooms as they have mold. When we first walked in and the first thing you see is the filthy glass windows/doors it just ruined the excitement.
